Honestly, I hated this place when I first started going here. However, I would highly recommend them now! Dr. Rojek is amazing. She listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. The office staff has been very accommodating with appointments. There is one receptionist at the op location who is the nicest person I have ever met. If your considering an obgyn I would go here!
If I could give them no stars, I would. I was reccomended by a friend who saw Litler while she was still at this practice, but she had left by time I called as a new patient. I ended up seeing Dr. Constantine for both of my pregnancies. First was a miscarriage. Not only does he make you wait an hour in the room just for a 10 minute appointment, but he is probably the worst dr I've ever seen in my life . Rude beyond belief, doesn't listen to what you have to say or care about your feelings or opinions... just likes to hear himself talk and will raise his voice over you to shut you up. I hope this review helps other females out there so you never have to deal with the stress I did going to him. Not to mention, the office staff at the Lancaster office is just as bad as him. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I have been followed by Dr. Santos for years now and he is by far the sweetest doctor that I have ever dealt with. He followed me through my two pregnancies and several losses, and has always treated me more like family than a patient. I have had procedures performed by Diane Stonemetz, who was caring and very understanding of all of my worries.
I have had a surgery performed by Dr. Samad and my first little girl was delivered by Dr. Falkner, both are great. My second little girl was delivered by two midwives, Kim and Emily. I honestly cannot say enough about these two ladies. They were calming, beyond sweet and were so helpful when I was in an intense amount of pain. Emily was fun and cheerful and really took my mind off of the pain while Kim helped me to focus on pushing and how things were progressing. I honestly cannot thank them enough for their help through that. I hope that everyone has the chance to be a part of this practice. I will never go anywhere else.
This practice is amazing. They listen to your concerns and actually address them. I LOVE all the doctors, NPs and midwives. I have had only one bad experience with one of the women who check the BP and weight but the Midwife was quick to console me and reasure me. It's also very convenient that ultra sound is right in the same place! I recommend this practice to everyone. And I drive over 45 mins to get all my OBGYN care here.
Great staff. Years ago I was a pt then no longer had Ins and was no longer a active pt (after 3 years). I needed to be seen and was in pain and they made it work for me. I was so grateful they saw me the next day. Had some other issues where I was seeing them once a week for 3 weeks and no one ever made me feel like I was a bother or "not her again". I've had a number of nurse calls and they always get back to me in a timely manner. They have also gone above and beyond for me. Been coming here for years and I would never go anywhere else.
I have been coming to this practice for nearly 25 years. The staff is very considerate and compassionate. The bedside manner of my physician is absolute genuine and very caring.
I switched offices and saw Ashley Conway at the Orchard Park office. I recommend her to everyone! Super down to earth and professional. Very knowledgeable and took time with me to talk about all my options. Most doctors want you in and out as fast as possible, and this was not the case at all with her! Very happy I found her and will be going to her from here on out!

Ester was the most disgusting, disrespectful, unprofessional, human being I have ever dealt with. She was full of attitude, I asked for her supervisor as you don t speak to someone so horribly. She got her supervisor regarding my insurance, not her poor attitude. Completely disgusted, the whole waiting room was full and everybody could witness this nonsense.
If you want to be humiliated in a public setting THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO.
I had my first visit 1/31/2018. The nurse was polite but asked me questions that were in my records and she admitted to not looking at my record to verify any info prior to my visit.
Billing was absolutely horrible. Jocelyn, in particular was extremely rude. My insurance has a $750 deductible which was met and renews in May. any visits after my deductible was met should have been $45, which was confirmed by my insurance provider. They were trying to bill me $150 per month until my deductible is renewed and met in May, for services they hadn't even provided yet and claimed was "just incase". I was told by Jocelyn "well its an in house policy if you don't like it you can go elsewhere" her words EXACTLY.
I wasn't even acclimated to this OBGYN before I already felt they were rude, unprofessional and unorganized. Billing patients prior to having services is something I have never seen or heard of either.
I would not recommend this OBGYN to anyone and if you are a current patient I would make sure their billing department is not ripping you off for services they have no provided.
As friendly as Dr. Beckwith was I would gladly find another OBGYN as Jocelyn from billing stated! I refuse to be billed for something not provided yet, and when your insurance provider tells you they've would leave as well, its time to go!
I ve been going here for 3 years now, came with my first son while pregnant. Called today and told them that I was stuck at the doctors office with my son who needed his 18 month shots, they told me to still come in. I came in to be told that they were unsure if they were going to be able to get me in today at all and that I could sit and wait but no promises are made they will see me. I m pregnant with my second child and here for my first sonogram.
Expect to wait a long time on hold whenever you call.
The staff is fantastic. Dr Todoro was a great help when I found a lump. The office was able to get me in immediately, on a Saturday at the OP office. It turned out to be stage2 cancer. After surgery Dr Todoro called me to check on me twice. He is a gem! His staff is also helpful and accommodating.
The nurses and my dr are amazing. They are always nice and take my concerns seriously. Very happy with this practice.
Only negative thing is their over night nurse kinda stinks.
After having one of the worst experiences delivering my second child, I switched to the office with a natural apprehension to everything when I got pregnant with my third. The staff, nurses, and doctors were absolutely amazing! Yes, this place gets busy but absolutely worth it! I had the best delivery experience and wish that I had found this place sooner.
Dr Samad has terrible bedside manner. I was going through some issues and her idea of "counseling" me was to basically shame me about it. Then during the actual exam, kept bringing it up.
I had made some follow up appointment with her but decided that i didn't want to see her again, so i called the office to get a different doctor, to which they said fine, but it "would be the only time i could switch" and i "can't change doctors more than once in the practice" so "make sure you pick a good one" which just seems silly to me, as i want to trust and vibe with someone about my lady parts, not be stuck with someone that i'm not comfortable with..
Always efficient. Very friendly atmosphere. I've been going here for almost 19 yrs. and now my daughters go here.
Absolutely amazing practice and staff all the women in our family attend this practice and we will never go anywhere else. Dr.Santos is very compassionate and happy to answer all your questions and the nurses have been as well.During a storm my husband was late arriving to our sonogram and the nurse started from the beginning when he got there so he could see everything I had. The practice is regularly quite busy but I've never experienced nurses or doctors rushing through my appointment. Highly recommend!
Leaving their practice due to their rude and unprofessional staff. I just got a call from them saying they can't release my records because my account has a password on it and they need it. Ok Becky, give me a minute seeing I wasn't expecting this call....nope! The rude staff member with the cartoon voice keeps screaming at me that I can "just stop by" with picture ID to sign off. How about no I will just file a compliant with my insurance company that you're withholding my medical records and with the AMA
I had a good experience here when I was pregnant almost 4 years ago and throughout the course of my pregnancy. All the staff I encountered were pleasant and caring. Went in for a checkup and the woman getting me all set up was great, very kind and professional. I like that they asked if I wanted a "chaperone" in the room with me and my doctor which I appreciated although I did decline. When I was pregnant I particularly appreciated the care from the widwife Emily Rossiter who has a great bedside manner, eased my mind when i had to go in for an extra ultrasound when I didnt feel my baby moving that day, and helped in delivering my baby. Dr. Smith is great. All the midwives I have met with during my pregnancy were so kind and I am pleased with the treatment I recieve here.
This was a terrible experience all around from the first phone call to set up my initial appointment when I found out I was pregnant. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. Every single time I had a question about anything or simply wanted to schedule my next appointment you will be put on hold without fail. Every person in this office has an attitude problem. Doctor Brian Smith is a joke. His bedside manner, he has none. My first appointment was supposed to be long and in depth, lasted maybe 20 minutes and learned absolutely nothing about what is and is not recommended while pregnant. He told me word for word "there is no amount of weight you can lift that will cause a miscarriage" when I asked him about working out and weight lifting. Clearly, he has zero concern when it comes to providing helpful or significant information on what is healthy and advised when pregnant. I have been to so many doctors throughout the last 10 years due to medical issues and this practice is one of the worst I have ever experienced when it comes to caring about their patients. You are simply a number/cattle here and a you will be treated accordingly.

it's sad after being a patient for 17 years with Dr. Smith, that one they never notified me that my NP retired, put me with some new lady. Sent me 2 text messages reminding of my appt at 1:15 then said no it was at 11:!5 charged me with a 25 fee cause i had no proof. When the office manage should have proof of who you and what you text! I left the appt and will now go do Dr. Genewick! The one office rep was very rude...well you have no proof, so you owe it! NO! it was your error and I showed up for a later appt anyways so i didn't technically miss anything!

Obgyn clinic was fast, friendly, and tried to make the process as comfortable as possible. Very nice people, even got a choice of male or female caretaker.
Called to make an appointment after finding out I am newly expecting. They told me I had been released from the practice due to non payment of $59. They stated they would not take me back after they tried to make contact in which I did not receive and they even stated I didn t sign the certified mail.. I spoke with Andrea who was completely rude, disrespectful and did not take my situation seriously after I explained I had a miscarriage last year and it is important I stick with my doctor. I was more than willing to pay anything owed and apologized. She told me I should ve opened my mail (which I never received) and that they have released patients for less. Mind you she would not even let me speak with my doctor for a new recommendation because he was no longer my doctor HOW RUDE! It was so important to me that I keep my doctor of years and they put no consideration in whatsoever. I stress to every one Do NOT give this awful practice your business.
I just tried to schedule an OB appointment as a new patient after having just moved to the area and ended up not doing so on account of the very rude receptionist. She was extremely impolite and inconsiderate, even after stating she had been through a similar situation after moving from Canada herself. I would recommend the practice seriously reconsider who it is they hire to interact with patients. If this is how they treat potential new patients I don't care to know how they may treat someone who they are more comfortable with...

I loved my doctor I hade and due to one phone call which the Receptionist was rude so I was they dropped me as a patient after telling me I hade an appointment in December so now I m late on my birth control and can no longer get it and have to find a new doctor. They way the staff handled this situation was wrong and inappropriate they are rude and very negative. Would never recommend them. Wasn t even able to talk to the doctor at all wish I could give negative starts
I have been going to this practice for almost 20 years and they are great. I've never felt rushed or ignored - all my providers take the time to listen and answer my questions. I received great care during my 2 pregnancies and 1 loss. Dr Santos, Emily, Kim, and Diane are especially great.
Love everyone in there! They are efficient, on time, kind, friendly and always willing to help and share information!
I have had nothing but great experiences here. Sue Joseph is exceptional, and makes me feel comfortable. The nurse staff is always friendly. The front desk receptionists are alright, but luckily the interaction with them is short. Would recommend for routine visits as I do not have experience here for pregnancies. Wait time has never been an issue. I'm used to doctor appointments not coinciding with the actual scheduled time, so when the wait time is less than 20 minutes... I think that's pretty good.
I love this practice and the doctors but the reason I didn't give more stars is because of their follow up. They always tell me they're going to call me and they never do. I am always the one that has to call them the next day because they never do and I hate that! Especially with information that I am anxiously waiting on. I know they're probably busy but come on, it's all the time.
I wish u could give -5 stars cause that's what I would give them. This is absolutely the worst OBGYN office I have ever been to in my life. The last 2 months of my pregnancy were horrible because of their lack of professionalism. There was a divide somewhere and because I chose to stay with my obgyn who left this office I was treated like a monster. They cancelled my sonograms, they were super disrespectdul on the phone, and in person. I almost died because of there total disregard bro the child growing in my stomach due to whatever the hell was going on between drs. Nurses and front staff deciding on going to a different practice. Long wait times, rude doctors, fetal medicine specialist attempted to scam several hundreds of dollars for consults and work that never occured.
After being a patient for 20 years they stopped me as a patient do to a Bill that they sent a certified letter that was returned to them. So obviously I didn't get. Also they claim they called me last time I knew my cell was the best contact not my home while I work too during the day. I even offered to pay the $100 and they still wouldn't reinstate me as a patient. Very disappointed liked it better when my Dr was in an office of 3 you don't get calls back until day or so later. I liked when I would get the same nurse who knew you and not someone different all the time. I know if I could speak to my Dr personally he wouldn't of approved of my situation. But I'm not fighting to get back in a place that in the last couple years has made me uncomfotable.
After our daughter was born Dr. Aronica misdiagnosed heart failure as a panic attack. My partner was out of breath walking 10 feet. Luckily another doctor at the practice convinced us to go to the emergency room.
They also repeatedly told us our daughter's development was normal during the pregnancy. In the past few months we have been in and out of children's hospital. Our daughter had fluid build up in her brain due to a brain abnormality which required brain surgery to place a shunt to drain it (Dandy-Walker). Less than a month after that we were back in the hospital for our daughter's seizures. Apparently she has Aicardi's syndrome (a part of her brain called the corpus callosum is under developed). The pregnancy was considered high risk so there was extra medical imaging performed and they even told us her brain developed normally during the pregnancy.
My experience as a soon to be mom has been a good one so far. The front end staff is always busy but very polite when checking in or out. Even when I call they are very helpful.
I ve been to this office for 2 appointments as I am pregnant with my second child. The first visit was a 7:30 am appointment and I waited 45 minutes before even getting into the exam room. Second time my appointment was during the day, about 11 am, and again I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room alone then waiting in the exam room another 15 minutes. On top of that, the billing department was unresponsive and the office staff are incredibly rude. The worst office staff, including the sonogram department, I have ever experienced. Dr. seems like a decent man/doctor but the staff, the wait times, etc. are horrendous.
I have been a patient here for 18 years. They delivered my first two children. I'm currently pregnant, and was informed during my last check up that I would have to pay $2500 up front because I have a high deductible health insurance plan. I understand that this is the rate WNY OBGYN charges for labor and delivery services, but I also understand that they negotiate a much lower rate with my insurance company. ($900 for my first child) I refused to pay the higher rate up front before they billed my insurance and they dropped me as a patient after 18 years. This practice clearly doesn't put the patient first anymore.
I have seen Dr. Krol twice now. She is an amazing Dr. and a very kind person. She remembered my situation from my last visit over a year ago. She was the one who convinced me to see a surgeon after diagnosing an inguinal hernia (that my previous Gyno couldn't. She is straight forward with any issues you might have and gives you her honest opinion. I'm happy I found this office. The office in Orchard Park is a bit overwhelming when you walk in as it is so busy!
I had Dr. Bryan Smith and was very displeased with his service. I called to change doctors and was told I could change once, and was given a new doctor. Then, I received a letter in the mail from Dr. Smith that said my doctor switch was not allowed and that the practice was dropping me as a patient. I called and spoke to the manager who told me Dr. Smith had to approve the switch and would not do so, so I am no longer allowed to be a patient at their practice anymore. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. They obviously don't care about my health. Dr. Smith is more concerned about his ego. I got myself a new doctor at another practice. I do not recommend anyone go through this nonsense.
Trans friendly staff! My doctor is very accommodating and attentive, and the staff are really friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this place if you re looking for a trans friendly environment.
I've been going to this office for years and years. I love my doctor (Dr rojek) she is absolutely amazing. However, everyone else at this office has been nothing but rude. The bedside manner from the staff is absolutely disheartening. The Bolnick brothers should never work in this field. When I received a prenatal diagnosis of Down Syndrome for my son, he repeatedly asked about termination, and kept pushing the matter even though my husband and I said over and over that the diagnosis didn't change a thing for us. When you call the office, be prepared to talk to people that have an attitude. They have absolute zero regard for anything that you may be going threw or have questions about. The nurses that get you prepped to see your doctor have such attitudes that make you feel unwelcome and want to leave instantly - which is impossible when you're pregnant or have a health matter. If the front desk person tells you that someone will call you back, don't expect a call for a few days. Messages have not been relayed many times and it is extremely frustrating, especially when it's about the matter of ones health. I wish my doctor would leave this practice and go elsewhere because she is simply amazing. Be warned, no NOT go to this office unless you're looking for a waste of time and lots of judgemental people who have horrible bedside manner.
I LOVED Dr Rojek. She answered all of my questions and didnt make me feel rushed or stupid. I wish I had found her MUCH sooner! The office was clean and the nurses were friendly.

Use caution if you choose this group of providers. Had been a patient for15 years. Always had concerns, but reached the end of my patience with them recently. Ongoing concerns with quality of care. Inadequate follow up, questionable record keeping, questionable record review, lack of care and communication across the board.

And from Dr. Smith to Dr. Todaro and including my favorite PA (Nancy) who just retired, I ve always felt listened to, no matter who I ve seen.

This place is HORRIBLE. Office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. They care more about getting paid than they do about your health. I WILL NOT be going back.
I have never met a more disgustingly rude and disrespectful team of employees. They re so quick to get you off the phone, will change your doctor and set appointments after you ve clearly stated you cannot make because of work. I ve gotten hung up on when trying to make an appointment with the CORRECT doctor. Then contact the operator who then keeps putting me on hold. Completely disgusted with this company. The operator doesn t know common customer service, interups before I can finish a sentence, just keeps putting me on hold. Not a single person I spoke to will provide a name. If you want a never ending headache, this is the OBGYN for you! If you d like to be treated with respect, customer service, and actually be helped, I d suggest finding ANYONE different. After MULTIPLE dissatisfied calls with this company, they will no longer be having my service. I m better off not getting birth control, getting knocked up, having a kid I m not mentally, physically, or financially ready for, then just collecting government benefits to raise a child and myself than giving this company another dime or 2 seconds of my time.
First appointment, had me waiting over 2 hours to see the doctor. Office staff then scheduled a follow up without informing me - received a noshow bill of $25 (for an appointment I did not schedule nor did I confirm). Staff was friendly, however there is clearly no organization and a lack of communication with this facility. I will not be a return patient here.
** For others like me who didn't get a letter, they don't accept blue cross but they take everything else. The staff was nice about it and explained the reasons why.
I was a patient there for over 10 years. They do give you treatment options and are very very caring and understanding with things and for me I have severe anxiety disorder so I get walked thru what's being done and my doctor made the office as comfortable as possible and does everything in her power to help. Out of the large amount of OBGYN doctors I've gone to this place is the best.

I love going to see Dr. Ivonica, she really listens and takes care of my concerns to the best of her ability and knowledge. You can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and has never made me feel like a bother. I totally recommend her to anyone/everyone. She truly advocates for her patients.
I have been going here for 6 years seeing dr rojek who I highly recommend! She is very friendly an always upbeat! I have had three babies using them for each one. Just about everyone I have encountered has been great. The only dr I had a issue with was dr todoro who was making unnecessary comments about me not having a epidural with my first delivery an was just trying to rush me off to a c section in a scary situation being my first delivery. But the midwife kelly was great an convinced him to have me push. But the main reason I am rating them an giving them such a great rating after all these years is Emily rossiter she is midwife there. She delivered my second child in 2017. Now 2020 I just came in to be induced for the third time I scheduled it to hopefully have dr rojek deliver my baby since I was going to be alone as we don t have family around here an our babysitter couldn t come till later that evening. Dr rojek an Emily made it a point to check on me before an make sure I was okay. I didn t end up delivering until 6 that night. Unfortunately dr rojek wasn t there but Emily came in with the dr on duty an stayed with me because I was alone an held my hand through it all she was an amazing support system!! She came on to check on my after I couldn t of thanked her enough for going above an beyond to stay with me, while there were a lot of other people giving birth that day. I recommend this practice an most important the people I have named!!
Friendly atmosphere, spacious reception area, most compassionate medical staff I've ever dealt with.
It is hit and miss with the provider staff. I was lucky to have a good doctor. However the office support staff needs to revamp their Privacy policies. After repeated attempts from my insurance carrier to get my medical records with a signed release the office just mails them to you no encrypted cd or USB just plain paper anyone could get too. Then unless you have a fax machine or access to a secured fax they want you to send your own medical records. I don't think I'd want private information sent by staff at Office Max. I changed drs that day which is unfortunate because I had a wonderful doctor. So please be aware of this so called policy.
Final update: Dr.Samad RELEASED me. Yunno for being upset about the IUD. Yunno instead of talking to me about it. Receptionist lied about it too. It seems like unprofessionalism and coldness are a running theme. Instead of addressing the issues I brought up this doctor saw and practice saw it fit to dismiss me and push me out.
If you are happy with this practice and it works for you good. However if you are looking for a obgyn to try out I strongly recommend to keep looking.
PS. The nurses here are good. I cannot dis the nurses.

Orginal post: Dr.Sammad didn't inform of the pain of IUD insertions. I went in, trusting my doctor, but was instantly put into a state of shock and panic as soon the process began. I remember laying down looking and wishing for my bf to be there to comfort me. It felt like forever. I just wanted it to stop. On top of that when I had a vasovagal nervous shock she decided to slam me with an "I told you so." I am being completely sincere when I say that the whole experience traumatised me. The incident sent my mental health into a severe downward spiral that landed me in the hospital. Its so hard to think about and deal with. This happen months ago but being reminded of it puts me into such a bad mental state. I call my therapist when I can but a lot of the times I just sob. If you go here do NOT let them assign you to her.
Update:I tried speaking with her about it in my last appointment but I was brushed off. I really wish she would just listen to me, but it seems like I will not be getting any closure.

I love my drs at this practice, dr samad and alan and Jay bolnick. However, whoever the new nurse is, im not impressed. I get fertility ultrasounds and i miss brittany as bolnicks nurse. She always called me the same day and was super nice and has been there throughout my entire fertility journey. Its now the second day after my follicle scan, I've called 3 times for results as im going out of town today and would need meds to start this weekend and still no response from the new nurse.... Bring Brittany back to the fertility clinic. Atleast she would call even to say shes waiting for a response from the Dr....
