Excellent vehicle, poor customer service post sale...

Excellent vehicle, poor customer service post sale. Salesforce transfers responsibilities to the customer instead of working on their behalf. Once you sign in the dotted line you're on your own. Phone calls made to resolve problems are ignored forcing the customer to make many follow up calls for resolution. Don't believe the tv commercials about the O'Brien experience, nothing is further from the truth..
