Brilliant seats at O2 for stereophonics. One complaint. Attended twice in last year. Both times someone saw fit to put their hands on my daughter and force her to sit in her seat as they couldn't see. Clearly states on website when purchasing tickets that people can and will stand around you. Additional notices required at venue? Spoilt both evenings as you can imagine I did not take kindly to it!

Venue itself is amazing. Plenty to do around the venue. Plenty of restaurants and shopping. Obviously show was great and always plenty of great shows on.
Stars lost as not allowed to take in food or drinks which means having to pay ridiculously high prices for everything in the venue.

This isn't a bad venue, as long as you are in the lower tiers of seating or on the floor. The sound varies greatly depending on the concert you are seeing. Lighting is good and there are plenty of bars and food places around. If your an O2 customer, most gigs have the "blueroom" open. Free entry and a nice bar with friendly staff. Security hear is tight and it can take a long time to get thru, so give yourself plenty of time to get in. Seating is comfortable if on the small side.

Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Easy access to tube station, little pricey in some bars but its to be expected. Been here couple of times and enjoyed myself exh time so cant grumble. Worth popping in for an evening out with your other for a meal and a few drinks. Not only about going to concerts.

I love it here!!
Came to The O2 on friday just gone, haven't been here in years, lots of new and improved developments, A NEW SHOPPING CENTRE! WOW! AMAZING!!
Really impressed! Love the architecture amd structure of the shopping lanes.
Yes very expensive high shop shops but just a lovely place to look around.

My friend and I went to watch Westlife and we had the best time! What an experience!! The arena is so breathtaking. Westlife put on a fantastic show that was an absolute joy to experience. If watch it again tomorrow if I could.
It was nice and cool considering how many people were in there, how many lights and pyrotechnics had been used throughout the show. The drinks/snacks cost a bit more, but that's expected in such a venue.
Loved every second of the experience and can't wait to come back again.

Visited the O2 numerous times, mainly via the Emirates Air Line and with it's fast food joints, cinema, restaurants and arena I can highly recommend it for a date, a movie, a concert or just a quick drink.
I've visited the Star Wars Identities recently, a temporary interactive exhibition and I think I'll be setting up some alerts to see anything even slightly similar as it was faboulusly executed!
Altogether I would say the O2 can be recommended to young people and those who would like to find a wide variety of entertainment options under one roof.

Fabulous venue. New shopping complex has opened and there s something for everyone. Over 2 floors. Wide variety of restaurants and also a cinema. Plus there s the arena itself. Helpful staff always smiling and great disabled facilities.

Great venue. Massive inside and has so much more than you think. So many bars and restaurants to choose from and really great events are held here. From music concerts to exhibits there will be so something on for everyone at some point. Great view from inside the arena wherever your seats are. Easy access to the underground and boats. Always have a great time here.

Unbelievable. amazing. Went for a little mix concert and was blown away by the sound inside the o2 arena. The food is very expensive inside tho. I mean come on, 12 quid for a burger and chips

Amazing views, really great host and made for a lovely day out. The walk isn't as scary as it looks from the ground and reaching the top is such a great achievement. The harness also makes you feel super secure which helped to ease the nerves!

Went to the O2 to see Disney on Ice with the children. Amazing time staff very friendly and always willing to help. We sat in a VIP box well worth the money. The transformation the O2 has gone through is amazing. There is lots of food and bar places for you to take the children. They have also got an Outlet area so if you want to make a day of it you have everything under one roof. Enjoy the O2 experience as a family we did.

London's premier concert venue. The concourse surrounding the arena is worth a visit, even if you're not attending a gig. One half of the circle is occupied by 26 bars & restaurants, the other half, high st shops & designer stores.

Great arena with lots of options to eat and drink around. Staff left a lot to be desired, specially their ticket system in which an E-ticket actually was requested to be printed and physically presented although that was nowhere mentioned. After speaking to 3 team members one finally indicated that an alternative option would be to download a 3 party app on which the ticket could be scanned.....yeah, no sense. Also in guessing it's because they are expanding or constructing but to get to our entrance we had to walk 10 min and even exit the arena at some point just to get back in.
Once in everything was clear and easy. Bathrooms were clean and food and drinks where easy and quick to get to.

Very unique architecture and impressive in size, there's an entire shopping centre hidden within! Feels a little too grotesque however, take a while to walk to the places you need to be, and it also gets very busy. Worth a visit!

The visibility is good from many seats, the toilets are always clean and located in every block so the queues are quite fast
I ve been to the American Express Lounge as well , nice atmosphere and well decorated , comfortable - pricey food inside
The shopping around the Arena is large and with many restaurants
I've been here quite a few times, never disappoints

Anthony from the garden area was really brilliant when I popped by yesterday afternoon. I really appreciated his time, service and efforts to put up with my never ending verbal gibberish (I felt excited after having just received what felt like mega good news to me). Alfie from the garden was also great as well.

Lucy with short ginger hair from the O2 Angels and events team was just an outright superstar to me I felt. I genuinely appreciated her patiently putting up with my never ending series of questions. Lucy I felt was a very lovely, humble and down to earth in nature lady. She was incredible and I'm writing this review on the back of her exceptional service to me.

Thank you for your time - I appreciated it,

Raza =)

Great venue. Easy entering. No entering with bag to the show. If you'll have a bag you'll have to wait a long line to deposite and pay 10 pounds. There is also a Very nice mall with lots of brand store.

Great venue. The staff where efficient enough without being in your face.
Lots to see before events start. Spoilt for choice eating wise. Bag search the way into the gig which is reassuring if you don't include me just telling the chap what I had in my pockets rather than being asked to take it out.
Good views and sound.

Good concert, but it all happens at one end of a barn. No atmosphere if you are near the back. VERY long queue for beers, and unless you were prepared to stand your ground, you got a glass of froth.

Easy and convenient using public transport getting in and out, quite a few restaurants, but has the same atmosphere as eating in a mall. Would not recommend eating inside the arena itself, generally just overpriced fast food. Use the O2 priority lounge to get quicker access to an elevator (if you need one).

Amazing. Very spacious and good looking. Very nice one time opportunity, however, pricing and food security through into the arena is ridiculous. The workers chucked all my food away because we cannot have food in the arena, otherwise, the BBL basketball final show was great!

We have been to the O2 in a number of occasions and it is always a great night out. The staff and security are polite but I'm not sure how secure the place actually is. Searches were box ticking at best. Drinks inside the arena were ridiculously expensive. That all said... I'll be back..

Came here to see Shawn Mendes on the 19th April. Security was tight as usual , which is reassuring. Got here early so queues werent that bad at all. Over all the venue is great for concerts. We were sat 415 row U so as far back as you could go. The only thing I would say is that more disabled seating would be good as i am on crutches and the stair climb wasn't helpful. But the tickets i had were only ones available. The shopping outlet they have here is brilliant and plenty of choice for food and drink at varying prices. Didnt park here this time as getting out of carpark was carnage last time. Plenty of transport options too.

Nice place to visit with a number of restaurants to dine at. The icon outlet is a value addition with new restaurants and coffee shops. Store outlet are good to shop at even though variety and prices are not that cheap compare to US outlets. Overall is a nice place to spend an evening

Great venue even though it's a bit of a trek in the car and the parking is extortionate. Has all the "high street" food places but would be nice if there were some independents.very well organized and a great show from U2 even though it's a bit scary standing up when you are in the gods

We spent a lovely afternoon at The O2 where we visited Nandos for lunch and then on to the O2 Icon Outlets to visit the new shopping area. At the moment work is still in progress but the upper level is almost complete with some iconic names in situ. The lower level looks impressive but no shops open yet. A pleasant way to spend a few hours admiring the architecture and generally just enjoying the O2 which we have always enjoyed.

One of the iconic structures of London's Structural Heritage. Me being a Civil Engineer can relate to the amount of hard work and dedication that has been put into erecting such a magnificent structure. A must visit for all age groups. A lot of activities are there to enjoy including movies.

Amazing music venue in an Awsome place. Went HTID there and had one of best nites ever. Capacity is big and plenty of bars and toilets. Smoking area is the Best I've ever seen by far. Security was tight but friendly enough and made it nice and safe. Sound & lighting at this event was top notch. Will defo be going again and check out the many restaurants and bars on the Dome. Fantastic

If you're here for an event in the arena, getting in via security is usually fine. Getting out takes time especially if you're using the tube so plan for that. Lots of options for food. The venue itself does what it says on the tin.

Visited the O2 for a music concert and the ambience was fantastic. The insides are great and so is the seating arrangement.
Many garment stores and lots of good restaurants on the perimeter of the arena.
Plus you have cinemas and activities such as a bowling alley, VR and free-jumping. Many popups can be occasionally seen here.
