My mother swears by this place and will only have her car serviced from this location. I didn t know why until I took her car in for service. She was having issues with her car and kept saying I have to take it to Anthony; I had no idea why she kept saying I have to take it to this location until I went. As mentioned above I dealt with Anthony in the service department and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. From the moment I walked in Anthony knew the car, who my mother was and was concerned to why it was in for service as my mother had just been in the week before for an oil change. I explained of the noise it was making and he said I will have the staff look at it as soon as possible. While waiting in the waiting area I was provided with updates and time updates along the way, He even went as far to ask if I wanted him to call my mother and explain to her about the costs of repair and why it was needed. To me that shows great customer service as he went the extra step to try and satisfy the customer. I have had my car serviced there before but have never really paid attention to it. I will in the future bring my car there for service and deal with Anthony again. It was by far the best customer experience I can say I have had in a very long time. His attention to even just explaining what the issue was with the car and why it was making the noise was amazing to me. I have no idea when it comes to cars but he explained it to me at a level I was comfortable with. Thank you Oakville Honda and Thank you Anthony
