Always a great place to go. Good places to eat and drink. Lots to do. Top tip - if you have an American Express card and buy tickets through your Amex card there is a American Express lounge you can go in. 1st drink free and not as crowded as other bars in the 02. Have to get there early though - limited space and very popular.

Went on Friday 6th March to see the fantastic Stereophonics, a great concert. Shame that the venue is awful for serving drinks. Queues were long all the time before and during the event. Eventually when you did get served there was no beer on tap. All beers in fridges had run out, staff not knowing how to use a cash machine. Awful let down, either do not open the bars or stock the bars with products that are clearly displayed.
Great products with low quality service. Member of staff made me feel quilty that I came in :( I'm not even saying what kind of service should be expected.
The Millennium Dome or O2 Arena is a great place for family outings which provides a good range of Restaurants, a Cinema and some well known Brand Stores as well as a Trampoline Play area for children and of course the famous arena which holds concerts and exhibitions. There are a couple of Halal Food venues inside as well as outside, namely Jimmy Spices and a Subway near to the Emirates Cable Car.
Amazing...if you ever visit London you have to come to Greenwich station so many thing to do and O2 is amzibg place to be. Excellent for taking pictures and Instagram snap etc. So many activities and food places. Only negative is, so many apartments getting built and hope this don't ruin it.
I went for a Panic at The Disco concert in March 2019. The organization of the whole arena was amazing. Clear signs, lots of friendly staff, its easy to find your seat, many toilets and bins.
This venue is a good place to be. It is easy to find your way around. The staff are very helpful should you need them. The seating area is good you don't feel crushed. The food choices around the venue are excellent. And it is very close to the tube station where there were very regular trains for a swift journey home afterwards.
Went to see the Strictly tour, absolutely brilliant show, bit disappointed that some favourites weren't there but didn't detract from the experience. The O2 was amazing, very helpfull people around to help and direct the public.
First visit to O2 since 4 years ago. Lots of new construction, shops and restaurants. Easy connection to central London to new station using direct underground link. Went to see ABBA the Party great themed night out.
Absolutely superb venue for first class entertainment. Good parking, easy to get to by road or public transport, lots to see and do within and without the complex, shopping , dining, river trips, you can spend a whole day here and finish with a concert or show. Brilliant! I've visited many times
Always has good music on here. Staffing levels are good and, considering the amount of use facilities get, they re clean too. It s not cheap for a drink or food though but that s typical of a day/night out at a big venue.
So many places under one dome. Visited last in 2000 so has definitely changed. Was great! Restaurants, and shops. Bit for everyone and then you have the arena. *****
Interesting venue with an arcade of restaurants around the perimeter. But goodness it was cold! Getting to our seats was awkward, we followed the signs only to be told when we got near them that we had to go down and all the way round the other way. Plenty of places to eat and have a subjective though and the actual arena is fine, although the seats are quite small!
02 is a showpiece landmark. For those of you who went in 2000 it has obviously changed now that the shoddy sideshows have gone. It houses a huge cinema complex n of course the heart which hosts entertainment from bands to singers. Because of the venue the ground floor has restaurants galore but no fast food like KFC or McDonald's. The usual coffee shops Costa n Starbucks. Phone shops (why?). The upper floor accessed by a grand glittering staircase n escalators has limited shopping largely catering for tourists to spend money on fashion goods. You are unlikely to find a Marks & Spencer or Waitrose or any other supermarket so bring your own sandwiches if you r doing the touristy thing. Parking though available is too too expensive. Best use the tube which is serviced by the Jubilee line. The bus service is excellent n will just about get you anywhere.
I m going to review the features within this arena / shopping centre and then give my final review. Starting with:
Size: This arena / shopping centre has 2 floors (ground floor and upper floor). This shopping centre is deceptively large as it doesn t look that big from the outside - but once you step in, you re greeted with a beautifully large and spacious shopping centre. Although this shopping centre isn t as large as Westfield, it s still just as spacious, if not more as each shop has enough room to feel unique and provide its own vibe and atmosphere. It s worth noting that there are tons of sitting areas within the ground floor and a chill zone located on the upper floor for those looking to relax and take a break from their shopping spree.
Customer Service: The employees within the arena are all generally very friendly. The customer service point at the entrance of the arena does a great job of assisting people with information in regards to the shops, goods and services available and also in providing general directions. There are also security staff, cleaners and stall stands around the arena with people eager to help or provide a service if needed which is always helpful.
Stores/Services: The ground floor has seemingly COUNTLESS restaurants from all branches ranging from your typical Nandos, Frankies and Bennies, Zizis, Harvesters, etc. There s a long list of restaurants and places to eat at inside the arena in addition to some bars on the ground floor. There are also other fun/social activity areas within the arena such as the Virtual Reality Arcade Zone, Cineworld Cinema, Hollywood Bowl, trampoline Park and the O2 Blueroom. I was impressed with not only the variety, but the quality of services provided as they re praise worthy and worth seeing.
Queues: Despite how busy the arena can get, especially during peak times I didn t see or experience any queues for the shops and services (entrance queues for events are a different story). It seemed like the large variety of shops and services available to customers helps balance out potentially long queue times. Kudos to them for that.
Hygiene: This shopping centre is clean from the ground floor to the top. The standards of hygiene throughout the entire arena are really outstanding and well worth praising - even the toilets are well looked after.
Summary: Overall, I really enjoyed my time in this arena / shopping centre. I think it's really gorgeous and pleasing to the eye. It s clean, has nice shops, great customer service, feels spacious and has great lighting on both the ground and upper floor which accentuate the pristine look and feel that the arena has. The place simply oozes quality and is definitely my type of shopping centre.
I would highly recommend you to visit or stop by for a shopping spree.
I really like this venue. I was seated, but saw everything. It was a very vertical experience too. I was in the rafters, but from where I was sat the stage was visible, there were screens which showed projected footage of the show too. I really like the amenities around the o2 too. There are a lot of shops and food places which helps when you're travelling from further afield than London.
It sucks!!! Awful organization. Had to queue ages to get into Massive Attack. A diet coke was 5.80 (3.8 + 2 for the cup which is recyclable but you have to queue with those buying drinks to get your money back). They only take card but give you cash back. Awful!!!!!! Thieves!!!! I honestly don't understand how this is even allowed.
Luckily I can get box tickets for a really cheap price. In my opinion the food is quite expensive and they are not really worth the price you pay for it. Luckily there is free ice and water. The seats are quite comfortable too and it is a perfect height to view the entire arena. Overall, I think it is a really nice place. It is absolutely huge and there are many variety of events going on. The it only downside is that the food is really expensive. Also it can sometimes get too hot. But overall pretty good.
Decent place but wouldn't come here a lot. Everywhere was a 1.5 hour wait to get seated so decided to eat at some grilled chicken shop. Then went to outlet, that was pretty decent with a lot of shops. You cant go into the seating area in More
First time visiting when there was not an event on so it was not heaving with visitors. Had a bite to eat, there's lots to choose from and had a look around the outlet shopping which we've not seen before. Worth visiting if you like shopping and eating.
Went to the jumping gym/trampolines with family. I was observing but the others had great fun. I had to use the toilets they were disgusting four toilets 3 soiled and not cleaned and did not have locks that worked and the 4th locked but had no toilet paper. Also the cafe/bar had no one to attend it and there were at least 8 others waiting to buy coffee etc. When we were finally served we had to wait ages for the food to be served on an oversized plate with no serviettes.
I last visited this place for the millennium exhibition in 2000. Wow, what a transformation. Lots of eating places, bars, coffee shops, restaurants and a retail outlet mall. I went on a lovely sunny Spring Saturday for a stroll expecting it to be packed but only a few people were milling around. Many of the stores are not yet occupied. I'm sure that if a few more brand names came on-board the place will have a real vibe.
As well as a great music venue, it's a really good place for an evening. There's loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Plus cinema, bowling and now a trampoline park.
Such a nice big place with lots to do such as concerts, bowling, shopping and dining. I think it could be mordenised for disabled users and people with young children.Parking is far and pricey, leaving on a busy day is hectic also a long walk to many places once you get in.
Good venue for shows. We were very high up and couldn't really see the screens. Some higher up would be good. In the restaurant and bar areas there needs to be more toilets
Really liked the place. It was my first time and I can see why it would be a popular destination.
There are things to do as a person or as a group. There are restaurants that meet the needs of everyone. I was at Jimmy's (a buffet restaurant) and they serve Chinese, Mexican, Indian, English American food. There was way too much to eat.
It got crowded after a while especially with birthday parties all over the place.
Very well thought out with a train and bus station less than 2 mins walk away.
One of the fun spots in London that will never go out of fashion. Enjoy the best of music, games, dining and pub services especially on a day when you have your favourite singer or band on stage
Park in car park two, walk less, shop for good reasonable clothes or buy a ticket for a movie you ain't going to see, eat and drink in a nice resteraunt, due your own due diligence on this do not take my word for it
The O2 is a great venue with great connections to the centre of London. Many places to eat or drink to cover a wide range of tastes.
We visited the venue for Michael Buble's concert in O2 arena. The staff were all very friendly and we found our way pretty easily. We had a wonderful time, with the only issue having to do with our actual view of the singer. As our sits were on the third level we had to look on the screens. However, the lights were situated at the very top of the main and side screens, which restricted our view.
First time to the O2 ARENA, have to say we had a wonderful time, saw Michael Ball & Alfie Boe, fantastic show, couldn't believe the amount of restaurant's to be had, we had our meal at Scarlet Rasoi, Indian & Thai, they were very busy but were able to accommodate, food was very tasty and full of flavour and at reasonable prices, enjoyed by the 4 of us. Would highly recommend.
Will be returning to see Queen & Adam Lambert, can't wait.
Always a great venue. Would never find a more ideal venue personally for a massive indoor concert. Pick your artists carefully though cause whoever is performing always contributes significantly to the atmosphere
As the home of the new Mamma Mia The Party in London, it is absolutely amazing, from decor, food, and entertainment. You DO have the time of your life!
Has lot of restaurants and eating joints. Had visited Jimmys which has a lot to offer in a comprehensive package of 16 pounds, for all you can eat on a buffet. Has a lot of different cuisine.
The hoard of shopping outlet with cinema and cable car to have an overview of the river Thames makes it a perfect place.
It has good connectivity with trains and buses as well in addition to ample parking space. Would recommend people to visit for a weekend outing.
A massive indoor place for bowling, shopping, eating, movie outings and for so many other things. Don't miss the innovation centre run by Nissan. Its free and got so many things to do if you are Car lover :). Didn't expect a Harvester to be in the O2. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Thanks.
My brother got me the walk over the top of the O2 for my birthday and we went recently. Never been before and enjoyed walking around the inside with all of the shops and restaurants - huge selection to pick from. We were quite early so managed to get on to the group going 15 minutes before us which was nice of them. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the walk over was exciting and fun.
Would definitely recommend doing it if you live in London or even if you don t so you can tick it off of the bucket list!
Climbed over the top of the dome. Good fun, especially for youngsters. Felt very safe, good briefing beforehand, excellent safety equipment provided. Good views from the top and the chance to buy souvenirs afterwards
The 02 is huge with lots of things to do, you even have a shopping outlet inside called icon! There are food places inside where that you can eat during the concert. However bring a jacket even if it's hot outside because the ac is blasting inside
Very beautiful place, and the new area they opened there is amazing, and full of great brands and shops, did really enjoy my time there and had a good meal, there is plenty of restaurants from every region, and for sure you can find your thing there.
Outside the arena (outer circle) there's a good choice of eating and drinking establishments (mainly chains but the independents are really good). There's a mini mall there as well. For this I have given 4 stars. However if attending an event (inner circle) then the number of stars drops to 2. The food and drink is very expensive and the quality is ok at best. As a venue is great however (except for the price of refreshments)
I don't like the O2 as a concert venue. The acoustics are really terrible and most of the seats don't even point towards the stage so by the end of a 2-hour event your neck hurts from looking diagonally. I guess it was never designed as a concert hall
There is plenty of things to do for people of all ages, even if you're not going to watch an event.
If you're not going to watch an event I strongly recommend doing research on upcoming events as the trains will be a nightmare and it'll be very crowded.
I have been there many times, and it was a great experience. But the last one it was the one of the orribile experience ever as I been abusing of force from a member of security stuff he was rude and violence, with out any reason, and a friend of mine just because he took the wrong exit by mistake he was push violente out. That he almost feel down, another guy from the people s he he d the same and say why? And the Kick him. and I have done as well a complain to 02 for that. and as unprofessional they are they didn t answer.
Good venue to listen to live music. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, cinema and a very recent addition of Icon Outlet makes this bearable however in order to get to some places takes long time to walk. Some side entrances would make this a lot easier.
