Great place to visit me and a friend watched ATP Tennis here. Great shops and restaurants.
Great place to visit me and a friend watched ATP Tennis here. Great shops and restaurants.
Watched my daughter sing here with the Young voices choir, a fantastic day was had by all
The O2 as per usual is always cold, so make sure you wrap up warm. But alongside being an amazing concert venue, it has a host of amazing restaurants to eat at. Disney on Ice was great and the kids seemed to love it. Perfect way to celebrate Disney! Seen several concerts there too- only problem is the restaurants are always busy!
Beautiful place to spend with family or friends in a day out!
The arena is a great venue (level 4 is not recommended for anyone who doesn't like heights) There are loads of places to eat and the outlet centre is pretty good too. However parking is ridiculously expensive - especially on show nights.
Such a great venue for live music. Really easy to find your way round. The outlet shops also are a great addition.
This was a huge venue and I was impressed at how they handled everything
Fantastic music venue with plenty of food options surrounding it.
good spot. the adventures activities are great as well
Amazing arena. Great atmosphere. A great venue for great shows
Nice environment all around, restaurants and social space well designed. Well conected with underground and bus station.
Great venue to go to for Music but also just a great place to go with lots of variety for restaurants.
Great atmosphere, good variety of food places. It's a great place to visit always plenty to see and do.
The premises are amazing but the staff (the people with yellow shirts/vests) in my opinion, they urgently need some training on Customer Service Quality...they aren't capable sort out issues that imply common sense. Instead they look irascible or tired . I agree, the amount of people attend to events is massive, but precisely because of that, the training is needed
Great venue. Never been to a bad concert here. Now has more shops to browse around while you wait too
loved seeing the 1975 here, good secure entering and fast lines
Dead. Absolutely dead. Outlet bit was ok but why in earth is the o2 an outlet!
Large selection of places to eat, plenty of clean toilets, events well organised
I actually watched a movie on their 4DX screen and it's great nice special effects but the popcorn was really dry and the drinks to sweet also the prices are quite expensive..
Good arena for events but highsyreet chain restaurants and an All Bar One pub make it feel a bit like a shopping centre.
I went for a work evening of bowling and food. The bowling was good at Hollywood bowl. There are lots of food options in the O2 space, mostly chains such as Nandos, Ask Italian, Gourmet Burger Kitchen etc. but a few interesting alternatives offering Indian and others. Easy to get to via the Jubilee line and back into central London if needed late evening.
Very good for sport quality bars before hand not so good for live music
Lovely place. You've got lots of things to do, can easily lose one day here.
Enjoyable place to visit, plenty of shops and places to eat. Close to the sky line which is a must great views.
Omg this place is HUG. Haven't been since it was the millennium dome loads of place in there. Restaurants can get busy and booked up when there is an event.
Loads of menu options not available, same with drinks. Food not very good, staff unhelpful, maybe too busy! Rest rooms falling apart, not clean and not stocked! Wish we'd avoided!!
One of the best places to visit for a good night out, regular events taking place, top notch food establishments, and many other things to do here to spend a few hours
Lovely environment. Site to see, things to do. Lovely for single or family. Have you tried the cable car? You will love it.
Great venue. Panic at the disco gave an incredible show.
Great acoustics and view of the stage, good atmosphere, good security system
Love this place. So many places to eat and shop. Never feels overcrowded which is something I am really thankful for as I hate crowds.
Plenty of different places to eat, good walks around venue. A lovely day out.
We actually visited the TGI Fridays where the staff were working very hard especially as it was a bank holiday weekend and clearly not enough waiting staff had been put on shift for some insane reason. Restaurant technically half full, lots of people weren't willing to wait the 45 minutes until table available. Shame management had forgotten about local events and bank holiday as they could have made a mint.
We had lovely milkshakes whilst we waited for dining table as you can still get drinks at bar. Great hot and yummy food with good soundtrack.
Really enjoyed the vegan burger I bought stage side. Seats were ok Section 110. It's not the worst venue in London for getting home after a show, think that honour goes to London Stadium after Muse, but we left The Greatest Showman early to get on a train at Waterloo. Wish South Western would run later trains to Reading
Food is awful (flavour, amount and temperature) and overpriced as were the drinks.
Attitude of staff including a bar supervisor was completely unhelpful despite it being during the event and therefore quieter.
Car parking was equally a nightmare as staff seemed surprised someone in our party was disabled...then told to hurry over the road by a steward because the physical disability is not obvious.
Having a capacity of 20,000 seats, ranked second in the UK's largest arena-covered arena, after Manchester Arena, and one of the largest in Europe. So it's great to see a concert here
Big venue with great facilities. We went a couple of times and never had a problem. The place is spacious and clean and the events are usually well organized.
Great arena to see shows/concerts, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. The new shopping outlet has a variety of great name shops and helps to kill the time while waiting for a show. We booked a space in the car park last time we went up and it was easy to do and good value for money instead of train and underground.
I very much enjoyed the experience. The views could have been a bit better however it was still magnificent.
Price of food needs to be adjusted I think.
Thank you kindly.
Great venue but takes way too long to get out and transport links to anywhere other than central London aren't great. Beginning to resemble an out of town shopping centre around the main arenas.
Great venue, spoilt by the over inflated prices, see picture! Madness were brilliant, 5 stars for them.
Had a great time watching strictly come dancing the live tour
I absolutely love the O2 and there s so many reasons to visit. The main one is the concert that is taking place but there is also a shopping outlet, restaurants a cinema and you can walk over the O2 as well.
Assistance from O2 staff was very pleasant and professional, I had a great time looking at all the shops I didn't know about, I also got me some great bargains along the way.
Very large venue, you need to pick your seat carefully to get a good view!
Went to Mamma mia party what a fantastic time we had. A must for any ABBA fans and worth the expense it's such fun.
Easy to navigate with a variety of places to eat and shop. Staff are friendly and offer you help and the entry time to auditorium was quick. Prices are as expected for London but still reasonable.
It was a great concert. The O2 is a great place now as it has shops since the last time I was there. A good place to go for somewhere different
Love the o2, easy to get to, well organised, plenty of eating places.
Nice place to while away the hours, with food for all
Nice time out area...
Got variety of restaurants and a Cinema
Went there a month ago for rhe Panic! At The Disco Tour, very beautiful inside, wasn't expecting it... It's bigger than it seems. Still haven't gotten my voice back from it, one of the best days of my life, you should definitely go here. Not many cornershops or supermarkets though as it is in the centre of London and is more of a tourist attraction. I would reccyoment this to be a great place to go for any one, apart from people who don't like it when it is loud.
Great venue. Was a VIP so no queues for us, though overheard people saying the bar wait was a long time. Really enjoyed our visit. Staff were polite and helpful.
Great music venue - I went here for Sensation s Ocean of White all-night event in August 2011. So nice to see Dance music in the arena, instead of the normal dodgy 20th century pop and rock acts! The best bit about here though is the large amount of great bars and restaurants that are close by which means you can make a real night of it, as opposed to somewhere like the NEC which is in the middle of nowhere. Just a shame dance music events are so few and far between here. Overall highly recommended.
Great place. Easy to get to with plenty of places to eat. Still can't understand why they take the tops off bottles when you go in the arena!! Backstreet boys were brilliant by the way
Great evening made special because rod was brilliant as usual xx
Big, Spacious and lots to do there. Just not happy with the staff there, they can be quite passive aggressive unnecessarily. Overall great spot!
Large indoor space with a lot of brand shops and eateries. Right beside river and a tube station so easy access. Can be very busy after a concert/gig ends.
Visited for a Rod Stewart concert very impressed overall.
Large variety of shops and restaurants. Environment well maintained. We managed to get close parking and the first 4 hours are free. Covid restrictions in place and felt safe. Friendly staff.
Plenty of places to eat, various types of cuisine at reasonable prices. There are also bars, shops, a cinema and a bowling alley. Good place to attend concerts and other events all situated under one roof.
Incredible place for Concerts, Comedy, Theatre, etc. Though if you don't like heights, avoid level 4 unless you can sit in the lower sections. The further back on this level you sit, the much higher you go. Personally, I avoid this level like the plague!!!
It's great having the O2 here for its shops and restaurants, however the older side is now looking really dated and is quite cold and empty, could do with a bit more vibrancy and life. Also constant boarded up areas between the station and the o2 entrance are a bit weird, why not take down the walls after all these years?
Great place to visit at night and day time I enjoyed it shops
Walked over the O2! Quite steep at the beginning but levels out as you get higher. Fantastic views from the top across London. Well worth doing
Very well set up for all types of people. Access is great and public transport connections superb. It has a wide range of places to eat or just for coffee. Great selection of discount stores for shopping. You can even climb onto the top of the venue - looks a little steep (like the ticket price) but looks worth it. If you are booked in for an event get there early as it gets very busy, partly because of the security but better safe than injured...
We came to watch Jack Whitehall, who was superb, which I wish I could say the same for the venue. The seating is so steep and if you have a fear of heights really do avoid the seating in the stands. We actually felt sick as you felt like you were going to Tumble down the seating. Everything else was lovely, friendly staff and ease of access to venue from the tube was great.
Love this place, come here so often for as many concerts as possible, great atmosphere, but wish all the seats were the same size as they do vary!!
It was amazing, friendly staff and a great atmosphere, UB40 were amazing xxx
Good place to visit as a local or tourist, lots of things to do in the dome. It has a wide variety of places to eat from. You also get to see the GMT time zone which is the centre of the earths time which I believe not many people notice on the ground. Only negative thing I have to say about this place is the parking is not cheap otherwise I would of given it 5 star.
Just went for the cinema, but had a quick drink outside Garfunkels. Was busy inside, but you can just have a drink outside in the seated area. Don't forget to get you car park ticket stamped at the car park office, if you've been to the cinema and you park for free.
Pete Tong Ibiza Classics with the Heritage Orchestra, pumping tunes, great atmosphere, defo go again people's
Great ambiance. Good food. You can try Jimmy's Kitchen to taste Italian, Mexican, Indian food
Loads 2 do here & the Surrounding Areas
Pay Parking
Easier by tube

Better than my last experience, 8 years ago. Still feels like a glorified cowshed but the sound had improved this time. Might have to give it another chance
Have been to the O2 many times and it is always a pleasure! Saw Hugh Jackman this time and he was amazing.
Lovely arena plenty of places to eat and drink. Shopping too if you fancy a look. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. You can pre book a space as well. We saw strictly tour and had excellent seats. Great night out.
Indigo O2 was intimate and so fun. Went to see ashanti and ginuwine
Lots of options , vibrant, beautiful and modern with a feel of excitement and fun entertaining activities !!
Watched the chemical brothers here in December and their delivery of an already amazing show was world class.
Very impressive. My daughter was there for a concert. I had 3 hours of me time in the shopping centre. Really enjoyed it. Good transport links.
This is a great venue to see bands. For the faint hearted it could be a little daunting with a potential seating capacity of 20,000!! Some of which are super high in the gods.Visited here recently. The gig itself was great apart from the back third of people in the standing area who insisted on chatting throughout the slower, quieter songs. Can't understand why these people bought tickets in the first place. No matter where you are seated be prepared for a fair walk once inside. All main doors have security checks so only bring a minimum of bags etc. Plenty of places to eat in the village. An all round good venue.
Lots of variety in the outlet and you can have large discounts from sales.
Good concert! However sound on 411 not ideal. Overall perfect Thursday night!
Very nice location, good options for food and reasonsble shopping area. Just dont think its covered so it would be warm.
Do love to visit Frankies when we are at the O2 the service is always spot on, they get so busy with the shows that are on but the servers are always great. Millie always seems to be there running around she was singing along to a few festive tunes last time we were in so nice to see happy staff.
Saw A-Ha unplugged. They were fantastic.
Venue was full and that creates a great atmosphere.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Security was tight on entrance.
Well worth the visit and am looking forward to going back.
