Waited over 2.5 hours after being told it would be an hour. Asked for refund and was told to come back the next day earlier. Got there earlier and nothing opened for 2 hours. Would not recommend !
The rides were below par/over priced, staff was horrible(seems like the Dollywood reject apply here), nothing awesome for a mid twenties couple. You buy a ticket to go to the top of the mountain where all the rides are. Got dip n dots and watched Joe and his coworker stick his finger down his ear before serving my wife ice cream. People on the ski lift made us get off when no one was in line and we had already to the same guy we had tickets for the alpine slide. Guy working the ice bumper cars told us no one could leave the locked room until he was done parking cars, the workers on the summer tubing didn t have fans turned on in the escalator so I turned them on myself and asked the kid why they weren t on to which he just shrugged. People are either power tripping or lazy good for nothing s. I d never visit again.
Love this family-owned place! Good skiing, close to home, and lots to keep you entertained!
My family love this place, but is little over my budget.
Got the premium wristband and it made for an amazing day, even though it rained we got more than our moneys worth. The whole Family enjoyed it.
The attractions were fun! Bathrooms were dirty, and the arcade games were extremely old and worn.
Took a little while to get there, but was great. Snow and slopes were really good.
Not very interesting, shops except for military one sort of boring otherwise. Did enjoy watching skaters. Outside activities ok but little interest to me as n adult, if i had younger children might have been ok.
Weird place.... it s like a bear zoo, ice rink, and mountain roller coaster in one during the summer. I m sure it s fun in the winter but to pay just to park was enough for us to not go back since we didn t ride the tram.
Lots of actives for the family. Ice skating, tram, etc and lots of neat shops. Little pricey for activities. More "mall" like. And the drive up.....be careful, it's steep.
My grandchildren had so much fun and it was reasonable rates. Great place to go
Great facilities, with fun crowd and attentive staff.
Just go somewhere else with your family to have fun. This place has lots, sure. But if it's the least bit busy you'll be waiting for hours (sometimes just to be told the ride is closed when you've gotten to the front of the line). It's a tourist trap with sub par food and overpriced rides. I don't want to ever come back.
Great vacation spot. Make sure you judge the places and avoid the easy stops. Some places have to be grabbed like Titanic and the go carts, but the terror etc can be avoided until the season.
Fun for a weekend, but avoid a week stop.
So much to do here that costs nothing outside the area too. Fun!
Complete rip-off. Would not let our child climb rock climb due to weight yet if I had lied like the other parents next in line (kid was way smaller than mine) it would've been fine . Told us AFTER paying over $100 for wristband that the majority of activities had an hour and a half wait...once to ride we were told it would be over 2 and a half hour wait. VERY DISAPPOINTED
Wonderful staff. And fun place all around. Resilient town!BRAVO for rebuilding and continuing life!
Sky lift to top was nice. Wonderful views. Awesome to take family.
I love it! You should visit and buy a lot of things in the bear's store.
so much to see and do the views were amazing on the ride up and on the lift to the top loved the bluegrass band playing at the top
Completely unorganized process for snow tubing! Bought tickets online and got in line (no social distancing and almost no one wearing a mask) that led to the tubing area. After 20 mins in line we are directed to go check-in somewhere else and go to back of line. No signs anywhere stating this process! They sell too many tickets for the session so you might get to slide 2-3 times if lucky! Paid $30 per person and $10 for parking, so that works out to almost $12 a slide if you even get to go 3 times. Never again! If you care anything about your safety or having fun you won't come here!
This place is super outdated. Went skiing and it s not worth the $100. The ice skating rink is tiny and outdated as well. The customer service from everyone was terrible. Save your money and go to Anakeesta or anywhere else really. YOU WILL REGRET GOING HERE.
It started with rude staff at the bottom of the mountain. Then all the activities were sold out or were closing early (which should have been told to us before we took the tram)
Some things were nice but not worth all the money we spent.
A good place to go if you're into skiing, snowboarding, or ice skating, but not a hole, lot if you aren't. There's a double handful of interesting stores, a good-sized arcade, & a handful of restaurants inside. You can also rent or buy winter sports equipment there. It's $5 to park each vehicle, but you're not allowed to pick folk up at the door, only drop them off, & if the parking lots are full (as they were on my visit) you might have to go back down the mountain & take a tram up instead.
Aewsome places for views, food at a resort, shopping in unique stores and ice skating. Ride the chairlift to Mt Harrison.
