Carlos Ramirez did a ok job getting me a deal but failed to hold up a couple of the stipulations we had agreed upon. They are not very efficient to getting the sales done within a timely manner. One of the financial sales managers were very rude and disrespectful. Saying that in was waisting his time and not being truthful with my down deposit because he wanted to require more than what was originally said to him, which then he got even more unprofessional and was ready to terminate even working with us becauswhile I was looking to buy a brand new car. Was not my best experience purchasing a vehicle. They had to have a high up manager come out and smooth things over while we were getting ready to learn to go buy else where since we were wasting their time.
