Nice place to visit. Can enjoy Emirates cable car . Good for dine
We made a collection for their recyclable materials from this site last week, it was well sign posted easy access, security staff were excellent and there was plenty of room to make the collection overall excellent.
If you like gigs, with a shopping centre vibe, this place is for hoh
Great place and venue just gets busy when there's a big show on
I just love it here. Its so modern and beautifully designed and worth going to visit even without going to a concert, as you can also climb it, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants too. The staff are really well trained and friendly my only critique would be to advise people going to events that it is cash free so they come prepared. Overall had a lovely time here!
Lovely large venue with a range of things to do from food to shopping and a huge music/ event venue
So many things to do! Restaurants, bars, bowling, cinema, trampolining, shopping, and of course the musical entertainment. The arena is definitely the best place to see your favourite band!
It is a One Stop Shop for Entertainment to suit everyone's taste. From shopping to movies to food to various events, you and your family/ friends will definitely find something to do here. Although shopping, eating out or watching an event might not be cheap, you can still walk around and enjoy the atmosphere free of cost!
Nice but way to crowded and you dont even see the stage from some seats
Went to the O2 arena for the ATP tennis. Was good but bar queues a bit long
Went into JIMMY's for a lunch buffet and the selections were pretty good for the price. I can't rate them high on taste and flavour but for variety it was fine. Their stir fry and Naan bread were made while you waited so for a buffet I will say that is an extra bonus. They have an ice cream machine with cones which is all I had for dessert so I can't comment on the cheesecake although my daughter did say it didn't taste as nice. Drinks are extra but you can ask for water and it was served in tumblers with ice. We got there early so not much of a queue although more people came in during lunch, it was not too busy at any of the food stations.
Great venue, a bit of a long wait but otherwise fab. Great Staff.. Superb sound,.
Great venue, easily navigable thanks to the plentiful signage. Decent Underground station right outside and during busy periods the whole venue and surrounding area is managed effectively and well. There s loads of staff around to offer assistance is you need it. Everywhere is clean and modern and the choice of bars and restaurants inside is great. Certainly one of the best event venues I ve been to.
Visited to see Hugh Jackman, the show was great, no issues at all.
The O2 itself was nice, some good stores and eating locations. I wish I had known as I would have arrived sooner to experience it in more detail.
The biggest issue I had was the price of food and drink - it was crazy. My other issue was that when in 'the gods' the lighting racks were in line of sight of the performance which took away from the experience somewhat.
Getting out and in the venue though was smooth and easy. I'd go again, but I'd make sure I had a drink and eaten before going into the arena area
For the record I loved seeing Slipknot perform here. Was fantastic!
Though I must say the beer was over priced and watered down. There was nowhere to smoke and the early curfew was insulting. Felt like live stock.
There are 3 parts: the outlets, the food hall the the concerts area. The outlets offer excellent prices. The food hall is partially opened some restaurants are still closed. And the Concert area is really good. A wo.derful experience.
Lovely venue, my boy loved the disney on ice and seat we were in were perfect,
A nice place that hosts variois spprts events. Offers variois ooptions to eat. House to many famous restaurants in London. Also has a cinemax multiplex qith mega screen. Wonderful connectivity to tube station.
A massive place. Saw Celine Dion there in concert. Wonderful night. I'll never forget it!!
Always a good night out for a show at the arena, a fun and safe experience
The event was very well done.
We went for the ATP Finals, it was the perfect venue. The crowd control after was as good as it could be. The thing that let it down was the food policy. No food in the venue would be a fair rule if there was variety, hotdogs or popcorn at ridiculous prices doesn't cater to many people and not being able to bring in a small snack or some fruit doesn't make me want to spend money there.
Really lovely. First time since the London bridge upgrade. The atmosphere was like shopping uptown. One small gripe the lifts apparently don't always work and escalators are very steep and fast.
Great day out, not as many shops as i thought but never the less still some nice stores like adidas and nike at outlet prices, there is social distancing in place and mask must be worn inside the dome.
Wow I love this place always have a good time when I m there
Great place full of modern architecture, food and entertainment
First science event, Brian Cox was awesome, good meal before hand x
Nice place for shopping with good prices and nice food court
Great for social nights out... Lots of places to eat and drink... Only down side is vast majority are big chains... Few, if any independent outlets...
The O2...
Getting here is pretty simple, North Greenwich via London Underground, Emirates Greenwich Peninsula via Emirates Air Line, North Greenwich Pier via Thames Clippers and North Greenwich bus station with London Buses.
The place itself is huge as you'd expect but here are many things to do within, from bars, shops to restaurants and gigs.
It does get a little busy after 6P.M. and the weekends, i'd advice you to book in advance if you're planning to go here to eat otherwise it's a long wait for seats.
Very good place to come and enjoy a nice day out.
The best gig hall in London. The place is kitted with bars, restaurants and shops as well as the music venue. Arrive early and enjoy the whole thing. Seen a number of bands here with great audio and seats are good quality. Security is a necessity nowadays but painless. Staff very friendly and help you find your seats.
Beautiful place. Lots of shops spend your money & easy good food
Amazing venue and fantastic seats
Good selection of food and drink
Easy to find your way around, friendly staff. Only issue is it's an absolute nightmare to get out of after an event!
Visited for The Chemical Brothers event. This is huge!!! Really good quality of sound system and visual effects were incredible!
Great spot to hang out with friends, lots of restaurants are around the arena so you can plan to go out for some food and drinks before the event.
The only issue which was not really cool, is the service on bars inside. Kids selling alcohol, no knowledge about what whey are doing there. You ask for gin, you receive the whisky all served hot and nasty...
One of the best place to visit for high end clearance shops
Always enjoy coming here. This is my local cinema and music venue. They offer a great range of bars and restaurants and the small shopping centre is well worth a visit.
Good food, good entertainment the outlet is cheaper than the main stores and Cineworld is awesome if you want to grab a popcorn and watch a movie
Went to the vue cinema, fantastic lot of bars & restaurants thier
Fantastic atmosphere for live music, great choice of bars, eateries and shops.
Huge place, I loved the ABBA exhibition - don't miss it! So much fun and lively! There's a small outlet with good prices, great food options. I really enjoyed it, but wouldn't go just for the outlet. The ABBA exhibition made it completely worth it!
Empty mall in early 2020 still. I hope it would get better
Cool place, had work and visit too. O2 is the best!
Massive. No wi-fi but could see and that is the same for every seat unless you are sat behind someone who is 8ft lol
Nice place to spend the day just need to have some halal place to eat other than subway .
Just been to see our 9yr old take part in the Young Voices concert.. A fantastic night and what a great venue.
Food selection to cater for all and very friendly and helpful staff.
Good venue, relatively easy to get to, prices are not too bad either.
Well organized enabled us to enjoy our show. Will attend other events there with confidence.
Love the O2, the venue is a great place to eat with lots to choose from, went to see Prof Brian Cox, he definitely deserved 5 stars!
Great venue!
Friendly and professional staff
Fast service of food + drinks
Fast entry for Boxing event (Professional World Class Fighters)
Easy to navigate
Easy to arrive at via public transport - Train, Bus, Cable Car...Yes Cable Car (see photo) and more.
Con;
EXPECT TO PAY A PREMIUM...
Or is that standard?...
Two good arenas plenty of places to eat and drink and now decent shopping mall
Easy to find, easy to get to, well managed entrance, seamless entry, pleasent staff, lots of facilities
As we have sky booked in to the backstage bar, which is free but the drinks are very expensive. Good venue if you have seats near the stage at the side but I wouldn't want to be up near the roof, far too high & you would only see the act on the screens
The O2 is a lovely venue with great facilities. There are a great selection of restaurants offering quick bites or full sit down meals.
Having been to numerous gigs there over the years in various different seats this was my first time standing and that didn't disappoint either. Fantastic sound as always and a particularly rocking crows for The Chris Evans Christmas Greatest Ever Party
The biggest (and worst) of London s large event venues. If what you re wanting to see is on in any other UK venue, go to that one.
I can t speak for live sports but for live music this place sounds terrible, is a complete shambles when it comes to bar/food service and takes FOREVER to get in to. Should be pretty impressive but it s just really, really disappointing.
I love the size and the feel of the venue when you are inside. I also love that you can queue inside to avoid being very cold for hours! But, I went to see Panic! At The Disco last week, and having got there at 12pm to queue, we thought we were in with a good chance of getting to the front. The queue wasn't too big when we arrived but throughout the day it felt like there were more and more people in front of us. Once the doors had opened and we had got to the stage, we heard some people next to us talking about how they had arrived at 4pm. (The doors opened at 6pm). So they got there 4 hours after us and still got as close to the stage as we did. So there definitely was a lot of queue jumping basically. And I feel this is definitely something security should have control over. If people are dedicated enough to queue for half the day, they expect to get to the front. And I think poor management of the queue was to blame for this not being the case.
There's just so much activity in this place it's unreal. Movies restaurants shows awesome
Had an amazing time with partner and son watching the Muppets only down side I had was there was 2 bottles of water emptied on the floor wich I did not see as there where no signs neither had it been mopped, i slipped over and bashing and bruising my elbow other than that the show was amazing..
massive and amazing venue that really does have it all.
Have been here for dinner, for lunch, for an event, for an interview and for shopping too.
Got activities and things to do for everyone and really love how it caters for all weather and people. The food choices are vast and they even have a cinema here too
Want something different to do in London then the O2 walk is there for you. Good experience and nice view on a sunny day can see for miles. If scared of heights though the way down can be a little daunting. 2 tours guides on the day were very supportive and very passionate so made it enjoyable.
This is an awesome place. It's much bigger inside than it looks from the outside. There is a massive auditorium in the middle (where concerts, sports etc take place) and around the outside there are numerous restaurants and bars. We came here to eat at Jimmy's. There is also a shopping centre inside.. We went around Christmas time and the shopping centre was decorated nicely. There are also many restaurants outside the main building. North Greenwich Station is very close and there are parking available, though it can be expensive
Huge arena....loads off bars and restaurants!!! Very efficient staff!! Well impressed!
We climbed the top of the o2 and it was amazing we loved it we spent most of the day walking around the 02 shopping centre the shops were amazing but they put Adidas right next door to Nike.
Fantastically helpful staff (sports injury stopped me being able to sit, staff moved me without quibble). Facilities are clean and well maintained. HUGE variety of eateries, be nice to see a directory. Signage could do will improvement as some can send you on a hike but on the whole great venue
The O2 outlet has opened and not much people around so it is better than being in other shopping malls.
Always a good experience, think the organisation for gigs is great. However tip. Buy cheaper snacks/drinks from Tesco. If entering a gig remember you can't take your own food or anything leftover from a restaurant! Had to learn the hard way :( discounts are for days when there isn't a gig night or event at the O2
I have been at the O2 twice. In both of the cases u enjoy the music concert. It is very big and I advise to get the ticket not too much far from the stage. There are of course big screens as well but see the stage it always better for my point of view. In the other hand there is no much choice in food and drink inside do better eat something before to go inside. The stuff is making you welcoming.
It's a great place, But parking is an absolute joke. Traffic with no clear reason. No staff to offer direction.
Amazing venue, large stadium. There's a large array of shops and restaurants to visit after the shows over.
great place lots of restaurant many bug screens to watch movies full entertainment many screens you can have full 3d experience with full variety of snax available same goes for multi cuisine all kind of bars and restaurants available famous for live shows ample parking available good place for kids as well
This is basically an indoor mall, movie theater, arena and a place to eat all in one...a must see.
Doddle to get to and from, (for me anyway), usual overpriced food and drink so fill up before you go in, band were fantastic but that had nothing to do with venue.
Saw London Symphony Orchestra here and it was amazing! Staff were very helpful as we'd never been there before. The venue was exceptionally busy so allow plenty of time to queue.
Amazing views from the viewing platform on the top of the O2 dome, well worth a visit, good value for money
Long queues? Don't let that put you off. The whole place is designed to deal with them efficiently. Everything from your entrance to your escape to the tube flows quickly.
Found security staff to be unfriendly and rude. Overpriced for merchandise for the show, just another way to rip parents off with children. Shame on you.
I love the O2 Arena.. You can walk around because seems like a city with shops, restaurants, bowling and cinema. You can not go into the venue with food or drinks, but inside there are a few places for ice cream, hot dogs, burgers, beers, crisps, coffee and merchandising
I frequently attended Cineworld there and dining spots. Everything was always good. Except for when there are some events at the arena, the place is overcrowded, but that's unavoidable I guess...
Slow security, missed the first bit of the show. Good acoustics otherwise. Good accessibility by tube. Photo from Row H, block 415, level 4.
Easily accessible with a wheelchair. Very helpful staff. Great atmosphere
Great place with many restaurants and bars presenting plenty of options to enjoy.
It s actually super cool venue. I went there for a gig to O2 Indigo. The only annoying thing was ticket office far away from an actual venue. I have queued to get inside with my electronic tickets, just to find out that box office is... outside of the building. Overall, nice experience... and overpriced booze.
Great venue for music, food and cinema. Easy to get to and close to central London. Now has shopping as well. Worth a visit.
The o2 was brilliant and quiet on a Wednesday,no rush, best time to have a great meal with your family.
Fun place to visit. Place to eat and shop. Plenty to do
An interesting venue where some of the best acts in London take place. Acoustically it s decent if you are standing - going up to the last floor, the sound quality is quite a nuisance.
Latest bands I ve seen there were Elbow + John Grant.
The restaurants within give you a varied range of good quality cuisine.
Seen from outside, The O2 is majestic and outstanding.
Too gigantic for my taste, still a nice option for some of the best bands out there.
