From scheduling my service appointment on line, which I find to be very user friendly, and arriving at the Service Dept., I found my experience very good. When I entered the service department I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello and smile. I waited in the waiting area while my vehicle was being serviced and found it to be very comfortable. I like the fact that your dealership offers a variety of refreshments while waiting for your vehicle's service to be completed. I had requested that one of the bulbs over my license plate needed to be checked and possibly replaced. The service rep looked into the matter and immediately found me to advise that, indeed, the bulb did need replacing and advised how much it would cost to do so. After my car's servicing was completed it got a car wash, which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend O'Brien to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, whether new or used, based upon my numerous service experiences with them.

I was given Joshua Rivera's name from my parents when they bought a car from him a few years ago and told me he was THE BEST so I reached out to him and he made the process so smooth and easy for me! Not only that, but he remembered my parents from a couple years ago and that says a lot about the character of a "salesman". Its not just money to him, he builds relationships. Great guy! My experience at O'Brien Hyundai was excellent! Rhonda was the associate who helped me; she was very friendly and seemed to have abundant experience. She was so patient while I test drove 3 different cars and asked a ton of questions. She was able to get me a great deal on my pre-owned Elantra and did not try to up-sell me at all. She was understanding of my budget and did everything she could to find me an affordable car without sacrificing on features. The car drives great and still feels brand new! I would definitely recommend O'Brien for anyone looking for a great used or new car. Rhonda was so helpful and I appreciate everyone's assistance at O'Brien in helping me find my new car.

Both myself and my wife experienced one of the best, knowledgeable and honest salesperson ever. The day before we went to O Brien s we looked at another dealership 6 miles from my house. We took a ride 40 miles away to O Briens. Having previous pricing and knowledge on the car We were impressed after meeting Carlos. He was honest, knowledgeable and patient. We went for a test drive. I left my car there and drove away with a new Palisades. Thank you Carlos you made us your friend.

Carlos Ramirez again worked hard to get us the right deal and we now have a great car to drive for the next 3 years, and at a price point we are very comfortable with. Needed three (3) visit to have issue corrected. Service Department needs to pay attention to detail. Also second visit car came out with grease all over door handle that was not replaced properly due to wrong color paint. I don't expect my vehicle to be cleaner then I entered service center, but not dirtier. Very disappointed with Hyundai service.

O Brien Hyundai has been awesome!!! Totally recommend!! Great service from the moment I parked, Luis Ramos was such a help when it came to negotiating out the door price. In the other hand, Charlie and Jeff from the financing department worked on giving us the best offers available. Not forget to mention that we had to come back the following day and Carlos Ramirez took care of us and offered us a great service, he took the car in for a detailed cleaning. Coming back to O Brien for future transactions!!!

John Ruiz has been my salesman and Todd in service has taken care of me in every sitiuation that has come up with my vehicles. We called to today to talk with John Ruiz because he had great reviews . Then/Charlie who answered the phone was just rude and tried to argue with us. We have test drove the car we want we just wanted a price.

As you can see, I gave it 5 Stars because the process was very smooth from the beginning to end. My salesman was Danny Millans and he was great!! I was very impressed of his knowledge and experience in auto sales. It was far superior to that of other salesmen that I have encountered in other local dealerships. He was very patient, professional and polite. I m very satisfied with his service.

For Christmas this year I wanted to surprise my wife with a new vehicle. Because our travel schedule was a little different it allowed me a very limited window to choose a vehicle, purchase it and get it home before she arrived. I had narrowed the choice down to either a Telluride or a Palisade. It didn't take long to rule out the Telluride. I was already partial to the looks of the Palisade, but the arrogant and snarky way in which I was treated by the sales rep at the local KIA dealer was the deciding factor.

Before physically heading to O'Brien, I browsed the website to get an idea of which vehicle(s) that I wanted to look at and then entered my contact info to request a follow up. Within minutes I received a call back from Rob Sager. I made an appointment with him for the following day.

Being a business owner for over 30 years, I have purchased a lot of vehicles. I will say without hesitation that this was one of the best buying experiences that I have had in my career. Rob was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very low pressure. He played none of the "games" that are so often a part of the buying process. He even loaned me a big red ribbon to place on the hood.

I would recommend O'Brien to anyone looking for a vehicle. And make sure that you ask for Rob Sager.

Had the most amazing experience here today! Our sales rep Curt was such a big help and really made sure we were taken care of. He was so personable and made sure we found the car that was the best fit for us! We were also very thankful for the General Manager who personally came over and made all of this happen for us. Would definitely recommend them to anybody s who looking for a car. Would gladly do it all over again!

Had my car towed there. They had a lot of work to do. Once the tow truck arrived, they took over. The service Dept worked like a well oiled machine. The service Tech that stayed with me and kept me up to date to the car's progress was awesome.

It's not the first time I have bought or leased a car from this dealership. I've been a customer of O'Brien since they were on Fowler on either side of the street. They are
excellent and only get better.

The service advisor Jose Delgado was great. But David the shop foreman is as rude as they come. Jose was letting me know what the recommendation was on my car and here comes David and has a bad attitude and decides it is ok to throw my keys on the counter and walk away with saying a word to me. He needs an attitude adjustment. If it was not for Jose being as nice as he was I would never go back to O Brien Hyundai.

Greetings from North Carolina!

Just as the COVID pandemic was taking hold, my partner had an accident and totaled my 2012 Mini Cooper Roadster Convertible. I've owned approximately 25 vehicles during my lifetime and this car was my absolute favorite. Mini made the Roadster for only three model years and the ones that remain are difficult to find, highly collectible by Mini enthusiasts, and usually have extremely high mileage or other issues. My plan had been to "retire" my Roadster for recreational use only, and buy an affordable new car for commuting and everyday use. Given what others are dealing with right now, this was no tragedy (partner was uninjured), but I was bummed.

I took a look at new Mini Convertibles at my local dealership, but they're expensive and just aren't as much fun as the discontinued Roadster.

Being housebound during COVID lock down, I had the good fortune not to need a car immediately. I decided to take my time and search online nationally for a replacement for my Roadster.

This is the point where O'Brien and their FANTASTIC salesperson, Kim Green, come into the story. I logged a question about the car late one night on the dealership's website and Kim called me back early the next morning. I liked her immediately and she promised to get answers to my list of questions.

Within 45 minutes, Kim was back in touch with a just-taken iPhone video of the interior and exterior of the vehicle. There was one particular flaw I was worried about, and she worked with the sales manager and agreed to have it taken care of as part of the deal.

Over the next couple of days, Kim and I were in constant contact via text or phone. She was consistently accommodating and incredibly responsive. My messages were responded to almost immediately, regardless of if Kim was working or had the day off. I have a quirky sense of humor and Kim handled it well and we were soon exchanging funny messages (I'm gay as a Christmas ham, so there was nothing creepy about a 54-year old man exchanging silly messages with a gorgeous and much-younger woman!).

Anyway, we eventually settled on a deal and I made arrangements to fly one-way to Florida to pick up the car (I wore a mask and social distanced throughout the entire trip). Kim was working when I landed, and even offered to pick me up from the airport. I declined her kind offer and met her at the dealership where the car was waiting and ready to go. It was beautifully-detailed (this is a 7-year old car; kudos to the previous owner and to the O'Brien team for making it look brand new) and I spent no more than 20 minutes on the lot, everything had been handled via auto-sign online.

This was definitely the most unusual car buying experience of my life. Not only because I bought an older car, located more than 700 miles from my home, without having laid eyes on it, but also because of the ease of the process and the honesty and attentiveness of Kim Green.

As I told Kim, buying this car, which by the way performed beautifully on the return trip to NC, was a huge leap of faith. I was nervous I might've made a huge mistake. Fortunately, Kim was honest and disclosed everything I needed to know before picking up the car. She was straightforward and played no games. In a word, she was FANTASTIC!.

If you're considering a new or previously-owned car purchase, definitely consider O'Brien, and when you get there, be sure to ask for Kim.

He made me feel at home and extremely comfortable, he was also very patient considering I had no idea what I was doing. In my opinion he made it the best experience I could have had buying a car. 10/10

Just purchased a certified pre-owned Hyundai Santa Fe and had a great experience! I had a trade-in that has been giving me nightmares for months now and I decided to finally get rid of it, which was a great choice. Nathan Lewis and Brian Burton were absolutely amazing! Brian was extremely helpful in getting my financing situation handled and getting me exactly what I needed! If it was not for him I would definitely not have been able to receive such a perfect deal on my Santa Fe, for which I am extremely thankful! Nathan helped me with the test drive and guided me through the paperwork and made everything a breeze, he made the whole process quite enjoyable and made me feel like I was at home! I m extremely thankful that he and Brian were were there to guide me through the process!

I can t wait for them to help me with my next vehicle purchase down the road! Great job

Their service department actually refused to inspect my brand new vehicle after I made an appointment because my transmission was not working properly. I've NEVER had that happen to me before. Then I had to argue with them to get my appointment and concern documented with a service receipt. Once they have your money I guess you are no longer important to them. This is my 5th Hundai, all purchased new, and I've never been treated so poorly from the dealership I purchased from. The service advisor I dealt with, Edgar Bradfock, was very nasty and unprofessional. He tried to dismiss me by writing a vague note on the back of his business card. I'm very disappointed in Hyundai.
