Great facilities and transport links for a large venue
It was a very pleasant environment and the staff were very attentive, caring towards their customers. This is the first time to this restaurant and it was gorgeous
I went to see Cher and she was amazing it had a fantastic atmosphere even though the drinks were overpriced. Great venue easy to get around.
Love the o2 it's got the lot, saw the ATP finals Wednesday Tsitipas won good luck today fella
Staff have no idea what they are doing. Completely unorganised and unable to control people without screaming and threatening in a young girl's face for just standing there. The security let fans push to the front and the fans that waited in line got the abuse. Tried to explain to management that we were at the front and he threatened to remove us from the venue. I never felt so intimidated or confused. Worst venue I've ever been to in the world.
Very organised in terms of COVID19 regulatory compliance. Nice atmosphere
Climb and Dine experience is exceptional from the word go!! The kit you use to climb is brilliant and well designed. Staff are exceptinally knowledgeable. We chose All Bar One inside the 02 for our meal and it was fantastic. Their restaurant staff were very knowledgeable about everything regarding allergens and intolerances, I felt really comfortable eating there and the attention to detail was fantastic. Can't fault the day at all!! 10/10
Good shopping and ambience with lots of variety of food
What can I say. Saw one of favorite groups Take That. Also saw Rick Astley. Had a fun night.
Big venue, but I love how easy it is to shuffle back onto the tube afterwards.
My son and I travelled from Glasgow to see Muse at the O2: our first visit to the Dome. What a superb venue. The whole Dome complex is incredible, making it a real option to make a full night of it: pre and post gig. The operation is run like clockwork and the venue itself lends itself to the biggest arena shows. Transportation to and from the O2 is also excellent. Absolutely world class venue. Maybe the best gig venue in the world.
Did the walk over the o2, an interesting experience using the via ferreta method of climbing. Having done similar experiences before I found ot a bit too easy and a bit excessive on the kit they required you to use.
I feel that the overall experience was good but lacking any real challenge (and a zipline).
Ending up I what looks like a bit of waste ground at the back did not give the experience the finish it needed, hence only 3 stars.
The biggest events arena in London. The huge yellow antennas are iconic and everybody should be able to recognise the while dome with the yellow spikes as being the O2.
We only went for a quick tour inside, to check how many stores are still open and basically, to take the pulse. Fortunately, it's still alive, with people still coming for shopping or a quick bite.
Normally, there is a one way system in place, entering on the left doors, going round and exiting on the right door, but I have seen people not taking this into consideration.
I have also seen that people are still climbing the O2 and I think that it would be an amazing experience.
A nice place to go with family and friends can enjoy themselves a lot of photo scenery to take enjoyment and present time
It's always a treat to visit the O2. Take the Jubilee line which drops you right on its doorstep. There are an excellent mix of restaurants and the addition of the ICON designer shopping mall is just fantastic. There's a theatre, cinema and concert arena plus more. Check out their website for a list of shows. Great for dates and families alike.
Stereophonics were fantastic. O2 is a great venue if you are able to stand for 3 hours ;-)
Great venue, plenty of choices of restaurants around the arena.
Great venue but just wish parking was a bit more affordable.
O2 arena is a nice place to visit. Amazing studios and theatres. Good food stalls.
A great place to visit for good food and the cinema is great. The arena is huge so difficult to get a good view, but if you go just for the food/cinema/shops it's great! The addition of the outlet shops has been brilliant - and there's 4 More
This must have been a nightmare place to visit when it was first built but as its aged over the years so the visitors have declined. We climbed on top of the dome which was a fantastic experience and not too difficult to do. Inside the arena it was very quiet but also very clean and well managed. Definitely worth a look if you're around the area.
Absolutely amazing! Such an amazing place to not only shop, but to eat at so many restaurants too! And the arena was absolutely amazing! Watched Nicki Minaj live! Best day and night of my life! Was an amazing experience!
Always choose this venue. Easy to get to and everything under one roof.
First impressions.... quite eye opening. Pass through the entrance and you're inside a movie set. Well not quite! But the internal layout and presentation of the layout of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment is something. Right next door to a bus terminal, station, taxi rank and car parking. A great venue with much to see and do and of course the arena and shows.
Very clean. Plenty of good eating places. Loved the shops. Our Spanish friends climbed 02 really enjoyed our visit
Great venue, quite big to walk around and find a seat in the main auditorium so if you have an event to attend best to get there at least an hour early. Security checks at doors especially if you have a big bag so best to travel light in order to beat the queue! Lots of restaurants to eat at, some clubs and more. I get good vibes when I visit here.
I love watching shows here! Pretty easy to get too from most areas and plenty of tube trains and buses to get you there.
The venue has so much to offer, various restaurants are on hand to fill you up before your show experience alongside bars and it's all family friendly.
I've yet to have a bad seat (obstructed views) and I have been sat in all different areas of the arena.
Toilet facilities could be a little cleaner but considering how many people use them in a very short amount of time it certainly isn't the worst I've seen.
Great family venue and if you go, enjoy your show
Went to see a concert at the o2. But all the parking was full to the point people were parking on curbs making it difficult for cars to leave. I d advice going extremely early before your show or taking train. The actual indigo was fine, we really enjoyed the show.
The food is really great and so much selection Its good quality of money and there are so many choices for drinks
Attended a Take That concert on Friday 3 May at the O2. The show was spectacular! The venue is amazing too. However, our seats were so high up that I felt giddy at first. Got better later.
Come here a lot for the boxing, never let down. Always a great night, staff are always helpful and always feel safe.
Surely has to be building a reputation as one of the best arenas in the world now
Great place to buy good brands for an affordable price
Inside out Must visit venue if in the area. Restaurants shops cinema and plenty more. And of course the O2 arena for concerts and so on.
Nice place to chill. Really good one. One must go there.
Brad Paisley with Chris lane supporting plus one song guest appearance Ward Thomas fantastic
The American Express service was great. The stadium is very nice. Saw Post Malone and the show was truly amazing. Be ready for massive lines coming out of a show for either the tube or the taxi. Taxi's probably take just as long and will cost you a lot more because you will be stuck in traffic for quite awhile. Or you can cramp yourself into the tube after waiting in the massive queue.
Brilliant venue although our seats were very high and too far away from the floor. I thought they were closer. Stayed at the intercontinental hotel and I couldn't not fault it, a fantastic hotel in every way, even bumped into Kelvin Fletcher at the lift as we were coming out of the sky bar. If you go to a gig there get as close as you can to the action as it's a big place.
Nice place for strolling around, but not enough public facilities unless you buy food at the cafe/ restaurants.
Only rating it 5* because myself and my wife did the Walk over the roof...
Other than that it was BORING...hardly anything open...nothing going on...and toilets could have been placed nearer the front rather than everyone having to walk all the way round to the far end...
Not in a rush to go back!!
Even though the weather was wet, the climb was great.
Nice cute seeing experience, not for adrenaline seekers - just pleasant sightseeing.
Nice and helpful security stuff, event well organised, clean, wasn't waiting too long at the bars, the only minus - too much air-con, but I'm cold everywhere
First time visit for me,have to say no problems, lots of food outlets, bars, the main arena was nice and big I was standing and could move around easily, going back in afew months
Great place!for shopping or share time walking around of shops, all restaurants are very good and plenty options and variaty kind of food.
Especially seeing Panic at the disco, was incredible!
Great venue, love the shopping area. The arena itself could do with more screens for audience members sitting right at the back. Screens closer to the back seating areas would enhance the experience.
Came into The O2 while visiting the sights around Greenwich and was surprised to find that it was move than a concert venue. It's a venue, entertainment complex and a shopping centre. Mostly it's the usual high street brands and I didn't see anything that really stood out. Still it was a nice place to do a bit of shopping the the choice of restaurants and cafe was excellent.
Very nice and prestigious. A good variety of shops, eateries and things to do. Only drawback is pricy parking - unless you have been to the cinema and produce your used cinema tickets at the parking office before you leave car park. They will process your parking ticket to enable you to leave car park for free. Lots to keep you occupied!
Just too big for a full appreciation of the talent on show. We've often got the gold circle tickets which means you are closer to the acts but even then the sound is hit and miss and you're still a long way from the stage. There are MUCH better places to go and enjoy live music in London. This is not one of them - if you really like your music.
Such a lively place to visit! This is always bustling with activity, any time of the day. We visited the O2 dome and the Emirates Cable Car and ut was an awesome experience! Beautiful views all around. Definitely worth a visit! There's a walking tour on top of the O2 dome (which is always booked!), Please ensure you do not miss that!
A stadium with cinema and restaurants ! Can also do shopping.
Love this place definitely a destination for tourist & great for londoners who are looking for a great night out x
Came here for Mamma Mia The Party! It was excellent!! Easy to locate, easy parking, and a lot of facilities around.
We saw the GREATEST SHOW, a fantastic arena, however for the 1000s of people there only 4 people on the bar and over a 20 minute wait for a drink? You need at least 3 on a till to work through the queue!! Aside from that, amazing!!!
This is a great place to go shopping, going out for food, events at the arena, up at the O2 or even the cinema.
I am sure every time I go here there is something new.
The only issues I have is the strict security as you have to get bags checked before you can get in.
Missing few coffee shops otherwise the O2 looks much better than before because the outlets
Amazing venue, getting out could be easier but worth the queues. Food and drink is not cheap and most places are contactless over cash.
It's high up in the top seats but we had a great experience
Amazing evening at Bjork's Cornucopia . No photography permitted
The perfect place to enjoy a whole day, There are so many things to see. I think we need two days to enjoy that place.
I came here for an event. The security took an hour to go through a maybe 100 people and when I stepped outside for some fresh air in between I was chosen to go through a random security check, x-ray patting down, etc. These were the very same people who ran me through it the first time. Either they are deficient in the way they handle their business or this is a very dangerous place. Either way I won't be back.
Went to see Music for the Marsden concert. Incredible artistes taking part. So enjoyed it all
Great venue, but be prepared for a long queue getting on the tube when leaving! That aside, loads of things to do, places to eat and the arena itself is fantastic.
Visitors the trampoline park.02 very low key at the moment although saw the shops for first time very nice..
Great venue, awesome sound system - Props to O2 staff - they manage huge crowds very efficiently so that you don't have to waste time on long queueing.
Very good went to see 5 a side rugby I think it was a new thing there.it was very good fast created a good atmosphere well set up.
Great views. Amazing ambience. Watched Rafael Nadal play
Never seen anything like it. What an amazing experience. Shame about the price of a bottle of water and you can't even have the lid.
Really amazing venue for live music. Stay nearby and eat at one of its many restaurants. A great night out was had.
We went here for Premier League Darts final, had a great time, even with the crowds getting in and out was no problem.
There are loads of bars and restaurants you can go to before hand (these are obviously higher priced than their other branches around the contry).
My God. What a beautiful arena. Five stars are not enough.
This place is huuuuge! While going to concerts, the staff is very professional, making the process of reaching the hall so simple. Lots of places to eat and drink, various cash machines are within the building.
Went to see The Dualers at the Indigo. Fantastic...venue is just the right size every seat has a good view and even the highest seat doesnt feel too far from the stage. Standing room downstairs and also on the top. Staff all friendly More
A great venue where I had the opportunity to see Lenny Kravitz and John Mayer, two artists that I love and respect enormously!
Cold at winter perfect for buffet at Jimmy's or late night movie at cineworld
The security people don't want you in there - it appears their main job is to prevent access
Pocket searches n questions. Didn't like plastic bag in pocket
It's a shopping place we won't be visiting again
Who wants to go shopping n be interrogated and searched!
A colleague of mine had a similar experience
The excessive security will put people off visiting and the shops will close!
Came here to watch Slipknot perform at the end of January.
I think this picture says it all!
Visited the 02 to watch a live show.
Great transport links, plenty of premium shops and restaurants.
Great venue (unless sat in the gods) food and drink very pricey.
Awesome venue. So much here you can spend the whole day here.
Visited this time specifically to walk over the roof 'Up at the O2' what a fantastic experience this was. Previously vusited for concerts.
The O2 itself has plenty of places food and drinks and quite a few shops to keep spend time in prior to attending the event that is the reason for your visit.
Absolutely Brilliant, its not easy being disabeled getting around but the staff were so helpful & caring accomodating peoples needs when they asked that they made you feel welcome & comefortable that I would reccomend you go there to the 02 and have a great time like i did
Like the burgers but the way it's wrapped in a silver foil probably makes it to loose the crispness.... Which is a bit disappointing.. But overall good coz of hot and spicy chips.....yummy
It was my first ever concert seeing my favourite people, little mix it was the best night of my life
A fantastic venue for anything you wish to see, music, sport, shows etc. In my opinion its getting better as its getting bigger inside for your whole experience.
I would say that an online merchandise shop would be an idea as people don't always want to buy thing's like programs or outfits and other stuff that they will have to carry around all night. If you could by these things at home after the event that would be perfect.
Gorgeous and lovely place.. Had a beautiful and fun time.
The arena is stunning sound is amazing staff very friendly and helpful. But will safe for health and safety reasons they should have hand rails on the stairs
