We ended up deciding to get a different vehicle (non-Honda) but our experience here was very pleasant. Ryan Nifo showed us a new Civic that we were interested in and was very patient with us even though we were flipping back and forth on which model we wanted. We'll definitely go back to Ryan and Oakville Honda the next time we're considering purchasing a Honda vehicle.
