Nice venue. Plenty of seating, nice place to see ...
Nice venue. Plenty of seating, nice place to see your artists. Close to car park.

Went to see a performance in the arena, my son is a wheelchair user and have to admit the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful. Very impressed. The performance was also great, beer wasn't so great and snacks were insanely expensive, but son had a great time so I can let that one go :-)
I went to 02 arena for pete tong and the hestrige orchestra and it was brilliant nice place o2 for food and entertainment really nice place too come too
Great place. Went for a movie and then some early dinner st Busaba. Nice and happening place, lots of entertainment and plenty of options as well for food.
An amazing venue and Rod Stewart was an outstanding artist it was the best show I have ever seen
First time inside the O2 arena and it brilliant. Went to see the BBL final.
Awesome location, great for entertainment plenty of shops and things to see. Went to see drake here, had a blast. Also saw Travis Scott, also if you search on YouTube where people climb the o2 arena you can see the splendid views they get.
First time ever here and what a fantastic place, came here to climb the O2 and what a brilliant day we had
Always good area to bring the family out for food, fun day out and a little bit of shopping.
Was a fantastic evening plenty of good eating and drinking places.seats were a bit small and uncomfortable but access to the arena is good would not advise anyone to buy tickets through viagogo
Great venue, I've seen there The Muse and Future, great sound both times!
The bar isn't effective as it should be tho, long queues, order drinks before as you might miss the show for the long queues
In short: loads of shops and places to eat situated in amongst some very unique architecture!
The O2 is a pretty great feat of architecture, especially considering it's huge size. It is basically a shopping centre with loads of places to eat and drink surrounding a huge arena. I would recommend visiting the venue just to see the structure, which is awesome. It is free to get in to the outer ring of shops and restaurants. However, I imagine this can get very busy in the evening, especially when a concert or sporting event is taking place in at night. We went during the middle of the day (around noon) when the venue was quite quiet and pleasant to walk around.
I would recommend it if you want to get something to eat or do some shopping!
this place is very clean all the surroundings, for tourists and locals citizen to walk around, see movies and has family lunch, BUT the TOILET I can not say it clean let I only give three stars because smiling and the urine has NOT fflushing systems that make the toilet very smiling, I hope the management should look into it, by the way went you fish and chips please be very careful because sometimes it has fish bones.
Young Voices was a great show. The seats were good with a clear view. Good choice of food outlets and well organized to get everyone onto Tube trains quickly at the end.
There are many varieties of shops, it is excellent.
Really friendly organised helpful staff.
Great venue
Always seems to be a very popular venue. my uni was just outside the 02, so we spent a long time inside and around the area. Nice that they've finally added more shops rather than just venue centric facilities. Will be interesting to see how the 02 competes with some of the future builds on the peninsula.
O2 has got more attractions than before. A good place to visit for anyone and for families.
Really good venue for bowling, food and a bit of shopping. The Lindt chocolate shop was a highlight with all the different flavours!
Nice atmosphere to walk around in, haven t been to the main area for any gigs but walking around the outside part it seems good.
I wish the seats were better, Brian Cox and Robert Ince were really good
Large venue with a large selection of shops in the outlet mall, restaurants, and activities. A great place to stop even if you aren't going to a show
I really like this venue, I've only ever been seated though! I like that the seats are very steep, so your view is hardly impacted by the person in front of you.
The sound travels well, O2 know what they're doing with events venues these days.
Went to see Jeff Lynne and ELO and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Classics, covers and songs from his old groups, all entertained excellently and together with the accompanying laser light show was the icing on the multi layered cake. 5*
Lots of places closed at the moment but was able to get the stuff I needed. Before codvid all was great
Fantastic venue. With a giant mall wrapped around it and restaurants everywhere, you can do plenty of damage to you bank account in just one night here! Sound quality and show we attended was fantastic!
Too big, seats up in the high level, even the big screens were obscured by the gantry. Add lots of money to your ticket price to get back and fore, not fit for purpose.
Obviously the main attraction is the O2 arena, but around the outside are a plethora of eateries, a cinema and bowling alley, as well as the recently opened ICON Outlet shops.
You can't go to the isle of dogs and not visit the O2. Plenty of different places to eat and drink, can be a bit pricey. Worth the visit.
Great for their American country music festival every spring
Great atmosphere and venue which is very well organised.
Downside price for the bar drinks inside the venue are expensive and so is the food.
A great place, with stores, a lot of restaurants, and big cinema 100 recommended
We visited the Retail Outlets area, well worth a visit. Spent - and saved - a fortune.
Went to see Michael Buble. Great seats, fantastic really helpful polite security staff. Well organised.
Fabulous arena and event centre. We have apartments here that we rent out.
Visited to do the climb over the O2, thoroughly enjoyed it. There really wasn't a lot of the eating places open. Some places you had to pre book and also do the nhs covid app. Outlet shopping I loved, there was some queues to get into the shops, but most of them I just walked straight in.
Enormous venue on the Thames. First went there on 31-12-99, been going ever since.
There are great shops and restaurants too.
This place looks like from another galaxy, very aesthetic. Best restaurants and great shopping. I enjoyed visiting it so much!
Amazing venue, but be prepared to get a loan out for the price of water.
WE are a captive audience... the least YOU can do is make sure that the overpriced sales points with their narrow selections are open and properly stocked. Really takes the shine off whatever event you go to.
Give or take a few thousand other customers who were a bit loud it was pretty spot on. Too many seats but the entertainment was top notch. Have yourself a merry little Christmas time.
Climbed the O2 was nice lots to eat inside and outlet shops too nice day out
Incredible experience seeing Elbow and John Grant. Well organised with great facilities!
Nice to be over here as per usual but no social distancing going on whatsoever in certain shops / food places, its a joke
Went to the O2 Arena for the ATP Finals in November 2019. All-in-all an amazing show.
You can see that the finals have been taking place here for quite a while now because all the processes are extremely well managed.
Security lanes at the entrance are efficient. Make sure not to bring food or full bottles as they will be taken/emptied.
Food on premise is ok but nothing fantastic: water/beer/soft drinks & burger/hotdogs/fries essentially.
Though massive, the venue allows great views pretty much everywhere you seat and the lights/sounds are of top quality.
Lost a bit in the middle of nowhere, the O2 has lots of bars and restaurants in the shopping centre surrounding it, which allows to grab some food or drinks with friends after the event.
Every time I've visited the O2 (predominantly for concerts) there have always been plenty of staff to help answer any questions you have, including the O2 Angels who are always helpful and friendly. The way the events are organised is absolutely brilliant: the queuing system is smooth, bag checks are efficient yet thorough, exiting the venue is always very easy too despite always expecting carnage with that many people.
The addition of the new outlet village is a brilliant idea and now the entire venue is fully utilised. Not only is the designer village lovely and modern, it's very clean, sleek and sophisticated. Absolutely brilliant for either locals, visitors or tourists!
Lots of different restaurants to choose from from cuisines all over the world, including your firm favourites Nando's, Pizza Express, Wasabi, Slug & Lettuce, TGI Fridays, Frankie & Benny's, Five Guys, Zizzi etc. Lots of bars to choose from too so you'll never go hungry or thirsty!
I always enjoy a day out at the O2 and would highly recommend for either shopping or concerts!
Great venue, plenty to see and do. Good security to make you feel safe. Even though the seats were high, the view was brilliant
I'm here regularly for gigs and even Chris Rock's comedy show.
The shape means the acoustics are pretty good and there's plenty of food and drink outlets all around the venue - if there's a queue at one, just walk a little further as people simply go to the first one they see and choke it up. There's even a merchandise store on the way in if you fancy getting there early.
With a vast range of bars and restaurants I always head up there to eat first. They all know you're in a hurry before a gig so you get seated and served quickly. If the first place you try is busy, just move on, there's loads of them.
During one of our visits, we attended the Daddy Yankee Concert in London's O2 Arena. The concert was fun! The venue was safe. Make sure you have transportation arrangements. Getting an uber after am event can be challenging.
You get everything under one roof one of the most happening place in London and must visit place
The 02 blueroom is perfect before events. Opens an hour earlier, can buy drinks and nibbles, great atmosphere inside the place was buzzing!
Great variety of restaurants which are reasonably priced. Very big. Events are planned well
Didn't go to a concert but did some shopping and had dinner at Byron's. Really nice
Good venue. staff generally helpful. only downfall (even though expected) is the price of drinks!
Best venue in my opinion to watch a band. Expanded the venue with some amazing shops
Good venue with loads of shops.. Roof walk is overrated though
Great for gigs, eating and the cinema. Highly recommend!
AMAZING. went to see the killers. We were in seats literally right at the top of the arena but opposite the stage because they were the best value. Despite the distance from the stage the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were amazing and friendly and helpful. There are also a lot of staff which is reassuring. Bag searches were carried out effectively and there were airport style metal detectors.
Busy busy busy just don't eat at the Brazilian place bad customer service and they have the cheek to add 12.5% service charge
1st time have been to the 02. Easy to get to and the place was amazing.
Wonderful place. Easy to go and to get out after the show. Lovely
Was lovely when we got there as relatively quiet. Got Uber busy, and packed with Queues everywhere for food. Very expensive drinks, but to be expected as they have the monopoly on the area. Def worth a visit though!
A LOT of fun! I did the "Up at the O2" experience where you scale the building for spectacular views of London at the top. Guides were very personable and capable. The climb up was easy peasy. Climb down was very steep, like walking down a slide.
Inside the building was hopping! Lots of restaurants and shops. There was a comedian performing the night of my climb so it was very crowded, but the walkways are large enough to accommodate the crowd.
Really enjoyed,' Up @ the O2'. Great view and plenty of choice for restaurants.
Saw "Take That Oddersey Tour"here as avid fan Been to o2 many times before Food n drink seems to be increasing in price quite rapidly but suppose it's a captive audience. Great facilities clean n tidy. Always miles q for ladies toilets...no change there then? Freezing in entrance n megga hot when inside concert hall. It is what it is! Lovely venue over looking the Thames!
Great gigs, but missed half of it due to the outrageous bar queue...
Mamma Mia. The Party was amazing. Good food, awesome entertainment! I will go again next time when I am in London.
Went to watch Mrs Browns Boys Da Musical it was fantastic
It's amazing and has a good view and also very cold in the inside and very safety and has good security which are very friendly and amazing and wish to go there anytime soon.
Love Jimmy's something for everyone. Not for a romantic night out it's a bit to noisy for that. But lots of choice especially for vegetarians like myself. The food is always lovely. Love the mini deserts and chocolate fountain. Staff are always friendly.
Great family day out on a Saturday. The kids went to Oxygen, the cool trampoline place with a Ninja Warrior course, we did some pre holiday shopping at the O2 outlet (bargains galore - I can t believe the discounts at Adidas and Nike - I ll never go to Sports Direct again for kids football boots at these prices), Ted Baker and Gap, and we finished off with a delicious Wagamama s. And you can just jump straight on the tube back home.
This is the absolute worst venue in London. Went to see Chemical Bros last night. Queued for an hour to get in, astronomically rude staff, thousands missed beginning of gig, then when finally in queues for the bar snaking for miles. It s cold, ugly, run down, like one massive depressing car park. If you love seeing music- DO NOT go to the O2 to see it. Whoever s in charge - you should be fired
One of my favorite places for shopping! 50-70% discounted price!!
Unlike some other concert sites this was pristine. Theres a handy collection of shops and restaurants surrounding it too. Drinks are, as expected, pricy. However that's pretty standard at any event like this. Staff were a little blunt but then again they see 1000's of people a night so enthusiasm probably wears thin.
Slow, arrogant and unhelpful box office. I was entitled to a carer's disabled ticket but they did not give me one, even though I do not believe they were completely sold out. I will have to take a chance and go by myself even though I would More
Good entertainment arena plenty of cafe and restaurants. Great transport links but crowded.
I went to watch the ATP Finals twice and had a wonderful time. The venue is great for tennis. I do resent the fact that you can t take as much as a packet of sweets in, let alone a sandwich, meaning you have to buy the over priced food
We went to Slug and lettuce..... best pub food. We had 2 SL platters they were amazing. Toilets so clean you can eat in them. Staff on point. Specially in making sure babyenjoy his meal. The O2 is always very clean.
Fantastic venue for live music, comedy, sport. Saw Micky Flanagan on 21st October 2017 and it was brilliant. Loads of restaurants and bars for pre-event and drink/food also served inside at the usual prices for these venues - not cheap! Great landmark for London.
My family and I always visit this place for entertainments such as cinema, exhibitions, dining and even errands and treats. I began coming here five years ago.
The O2 is amazing but don't sit high if you watching a show your too far away, we saw strictly and although we enjoyed the show we had to watch the screens to see anything. Great for a concert though. Great restaurants and shops
One of the most organised live music stadiums really. Firstly it s super convenient and right by the tube station. Secondly if you have an O2 phone number you get to get priority queueing and access to its lounge which has a coat rack and a private bar area. Thirdly once everyone leaves the venue crowd control is managed well, better than Wembley to be honest. Finally, there are many pretty good restaurants (albeit touristy) that can be found here too.
The shopping centre inside is so nice, my son loves the disco lights haha
Great venue with on site food (virtually every conceivable chain of eatery), cinema etc etc. We saw Muse and it was an awesome show, made all the better for the venue.
Access is decent with a tube line virtually on site, but beware of large crowds all leaving at the same time causing congestion.
Mainly a shopping centre now, but still comes across as a big soulless empty tent.
Great selection of food outlets however bear in mind prices are sky high
Absolutely amazing place for entertainment and so much shopping outlets as well
Shocked about good reviews. Poor facilities, terrible queue for toilets and bars. Really inadequate. This is meant to be a iconic venue for London. Really falls short
Was an ok venue. Seats were not that great, we sat on the ground which is level with the stage so if you re quite short you ll struggle to see anything if not right up front. Even just above average height you might struggle especially when people stand up! Probably best if seats were positioned so that you can see between peoples heads. Security was quick. Some staff were helpful, pointed us to a further entrance/exit than we needed to be judging by our seats.
