Michael the manager is utterly useless and ajay is a well dressed sleezy slithering salesman. They only want you to buy brand new and give you the worst deal bc it makes them the big bucks if they lock you in on high interest finance and of course they will tell you only the weekly price and the monthly if you twist their arms. Getting any help from these two is like pulling teeth. Once they found out I was buying with cash they ignored every call and message I left for them about when to come in and pay for the car. Screw this place. Just bottom feeders who couldn t care at all about the customer. They both insulted me for negotiating a better price bc for sales people stupid buyers and better than smart people.

Had the privilege of coming to this dealership in search for a Odyssey. At first, my mind was in the 2018 Odyssey. But I met Ryan Nifo and he explored some options with me. Needless to say, he was very polite and instructive while he explained and showed me around the vehicle. We often share bad experiences with salesmen, but I can assure you Ryan was a pleasant and easy going person to deal with. Overall, the dealership was very accommodating and a wonderful surprise to deal with. Honda seekers look no further, bc this Honda gem is just around the corner. No pressure at all! The manager is the rudest and most disrespectful person on the planet. We had an appointment to see a car, we drove ALL the way from Scarborough to have them tell us that they sold the car A DAY BEFORE AT 6PM!!!!!!!! No one called to even cancel the appointment or let us know that the car has been sold. & on top of that the manager threatened us. This location and manager is not worth your time. If u want to get threatened and disrespected though, this is the place for you to go :)
Unfortunately we had rather unpleasant experience visiting this particular dealership. First we spent 30min filling in an online format test drive one of the vehicles we were interested in only to find out that one of the manager actually took that vehicle home. Then we spend another 30 or so min waiting for an upraisal on our trade in and it was still not ready. The salesman said he will call us that evening with some numbers but he never did. He called my husband the next asking what color he was interested in. Very unorganized approach overall, not very informative salesman, slow service, unreliable. We would not go back there. I can't imagine bying 50K car without seeing it or test driving it. Not impressed!

I'm glad I was able to easily make my decision on whether or not I will be bringing my business here. As a business owner myself do yourself a favor and get rid of this lady and she wouldn't know what customer service was if it was handed to her on a plate. Ruined my day and will definitely keep a bad taste in my mouth when I think of Oakville Honda.

This rating is for the parts and service department. I had my Honda CR-V serviced here a few weeks ago. An absolutely awful experience here. First off I want to say that I do not live close by. I thought that because I previously had had a good experience with this dealership that it was worth the extra travel. Well I was completely wrong. First off the service consultant was not overly friendly, almost talking down to me like I was a child, secondly the timing he estimated was almost 4 hours off what he said and finally my initial quote of 89$ ended up costing me over 300$ at checkout! The basic components of customer service all broken! I live slightly farther than they were used to providing a courtesy shuttle for and have 2 young children, so the timing estimate is crucial because I had to have someone drive me back to pick up my car. I initially called to confirm if the service was completed prior to picking up (2 hours longer than expected) then the consultant preceded to tell me 30-40 more minutes, and that he would call me when it was all done. He never called me back, I came by and hour and a half later, with my kids in the car by then it was 5pm. When I went to check in no one could find my paperwork, or the consultant who actually was helping me. When they finally found him, he cashed me out and I got the bill of over 300$! I'm sorry but the whole point of a quote is prepare you for the cost its going to be, you would think that all taxes and everything would be included in the quote! I ended up complaining and asked to speak with the manager Mike. He took me into his office and seemed to be apologetic, but I couldn't stay as my young kids were waiting in the car with grandmother. He was supposed to call me to follow up but never did.
I think if you want to keep customers, especially ones who are going out of their way to come to you, you could at lease have the professional courtesy to provide real quotes, good timing estimates and follow up with customers to rectify things. And maybe just maybe provide a courtesy shuttle or car for the day, as that is what my other dealership does without even a question.
I bought a new Honda Odyssey and have been taking it to the dealership for the last 5 years. Only have 50K on the car and the engine has gone. These guys are fixing it fr free but have lost faith in the brand. Also did not get a loaner car , hence had to miss the mother's day celebration with my family. Not happy at all !
I want to give 0 star. This place doesn t deserve more than one star. We went inside the first time yesterday and look at the crv for more than 10 mins and no one come to talk to us. A couple of sales are standing chichating in front us which make us really mad. I will not go here to make any purchase again. We went to many other places to look at cars, this is the worst so far.

We leased a vehicle at this dealership, we had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process from the initial visit, the negotiation and the pick up of the car. We dealt with Reham Hilfi (Salesperson), Thomas Jeon (Sales Manager) and Brian Tan (F&I Manager). I am certainly satisfied with the level of service provided by each of them, the process was stress free and fair. Please do not hesitate to ask for Reham to get a great deal on a car, she will do her best to suit your needs. Also, do your homework prior to visiting the dealership! We service other vehicles here as well and we find the service provided by Anthony Coventry (Service Advisor) to be top notch, very helpful and polite and always willing to help us out. Overall a great dealership and hence why we keep coming back year after year.

I had to hang around and wait dor a wrecker to pick up my old vehicle for quite a while. No one minded. It got a little chilly while I waited so I headed in to test the complimentary coffee. No one minded. A man who may have been the manager graciously helped me find the cream. The coffee machine looks like a spaceship (spaceships are hecka neat) and drove a lot like one too. When it was finished dual nozzle emitting its frothy fruit, I decided that this couldnt have been actual coffee. No this was something much much better.
This of course was all following the meat and potatoes of the oakville Honda experience. Kumaran is a salesperson who knows his biz and strives to forge lasting relationships. He has had customers come a long long way to use his services again. He is knowlegeable, friendly, wise, good and spirited. He effortlessly navigates the process while bending over backwards to keep the client pleased.
When I agreed to purchase my used car there, I did so reluctantly. Not for a lack of service- it was that I was disappointed that the car wasn't as...'nice' as I'd hoped from the images and description I reviewed online. For example there was a dog- like smell, they wouldn't agree to take a small missing panel out of the price, the lever on the drivers chair that grants access to the rear seat was jammed, the tires made a sound- I guess they were hard ones...I thought maybe it was damage to wheels or bearings. Of course all of these points had been discussed with Kumaran but I had reservations about how much could realistically be done. I gave him the deposit feeling defeated.
A few days later I came to pick it up and ALL of the items listed were gone. This left the mild wear and tear to be expected from an older car. Kudos to this good old fashioned honest effort!! Maybe I'm the only one who cares that they followed through so thoroughly but I am genuinely thrilled.
I m not one to write reviews but I felt inclined to post something about my experience with Oakville Honda. About a month ago (June 7th, 2017) I was actively searching for a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring. I went into Oakville Honda and dealt with Esteban. He was nice for the most part but clearly not an experienced salesman. Our negotiations fell through on the odyssey (stock 98075A) as Prakash and Esteban would not move on the price at all. They had a standard response that this car was priced to sell and that it was an amazing deal. We ended up being $700 apart. It was a real disappointment that they would not move at all from the listed price of $36,988. I sent Esteban and Prakash with my final offer on the phone and they didn t even have the courtesy to come back and decline. They just didn t respond to me. I don t believe I have ever seen such lack of customer service and rigidity when buying a used car.
I am so glad that I didn t increase my offer by the $700 as only a week later I was able to find a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring with much lower mileage and in excellent condition from another dealer. I also paid less than what Oakville Honda had priced for the 2014 with higher mileage. I just checked whether Oakville Honda has sold the van that I was interested in and surprise surprise, it still hasn t sold in over a month and they have put in a dealer discount for $510 dollars. All the vans they had at that time have not sold as well. They are offering a dealer discount ranging from $1,000 to $10. What a joke of a dealership. They haven t sold yet because you are pricing them too high!!!
I will now make sure that I don t go to any Dilawri Group dealerships as it is clear to me that they are only interested in the profits and are out to gouge you. They really need to do a better job to understand the market. Atleast have a better response than they are priced to sell because clearly they weren t as you haven t sold them yet in a month and are forced to reduce prices now.
Now that I have read some of the other reviews for Oakville Honda it is clear my experience is in line with how they treat customers. I shouldn t have been surprised at such a disappointing experience. Note to self, check reviews before and I would highly recommend everyone go to other Honda dealerships.
Extremely disappointed by the whole service experience for my Odyssey that i bought from Oakville Honda. 1) I called yesterday to get Appointment for Service B. I was quoted $212 plus tax. 2) I specifically told the receptionist that I DO NOT need tire rotation and she said fine, It would be $37 less. 3) My Mother brought the car in today to have the service done. She was charged $250 plus (inc tax), which is not close to what i was told 4) I called the service department who told me that Tire rotation is included in the price and that even if i dont get it, the price would not change. That is totally different from what I was told initially 5) I asked what the other charges were. I was told that addition was for synthetic oil change and that my van REQUIRES synthetic. Why was i not told that when i called in to book? In addition, I know enough about cars to know that Synthetic is an option, not a requirement.
Overall, super disappointment with the service department and this will be my last visit to your dealership. Just plain, bad communication and not honouring the original commitment, both in terms of pricing and work done.
I can highly recommend this place. I dealt with Firas Taha. He was very polite, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond in his duties. I have very little knowledge about the cars but Firas took extra time to explain everything and made me feel more comfortable about my purchase. I can certainly say anybody who is looking to buy the car, definitely go and deal with Firas, he is extremely nice and helpful guy.
After shopping around at several Honda dealerships throughout the GTA I was getting frustrated by the lack of service and quality of salesmanship throughout these dealerships. I can gladly say that this all changed when I came to checkout Oakville Honda. I was approached by Mohammad Assi and he was nothing less than outstanding from the get-go. He helped me in many ways and made my experience with Honda dealerships from a bad one to a great one. I also want to mention that Sam Assi was amazing as well and both myself and my father were very pleased with the way these 2 gentleman helped out and enhanced our experience. My son took his car in for service (tire change) a few weeks back and for the second time this year he had to wait way beyond a reasonable amount of time for the change. He has also been waiting for parts to come in for the past 8 months to repair his air-conditioning and he was asked to call every Monday morning to see if the part came in . Certainly not an issue now as we enter into the winter months but he Civic come off lease in April.

Recently purchased a 2019 Honda Civic from Dylan Cohen after checking out various dealerships and comparable cars. There really weren't any comparable vehicles that offered the same features and met the needs of our family. Dylan was really great at explaining and walking us through all of our options and took the time to answer any questions we had. When we were ready to test drive, he even came in on his day off to accommodate us as we only had a baby sitter the one day. He has continued to follow-up to address any further questions and ensure we are satisfied. Professional and friendly in all of his interactions with us. We are very impressed and would highly recommend both Oakville Honda and Dylan.
live nearby so location was great...but that was about it. Have tried their service 4 times and each one was a horrible experience (except when i dealt with their collision centre, next door). The service people always tried to up sell me using "scared" tatics. When i went to another dealership for a 2nd opinion, each time time discounting what Honda had told me. One time i went into change my tires which had the wheel locks, which then they misplaced the lock. When i complained indicated they gave back to me personally, but if i wanted to cut the lock i would have to pay. After escalating (and the manager stil accusing me of losing) they cut at no cost but wold not replaced. Soooo many stories of horrible service, tactics. Avoid at all cost.
I took in my car due to bald tires and bad breaks. Kan and Linda were amazing. In fact, all staff was kind. I was told a time but the job was done much quicker and for EXACTLY what I was quoted. No hidden charges or surprise extras. The thing I appreciated most was Kan made a recommendation but was honest and told me it was no rush but I would need to get it checked out. Others would have taken advantage and pressured me to make appointment but Kan assured me I can think about it. I will definitely be back. Very professional and honest team !
Recently bought a used 2012 honda civic had nothing but problems with it and horrible customer service. After picking it up next day noticed it made a grinding noise before starting found out had to get the starter replaced, went to turn on fog lights and right fog light was out, noticed bubble in the rear tint and later realized it was peeling a bit, fabric on passenger side door panel is coming loose, front left fender has a bit of a gap in it for some reason. They did replace the starter and the fog light bulb for me, they gave me a "courtesy car" to drive for a day until my car was fixed, the car they gave me was on empty had next to no gas. They aren't willing to fix or replace anything else for me! Also car wasn't detailed very well! Would not recommend to anyone and will not be going back ever again if I don't have to.
These people do not deserve to work in customer service department. Very rude and very obvious that they aim to get money. Will never go back to this horrible place ever.
Had a terrible experience. The service staff have a very rude behaviour. I visited them for oil change for my car. They first did a general check up and adviced me that it s time to change the break pad. I however did not feel the same and left it as it is. My next oil change was in one of the Honda dealership in Mississauga and they said nothing about the break pad. I was driving with same for over 10000 Kms and still no issues with the break pad. I suppose it was one of their tricks to extract money. How very disappointing.

You must ask for either David (Sales Manager) or Dylan (Sales Associate). They are friendly, easy going and their eagerness to please was outstanding! This is the most unorganized dealership to deal with. I am just graduated and no one seemed to think I was serious about buying a vehicle. There were a few new guys that seemed to be in training or just finished and they were the only three that actually seemed to care that I was shopping at Oakville Honda. The reviews on the Oakville Honda direct website only state the positive experiences and do not say anything bad! The person in charge must go through and only post the 5 star reviews on the Website! Also from my friends who have bought from Oakville Honda, I told them about my experience trying to purchase a vehicle and they said they will not return due to the same stuff... They said to me that Oakville Honda will help you all the way to the purchasing and then drop you! They just want the numbers up on the board of how many units sold! They don't care if you're a happy customer or not once you've bought from them!
I am disgusted by Oakville Honda's approach with me and I hope that everyone reads this as the Managers will tell you its a "Special Day to Buy from Oakville Honda" then you ask the Sales guy why is it special today and they will not have an answer..... Things are made up to get your business.... Ask about the Television for VIP Customers too.... Apparently they use the same TV over and over and do not actually give it away! A friend of my friends worked there for a while and said a lot of things are very wrong about the operations of the Dealership. He even said there is mold in the Employee Kitchen but no one would do anything because "A fridge costed to much to replace!"
That is my experience... and it left a bad taste in mine and my friends mouth with dealing with Oakville Honda.
KUMARAN Is the person to talk to if you re looking for an amazing deal. I m not going to type much but I had to make this review because I ve been to every single Honda in the gta and only KUMARAN went out of his way to make things happen for me. He is an extremely approachable guy and most importantly to me HE WAS THE ONLY ONE GIVING ME SPACE LOOKING AT A CAR unlike the rest of them who just want your money and make it look obvious by swarming to you as soon as you walk in. I looked at kumaran and realized he was the only one was gave me space although he saw me walk in from the very beginning. I respect that because it proved that he was a very honest guy and is only interested in helping you NOT taking your money! Without KUMARAN I would be driving a busted car but KUMARAN hooked me up with a Honda Civic SE 2018 and I couldn t be happier. Especially women who get fooled by the men in the car business, ASK FOR KUMARAN!!! He is a family guy which is very comforting! I wish I can give him 10 stars!

I visited the service department today, (without an appointment) and was greeted by a adviser named Anthony. I told him I didn t have a appointment and he said he would try his best to accommodate me (it was SO busy). I told him the problem I was having and he quickly got me a shuttle back to work. When arriving back at the dealership Anthony told me that they couldn t find the problem that was making the noise but just to be safe they removed the tire and checked everything, he informed me that my car was in excellent shape and the noise was probably just something that needed to be oiled. I APPRICATE THIS SO MUCH because being a woman I have been taken advantage of in the past by other dealerships because i clearly do not know anything about cars. Instead of lying to be about unneeded service, he was honest with me that nothing was wrong. 10/10 recommend this service department. Will be returning for ANY future service.
Excellent customer service! I've been in the market for a used car the past few months and I have to say, my experience at Oakville Honda was unparalleled to anything else. The young salesman, Alexander, was eager to help me find the perfect car for me at a very reasonable price! I never felt pressured to buy or accept anything I didn't want or need, he was just there to help me out! Everything he said seemed genuine and he was a very outgoing person. Got a full-service @ 75,000 kms for my 2017 Civic. Cars drives brand new. Also fixed a rattle caused by a loose piece of flashing under the front driver side wheel well that all other dealerships failed to notice - and at no charge. Pretty happy about that.

I have been a loyal Oakville Honda customer for years now , always servicing my cars with Anthony Coventry. The service and customer care is far beyond our expectations each and every time. Recently I had been experiencing issues with my Ford Edge and Ford could not live up to my expectations on service and customer service quality I began servicing with Oakville Honda .
Anthony and I discussed my disappointment with my Ford Edge and the issues it was causing me, we began discussing my interest in buying brand new through Honda. He walked me over to Joao ( JP ) and within the week we had purchased a brand new Honda Civic Touring. The whole experience from point A-Z was great. The team at Oakville Honda made the whole experience easy , I would highly recommoned any car needs or purchases to be done through Oakville Honda. Joao & Alan were great , the best I've ever dealt with purchasing a car.

Great service from the whole team, from the minute we walked in through the front door we were met with friendly smiling people who made the whole buying experience the most enjoyable I have had in a very long time. There is a great waiting area which allows you time to discuss purchasing a car with the salesman. This gives the family a place to relax. All around I would highly recommend taking the time to visit the dealership.
So lesson learnt if you don't buy car fromOakville Honda or try to get out of deal they try their best to keep your deposit money if you argue they send POLICE to your door.
Ashamed of visiting this dealership and service and lies!! Lies only!!! By sales person and Manager I am the buyer in my absence as I went to washroom my wife was forced/tricked to sign a paper based on promise that amount will be refunded as its procedure to collect $1000 deposit Manager Prakash refused to refund deposit as per him we finalized the deal (without my name & my signiture, my company name , banking info and without my consent) We were told vehicle is available right away with color of choice (another lie) now after getting deposit we are being told that wait for 60-90 days or pick the unwanted color i am threatened by manger of legal action against us if we did not final the deal.
What a service and dealing by Honda Oakville Way they tricked us I am shocked They sent POLICE to my home when I shouted at them on phone for refund.
By far the best experience I've had at a dealership. Called the day of to check out a car and was setup with Moe. Moe was beyond my expectations, especially after dealing with a few other dealerships with the typical pushy salesman. Moe was able to answer all our questions, communicated with us throughout the purchasing process, and did everything in his power to make us extremely satisfied with our decision to buy from Oakville Honda. We met with Sam, the financial services manager, who was also friendly, patient, and well articulated. Would highly recommend this location and asking for Moe!
I agreed to lease an Odyssey a few years ago. A few days after signing they called and told me I had two options: 1) pay more money; 2) cancel the deal.
So I called their bluff and canceled the deal. Then my phone started ringing, "oh, of course we can do the deal!" I ignored the calls but had to fight like hell to get my deposit back.
Making a service appointment is more than frustrating. I have recently switched to Acura to have my Honda serviced and have been thrilled with the service I have received. Unfortunately, there is a recall on my Pilot and I can only gave it serviced at Honda. I have tried twice to make an appointment on their service hotline with zero success.

I've leased one Honda here and bring another older one in for service. Both the sales experience and the service quality have been excellent. I'd certainly recommend this dealership for either sales or service. If you have to leave your vehicle for work to be done, they have a couple of shuttles to drive you to the GO, to home or to the office. They even go as far as Hamilton to pick up customers.
went in for an oil change, tire rotation & a bunch of lights (check engine light, break emission etc) . They took 4 hours. Charged me for my tire rotation, got home to only realize they actually didn't do my tire rotation but still charged me (I can tell due to road rash on one my tires). Then the next day my lights came right back on, so they pretty much didn't do anything, but waste my time & took my money. I went back for the same problem, made an appointment at 7:30am , got there early , waited an hour for a shuttle only to see my car still hasn't been touched and I was the 3rd customer in maybe? Worst customer service. Will be taking my business else where. Extremely disappointed and annoyed considering we bought 2 vehicles from there.
Went to buy a used car. Made an offer on it and they kept my credit cards and license for a good 40 mins but in the end they sold it to another buyer who apparently made an offer while I was testing driving. Total waste of my time with the 1 hr drive to see the car. Manager tried to give me a discount on a brand new car by knocking off the pdi and freight of approx. $1600. He also tried to play with the low interest rate of new car vs old car and show me the difference is only about $100 a month. Seriously, wow, total insult to apply high school level math to tell I am paying almost the same for a new vs an old car. Bottomline tired of the dishonest sales trick from this place.
Poor organization which the shuttle services. Have no issues leaving people who have been waiting for long periods for the shuttles to return in lieu of others who just arrived. I'll be going to another Honda dealership for my maintenance from here on out, it's not worth the time loss to wait around for this.
Kan Matharoo is the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. His professionalism is outstanding and he always goes the extra mile to help his customers. I have had every service done directly from this dealership and the team always provides great work. Kan so pleasant and easy to deal with. I recommend him to everyone I know.
