Fantastic arena for Live shows. I went to see Take That's Greatest Hits Live Tour. Plenty of options for eating and drinking both before and after the show. There are excellent transport connections with London Underground (including Night Tube), London buses and the fantastic River bus service.
The show itself was spectacular and from Block 4 914 row A our view was fantastic, if a little 'side-on'.
Crowds were handled very well, I thoroughly recommend sticking around after a performance for a drink as the tube and bus queues are very long immediately afterwards and soon quieten down.
Auditorium was very clean and a spillage was even attended immediately by on the the cleaning staff before the performance.
Fantastic experience, had a really great time.

Very well organised from start to finish. Getting there was easy on the tube from Waterloo and getting back although crowded was good. Loved the 02 arena and Panic at the Disco was amazing.

Amazing place as long as you not sitting in that too tier, seats were comfy but could do with being a bit wider but generally could see the stage clearly from wherever and wasn't too cramped.

Visited for Hugh Jackman performance. Easy to find and nice modern, clean venue. Good views from pretty much anywhere but if you have vertigo avoid the upper levels which are very steep. Leave lots of time to get into the venue as the queues and security checks took us over 40 minutes. No food or drink allowed so don't bring bottles water as you will have to bin it. Signposts for various entrances can be difficult to see so check your tickets carefully and leave time to get to the correct entrance.

It was ok apart from my night was ruined over water, I having the time of my life then I went to get some water and I had cash no card so I could not get water, there is nothing on the ticket about needing a card, I have mental health and it was a real stress being put in that situation I lost my mind I still feel depressed from it all I ended up crying in the toilets and missing more then half of Kaiser chiefs that I paid to see, it ruined my life to be honest I will never get over this, i was looking so forward to seeing the band as me and son listened to them alot when he was growing up, I am honestly not happy and it took me having a melt down to sort the drink of water out, I can't believe people with mental health are treated that way, we are ok people unless put into a situation like that

What a well structured venue we went to watch basketball the trains getting you there were on time organised and easy to access. So many bars and restaurants you could spend all day there before going to an event.

Well organised and slick to get yourself in at the beginning. Was a bit annoying to buy some food a drink within the O2 and then not be able to take it into the actual arena. Food and drink once inside is very expensive for what you get... I suppose that is to be expected.

Eat and drink in advance if you are able, enjoy the concert.

Saw Alter Bridge on Sat 22st December, seated in first tier block 110. The sound was surprisingly good for a large venue. My only complaint, the price of the beer. But that's to be expected in London I suppose!

Well organised if all booked in advance , parking etc. Wide selection of high end shops, restaurants and other attractions. Less hassle than expected and very enjoyable. Lots of friendly staff to point people in the right direction also .

The Arena is a big place, with lots of shops and restaurants around it. It actually feels like by the time you get to the actual concert hall, you need to visit all the shops and leave your money there... The Arena is spacious, lots of entrances and exits and drinks/food available on each level. Sound was great, lights too. Just wish the TV screens were bigger. If you are sitting in the very, very top, worth investing in binoculars.

Brilliant watching Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at the 02 but it's not very older people friendly all those stairs and Steep will only go to things I really want to see, would probably go more if they arranged seating for older people lower down and no up in the gods.

Went to see pete tong who was amazing, missed 20 mins queuing for over priced drinks. They really need more bars downstairs. Pay lots of money to see someone in concert and end up missing some of it due to ridiculous queues and slow staff.

Local station has dangerously constricted access and facilities at the venue are ghastly. No decent eating facilities, only overpriced junk food. And no water fountains, just exploitative and unecological bottled water. Extinction Rebellion should take note.

It was fabulous here. We saw Frankie Valli and the Four seasons. What a wonderful evening with lots of singing!
Before we went I to the venue, we were able to look at the shops outside, which were displaying handmade goods.

Fabulous location. Easy to get to from North Greenwich station. Good selection of shops, bars & restaurants. Great to while away the time if you're waiting for a show. Helpful & friendly staff

Attended this time for food at TGI. We had our 2 year old in tow, staff were very friendly, gave him a balloon and drawing pack and the food selection was great!

The biggest downfall, is when I attended with my husband for C2C, and once inside at 4:30pm, we were not allowed back out to the restaurants (still within the o2) and was not advised of this before we entered. Restricted to 2 choices of rubbish fast food. This should clearly be stated when you enter so then you can make your choice beforehand.

Absolutely stunning!! They also have the Icon outlet for shopping inside. That is lovely and the aesthetics are awe inspiring. The London in the sky restaurant is also located in close proximity ..wish Google allowed me to post videos so you could really see it

It's easy to find on Sat nav we parked in the valet parking area, you have to go through the big gates where all the big trucks park.
Reason why because you get out really quick it might cost a bit more but it's well worth it.
Book a table at a restaurant as well before you go as all restaurants get very busy.

Nice large arena, the coolest thing was visiting the mock sky sports channel! we got to pretend we were footballers, read news reports and get free video of the entire experience. Didn't go there for a concert but was able to tour the entire arena. Great time!

Great use of a disappointing facility: the millennium dome.
The agendas were nice and felt easy to enter and exit and there was enough choice to satisfy an accompanying fussy eater.
The inside reminds me of a Mediterranean town; but still looking attractive despite being inside a large building.
The pier is well run and a useful means of transport (if relevant to your journey) providing a good link to central London and Woolwich.

Mama Mia the experience, is one of the best evenings entertainment l have ever experienced. The moment you walk in and see the set , which you will be part of, the WOW factor engulfed all my senses. A night I will never forget. Save all your money, money, money and truly buy a memory for life.

An amazing building. The Millennium Dome! What a transformation. There is an entire village inside surrounding the arena with multiple varied restaurants and bars, convenience shops and some museum exhibits. Very plush, well maintained amazing place. Love going here. Saw the mighty Iron Maiden here 5 times and it's always a pleasure to travel to. Easy tube as well. Photos are from the very front of the crowd! He he.

Great concert venue, that has a food street and an outlet street. When going to a concert restaurants are with waiting lines from 2 hours before the start. The icon outlet has some great stores from big brands and will be expanded with the sport brands from nike and adidas. It also has a shortcut entry to the intercontinental hotel.

Visited the 02 for the Michael Ball and Alfie Boe show , Had a lovely time , I didnt choose where i sat , My son got me the tickets for a christmas gift , I was not happy with my view , ,. I couldnt see the screen behind them due to The lighting support going straight across the screen , Would of been better if they had side screens so we could all see them ,

Poor sound quality in our seats, either distorted or lacking bass. We went for a beer and something to eat during the Electric Soul Festival and the vendor we visited had no draught beer, only hot dogs for food and with a queue dozens of people long, only had one person serving. This venue is everything that is wrong with stadium gigs in our humble opinion. Just a lazy money extraction exercise!

The O2 is great for live music. Has a great selection of restaurants to eat at before the gig. The biggest problem with the O2 is transport. When leaving expect to wait an hour before you can get to the tube as it s the only way out unless you want to pay for a cab.

Awesome venue. Despite being busy, the crowds flowed quickly in and out, the toilets were well planned, lots of bars around the concourse area, and fairly comfortable seating.

Easy to get to, being just minutes from the station, and even getting away and back into the tube network wasn't too painful either!

My first time at the o2, I went to see George Ezra. The place is beautiful and the stewards were patient and helpful. I would highly recommend. Although the wait for a train or bus in the massive crowd looked crazy, I was glad I rented a car haha
