Attended a boxing event at the o2. Two massive issues. The lighting in the arena was terrible to the degree you couldn t look at the ring for being blinded. The bar service and staff was nothing short of disgraceful. 45 minutes to stand and wait for a drink at a not overly busy bar because the staff clearly had no idea what to do. It was as if the o2 had never staged a major event before.

Went to see Iron Maiden in August and was my first time visiting the O2. All staff were helpful and friendly. There is a huge selection of places to eat and drink and I found it well laid out. Our seats felt quite high up, not great if you don't like heights, but a good view of the stage. The show was awesome and well thought out so that everyone could feel a part of it.

Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

I have been to The O2 many a time. I ve seen; The Spice Girls, Lee Evans, Mickey Flanagan, Disney On Ice, etc. All of these experiences have been in the G4S VIP Boxes at the Arena. All of them were brilliant & I couldn t fault it, but on my first experience at the arena outside of VIP I was disgusted with my experience. This is why I have ranked my rating as a 2, just to find the balance, as usual one bad experience can outweigh all the positives.
I went with my husband and several friends to the Star Wars Exhibition & found the wheelchair/accessibility services appalling. As someone who has extremely limited mobility these days, I was asked to walk half way round the arena to the entrance of the Star Wars Exhibit, as not one staff member was willing to come to the entrance to assist my party. Usually, I would have been in my own wheelchair but that morning it had broken down so I had no choice but to use the venues wheelchair facilities. It took over an hour to find me a wheelchair & get me into the exhibit. My husband and carer had to physically carry me to exhibit entrance. I sent in a formal complaint but never heard back from anyone. It s safe to say that I shall not be revisiting The O2 anytime in the near future, out of fear of discrimination & major disrespect.
It is such a shame, I have spent thousands of pounds at this venue over the years & I can say hand on heart, that I have never been treated so appallingly by a big venue before.

Came here to see "Disney on Ice" with my family (kids 4 and 6) and had a brilliant time. Seats were amazing and the show was excellent. Just be aware that you can't bring food or drink through the security check. You can buy food/drink inside the arena, but it is a bit pricey (we had lunch before the show).

Great arena with many restaurants and food outlets. Stewards are very helpful and customer service is excellent. However the seats we chose were on the end of the dome and due to construction work, access was a bit of a tedious task. Great experience nevertheless.

Great show but the venue is not terribly well managed or laid-out in my view, long walks between 'gates' like a football stadium, up and down stairs, winding through shopping malls, and the inevitable annoyance of staff directing you to the next gate saying it will be quicker or less busy which turns out to be nonsense.

World class stadium and arena that was built to commemorate the Millennium. They host everything from the NBA to concerts. Easy to get to on the Jubilee line and there is no shortage of food options around the stadium pre-event!

My daughter talked me into walking over the 02 for my 58th birthday......for once I'm glad I took her up on one of her crazy ideas......we had a lovely guide/escort called Matt,he made the experience all that more enjoyable by really looking after all of our group...giving lots of encouragement and a real sense of being safe.. ..the views are amazing and you get a real sense of achievement when you get back to terra firma......I would recommend ordering the champagne as it gives you the incentive to ascend and the courage to descend

Venue great. New shops etc really makes it a great place to visit. Shame security for the concert were so slow we were stressed as hell getting in, despite giving ourselves and hour to get in for our seats. :(

We had a superb night with the great hospitality was spot on as usual, my only draw back is the unlike to Abled seats, we was on the Wheelchair platform and no drink holder, which is awkward, reaching to the floor is difficult, and unfair ti ask my carer each time I needed a drink, you could resolve this easy by putting hung drink holders on the glass panel.

But Muse really rocked the place to its foundations. With Top form music, it truly the best night out at a gig ever. I was blown away and felt part of what was going on, the stage was fantastic. Thanks to the o2 and also to MUSE for the greatest gig ever. And it was filmed so we will get a chance to relive the night

Ok but a busy place to get to if you go by car. The auditorium is huge so if your seat is up in the higher part, the stage will seem very small, although screens show magnified images of the players and actors. Sound quality is good. The seats can be uncomfortable after an hour with not much arm or legroom. The large capacity means that it can take a while to get in and be seated and vice versa when leaving.

Had a great time at the O2. I haven't been in a good few years and really enjoyed the new shopping mall part. A good selection of shops, most offering discounted prices.
Lovely clean toilets in situ - always a plus.

Enjoyed a meal at Jimmy's which had a good selection of cuisine. Steaks were cooked to order which was lovely.

All in all some great changes made to the O2 and I'll be returning to climb it during the summer months.

I have been here for several events over the last few years and always had a pleasant experience. The food outlets are all very good although you will pay through the nose for very over priced drinks. Staff are very friendly and only too willing to help. Plenty of parking for Cars and Coaches with drop off points close by. If you are travelling from north Kent then I would highly recommend the stage coach service which drops you right out side.

Brilliant venue. Spacious, clean. Huge selection of eateries and bars also. Manic trying to leave by car however; if a cab or Uber is picking you up liaise with driver and walk up to meet further away from designated pick up point, it'll save you loads of time!

The O2 is a brilliant place to visit. With so many shops and restaurants, it's a perfect place to meet up with friends or have a day out with family. It also includes a Cinema and many concerts and shows appear here.
It's also used for television such as the NTA's and more.

There are lot of things to do in the O2 but if you are not attending a concert, I wouldn't recommend going there as most of the restaurants inside are quite expensive and choice is limited. Would be better to eat outside and not from the O2. The queue at the entrance was long but it was understandable as it concerned the security of all of us.

Full of interesting things to do and see. Lots of bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and various prices from cheap take out to sit down. The show's are always to the highest standards. Transport links are excellent. Bus. Tube. Water taxi or Taxi. Are all available and well sign posted.
Just do not try to take any food or drink into the actual auditorium. Security will not let you. Security is very tight with airport style screenings. Not a bad thing. It makes for a safer feeling. Our seating was comfortable the TV screens make for easier viewing as it's a very large venue.

I think this is a great (large) venue.

Good transport to get there (getting home can be hard work). Pleanty of spots to eat and drink.

The venue itself (I have only ever booked standing or floor seats) has great sound.

A Top 5 London music venue in my humble opinion.

Fantastic venue to watch your favourite act/Bands, although you might get a bit nervous if sitting in seats on the 4th floor (blocks 401-450~) as it is quite high up and the barriers on that floor seem quite low. Some people complain about the audio output quality in the venue but I thought it was fine (not sure if the live act I went to see had done anything to improve the audio quality, but it sounded great to me)

Absolutely the worst venue I have ever attended in...

Absolutely the worst venue I have ever attended in every way. The location is awful (a pain to get to, but a nightmare to get back from). Every single thing costs twice what it should (drinks, food, etc). They have you isolated in the middle of nowhere and they can charge anything, so they do. The staff are utterly unprofessional, moody little children who clearly hate you being there. The crowd control when 20,000 people leave is absolute chaos, they run this venue but can't control the enormous amount of people. The acoustics are shocking. Half the interior is closed off or unfinished. The entire experience was a regretful, hyper expensive nightmare from end to end. I will never go to a gig there again and dearly wish I hadn't gone to this one. Avoid like your life depends on it.
