Traas Ongediertebestrijding Review

Very unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. Observations were wrong and after several times of contact you will not hear from them again if you do not take any action yourself. Only some traps were put in places where I put them again. No further investigation and immediately a collection agency if the complaint does not pay you.

Very satisfied! Problem quickly found and expertly solved.

Early January made an appointment for mice in shed outside. Have visited, placed two bait boxes and paid a nice 80 euros in cash. Would stop by after inspection. At the first appointment I asked if I should call for an appointment, but they did not think that was necessary. I would be called by themselves. That never happened. After being contacted by phone for several weeks, I was told to call for an appointment myself. Finally agreed that I should app them. I did that eventually. The corona crisis probably started at this company a month earlier. I have not spoken or seen them again.

On the phone I was told that the maximum costs would rise to 150eur .. eventually the invoice was 250 !! Mice are still NOT gone! Just placed some poison and gave some advice .. "so you can solve it yourself" .. bam 250eur .. Called several times .. always got the answer "we will discuss it and call you back" .. that happened 3x . But they never called back! We kept receiving reminders to pay all the time .. Not satisfied with the after-service! The man who came to our house was able to give many good tips .. but in the end you have to solve it yourself ..

Pleasantly surprised, neat showroom (recommended for schools and people who want to learn more about critters), just go there once. Many nice books that you can buy, an idea for a birthday? You can see stuffed animals and other curiosities can also be seen, Zeeland honey can also be bought there.
In short, a very educational showroom / entrance, they should do more with that, a world will open up for the small (in) animals, I may not be able to say it; with class or friends, acquaintances there so-called n for a jar of honey.

We have enabled Traas pest control since our cat had brought fleas home.
My son and I were literally eaten by those animals. Of all brands bought spray cans and the house fully injected but unfortunately no result. Then I called in professional help.
In other negative judgments, a lot has been said that the communication is not completely spotless, I have experienced this myself, but you can of course assume that in the summer periods it is very busy for such a company. So why not call again yourself.
Because with the 2nd phone call, action was taken immediately and they carried out the assignment perfectly in the short term.
Of course it costs a bit, but if you are first spraying 7 aerosol cans with poison at 15 euros each, I recommend you immediately call Traas so that you are sure that the fleas / larvae will die.
I hope that our house will now remain free, but if not, I will certainly switch on Traas again.

Tip: Make sure that Traas comes before your house for fleas so that your house is clean, remove everything 20 cm from the walls, cupboard, bank table and so on. This increases the chance of a good result and allows them to work faster and with everything.
I also advise you to get everything off the ground and set it at a height of over 50 cm, so that you avoid having to clean everything because there is poison on it.

Sent an email to make an appointment the next day I was immediately called to talk about our problem, I was promised to let the planning call a few hours later to schedule an appointment.

Last Friday they visited the silver / paper fish. Nice man who came to us explained well what he was going to do and what this did with our problem. Until now no more bugs!

We are therefore very satisfied!

We strongly suspect that they never even came to our house!

We were on vacation when our cat sitter informed us of a flea infestation. We called Traas, arranged for a key to be left for the exterminator, and left instructions. The day after the exterminator was supposed to come, our cat sitter contacted us to say she didn't think the exterminator had been there. The house was still infested with fleas, and the key was in exactly the same place it had been when she left it.

When we got home two days after the treatment was supposed to have taken place, the house was still full of fleas, and there was, indeed, evidence that the exterminator had never come (a blanket that was on the floor was still on the floor. if you're going to spray the floors, as a flea treatment requires, one would at least pick up a stray blanket before spraying, right?).

We've dealt with the situation ourselves with HG spray from the store.

I would not recommend Traas to anyone.

for a good German friend called to fight wasps.
I had to call several times, they didn't call back. after 4 days a man came by who was gone again within 3 minutes - incl 85 euros cash. the problem remained. and the girlfriend could not stay in her house, Traas` refused to come. we just had to wait. definitely not recommended. never call them again. and oh yes: reference on own site a week of waiting time to give them the chance to solve it. so nobody responded. apparently work enough.

Called on Wednesday, July 25, because we encountered longhorn beetles during the renovation, on Wednesday, July 26, Peter Traag came by to assess, on Friday, July 27 at 7:00 am someone was there to impregnate the roof and floors and at 10:00 hours he was ready. If that is not a good and fast service then I don't remember.

On 27 June I made an appointment with you to visit us on Saturday 29 June 2019 between 1 pm and 4 pm for a wasp's nest removal. Nobody came and I had to call twice to ask if anyone would come at all. I was told that someone else was coming, he was later and they did not know where he was or how long it was going to last. It is apparently not common for you to call the waiting customer that it will be later than agreed. It was already after 6 pm and I thought it would be too late. We had waited all afternoon. If I could call me back on Monday for a new appointment ... ridiculous, didn't show up first and then I can go after it myself. We agreed that I would be called back Monday to make a new appointment. This has not happened to date (12 July 2019). We have brought in another pest control company that has their affairs in order. Disgraceful how Traas Pest Control deals with its customers. This review goes on the internet and you no longer have to call.
