I've not been into the office as I conduct most of my business online or via phone. I know that sometimes in our frustration we forget that there is another person on the end of the line. If you show them kindness and compassion it is likely to be reciprocated. Thank you to the staff at NTTA who have always tried their best to assist me when possible, even when it has been a fault of mine they are happy to help.
They are doing their Job, let's not forget that.

This company is a giant money stealer from the not havea. They sent me a bill that I owe $38 from tolls and fines when my toll tag account has over $60 balance on it. Why don't you just deduct the money i owe from my account instead of letting the money accumulate then the me a giant flickin bill.

They are helpful in person, but they shouldn't even list a phone number on their website. The customer service line is never answered and you'll just be wasting your minutes. Unfortunately, it's just as bad as trying to call the USPS national customer service to get a real person on the line. It won't happen.

Some of these people are lucky to receive a bill. I never received a 1st, 2nd, 3rd or final attempt. Apparently they sent it to the wrong address. I called all the way back in 2013 to switch my account to a new car and they said they did, but they never did. Now I'm stuck with a high bill. When up the the building this morning to sort this out and I told them I HAVE proof of them saying that my account was good and I don't have any charges but that still didn't matter. They just don't care. It's all about money to them. Honestly I wish I can give them zero stars.

North Texas Tollway Authority had the audacity to STEAL money out of my account. I have been dealing with these stupid people for almost a month and they will not give me my money back. Never ever.....never ever make a payment over the phone or on-line. They will hold your credit card or debit card information and STEAL your money.

My wife and I stopped in here for a toll tag after having driven on the tollways accidentally. The front area was packed with people, and the parking lot was completely full, but somehow the staff here was incredibly efficient! We were in and out, with all our questions answered, in under 20 minutes. If only our DMV's and revenue offices back home were this quick.

I recently lost my mom less than a year ago. My dad owed $1400 on a measly $250 in tolls. How is that possible? I don't even have a credit cards that could rip a new one on me that bad. On top of that our TX state government gives them permission to put on your record that this money is owed and deny a car's state inspection and registration immediately. I say this conflicts with the 8th amendment of excessive fines imposed. You want to over quintuple a toll for being less than 2 years late? Give my dad and everyone else a break!

It was easy and convenient to pick up a TollTag. They say everything is bigger in Texas, and that includes the tollways. I thought the Illinois Tollway system was big, but nothing like this. All the NTTA tollways appear to have been built recently, unlike the crumbling Illinois tollways.

All tollways in the system are open road rolling, so it behooves you to get a TollTag. You will pay less than cash customers. If your GPS tends to route you on the tollways, you will appreciate the savings.

There are 2 kinds of TollTags: transponders (the little boxes) and stickers. I got the sticker type, in case I ever go through Oklahoma. Transponders don't work there.

Although I found the process quick and efficient, I wonder why you can't pick these up at grocery stores. Illinois Tollway users could get transponders at Jewel, the local Albertsons affiliate. That would be much more convenient than the current system.

Go before 9 am or during lunch hour to get in quickly; wait times on weekdays can be ludicrously long.

Absolutely terrible, only giving the star so I can write this review. Toll tags are great and convienient until they loose your credit card information and bill you $300 worth of payments. AWFUL!!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for three weeks. I have had to be the one to call back four different times. A manager was supposed to call me back but never did. Thinking about canceling all 11 toll tags for my company.

This is what you get after paying years of tolls at about $2500/year. No customer appreciation, just pure greed.

I believe it would be most fair to guarantee a certain rate of travel between each checkpoint. In other words, the road is there for convenience. If it is jammed up, tolls should be waived for patrons stuck on the road during those periods. The toll roads serve no function if it's faster to avoid them.

The people at this location seem to be very friendly. Give yourself plenty of time to stand in line!!!!!! We've been there twice and both times there were at least 15 people ahead of us! Parking is easy to find.

NTTA has been stealing my money. I canceled my tag 7 months ago. I sold the vehicle and did the tittle transfer at the DMV. The new owner has been issue a new tile but some how NTTA still showing that vehicle still register in my name and they keep charging my account. I contacted the new owner and she told me that she bought a new tag as soon as she got the vehicle from me. I contacted the NTTA and spoke to the rep and oh man she was
soooo rude. When I request to talk to the supervisor I wan put on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answer. This NTTA is so corrupted and there is nothing we can do about it because they're backed by corrupted goverment officials..

Not sure which location she works at,but do appreciate Andrea Mejia...Very helpful and very polite over the phone..Some of the other people I have dealt with could take some helpful tips from her...such as patience and courtesy...

They over charge me 770 dollars and put a block on my registration sticker and I didn't have no choice but to pay it they shouldn't have that kind of power worst customer service and it is ridiculous that they are ripping people off and abusing their power

I ve been using NTTA toll-tag/toll ways for years. Never a problem. Fast, efficient, courteous customer service on the rare occasions I need to call. Accurate and efficient billing. For the life of me I can t see anything to complain about. But then I m not trying to live with Champaign taste and a Beer pocketbook. I actually like that the tollways aren t cheap. Or they would be nearly as congested as the free roads...so then what would be the point? In an ideal world The State of Texas would have roads in abundance where we could ALL zip along. But let s not look for the State of Texas to view all citizens indentured servants anytime soon. Ain t happening. Thank you NTTA for doing a good job giving me what I PAY FOR.

While no one wants to spend their day at the tolltag store, sometimes it cannot be avoided. After a nightmare of not getting things done over the phone, I had to go into the office. I was not looking forward to it as I expected it to be like the DMV. It was not. I was worried as the parking lot was full but there were only about 10 people in front of me but their system works great and I was through the line quickly. They have someone with an ipad at the line to find out why you are there so they can get you in the system and to the correct person. I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

I really canNOT believe that the TX government is letting this scam of an operation affect Vehicle registrations. I went to register my vehicle and was told I have a block from NTTA. I logged into my account and there was a negative balance of 11 cents. I called them and was told my bill was $1900! Impossible. I had them send me invoices and the actual toll charges are $400 and the rest are fees. $1500 in fees?! this canNOT be legal. I never received a bill from them, no notice that the bills could be contested or anything. furthermore I have a toll tag account and never drove toll roads regularly, just on randon weekends. I received no bills, my account was not charged and they put a block on my registration. I see a lot of lawsuits in their future

NTTA are literal highway robbers!!! If you re from out of state beware what you re getting into in TX! They are not up front about anything and they expect you to google answers on how to use tolls roads and the different lanes on the same roads where other states make it so much easier. $240 in one month for some regular old toll roads since TX drivers don t know how to drive and still can t win.....they wanna go 60 in a 75 and pay for it! Just ridiculous!! Never had these problems in any other part of the U.S.

Called the NTTA today about a bill I received for dates after my car had been sold. They are holding me accountable because the party that purchased the vehicle failed to change the title - how exactly is their failure to follow the law and register the vehicle my responsibility? I have a signed and dated copy of the bill of sale which I will have to take somewhere to fax them because they don't accept email. Hopefully that will be good enough to end their nonsense. Forget that I'm actually a toll tag customer and have been for years; all that matters to them is how much they can stick to you. Ridiculous.

Overall, I prefer coming here instead of waiting for a Toll Tag by mail. People have always been friendly here, great at answering questions (good if you're new to Texas) and very efficient. Wait times can vary a lot though. I've waited 30 minutes. I've waited 2 minutes. Be prepared either way!

Cant talk to a person on the phone number provided. Site continually rejects my card even though it has plenty of funds and isnt expired. I've had to go through a two hour long rodeo 3 times to get my card back on file for my toll account. This place is terrible.

Whatever you do do not go to this location on a Saturday to try to work with your TollTag. I arrived around 1 p.m. and there were at least 50 people in line in front of me. The previous time went to this location which was during the week the people who work there were friendly and helpful.

don't kid yourselves, this is a money grab for the state run anti-tax and anti-regulation Texas government, when people are bragging about no state income tax you can remind them that if you have an income, live in a city in Texas, you are paying a tax and a big one because there is just no way to avoid toll roads they are converting everything to a toll road. with the millions they haul in you would think they would update this circa 1995 POS website they have too.

Nothing but crooks! They bleed you to death with outrageous toll fees and then when there are so many you can't keep up before you know it you owe $3000.00...then you try to set up a payment plan, they say "sure but you gotta pay a $700 down payment"...If i had $700 to give you I wouldn't have this problem in the first place. You tell them that it's absolutely impossible to give that much because you are single mother trying to take care of yourself and your kid and you just can't pay that kind of money. They don't care...they say thats NTTA's policy. Even when you tell them you can give them $200 down payment. I know its not $700 but hell at least it's something to get me started. But nope...they want the whole $700. Its BS...they don't care about anyone. Just they're money. You would think if they want they're damn money so bad they would do anything they could to help a person who is sincerely trying to pay them back...Instead they just want to send it to the DPS for legal action and have tickets issued to you. HOW PATHETIC...THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!!

Customer service can be hit or miss here. I have several vehicles and am a professional driver so I find myself needing to go here a few times a year for one reason or another. I find that most of the time I get friendly service reps but a few times I have had reps that make me feel as if I'm some sort of bad guy for challenging a billing error or asking a question. I'm sure they deal with some real jerks on a daily basis but even when I'm being friendly and calm, I sometimes am met with animosity.

The service center is okay. They'll waive all the fees they can. I only had 4 invoices but i didn't know until 3 months later, and every 30 days you're charged again. My total came out to $295.51. They were only able to waive $70.00. My advice: Get a toll tag, and put $20.00 on it, and they'll notify you when you're running low.

Found out about a charge I never received a bill for. I have an account with them but got a different vehicle. Added vehicle. They said charges occurred before adding the vehicle. They claim their system can't link a new vehicle to you. I know for sure this is not true because they linked a second vehicle to my primary account several years ago, same scenario. They have figured out a way to scan and extort people and they're running away with it. They're charging me 5 times what the supposed original charge would have been. These people are like the mob, very powerful crooks and they don't care because they know you are powerless against them. ZERO stars should be created just for them.

I've had a very frustrating experience with NTTA. I have been trying to resolve my outstanding balance (expired card - I didn't realize I was being charged fines) but when I call I receive a busy signal. 8 out of 10 times. The two times I did get through, the automated system hung up on me twice. Please, NTTA make some changes to your customer service.

THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! Charge you extra fees even though you have a toll account and have always paid! I updated a card number after receiving a new one because of fraud. There was a 3 day lapse. Accrued less than $5 in tolls and they send a paper bill instead of just charging my account (which they can easily look back at)!!! Which results in administration fees which they refuse to remove! An absolute joke. Sending out pieces of paper does not cost over $10

This is the worst company in the world. We as tax payers need to revolt and demand new management. They are EXTREMELY CROOKED. The news reports we have heard are COMPLETELY TRUE. I am calling my state representative and demanding an investigation into NTTA. If you think you are going to call and get ANY HELP OTHER THAN THEM HELPING THEMSELVES TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, you are wrong. If I could have given the negative stars I would. I never write reviews but I had to write this one. I'm sure they don't care because they are the only game in town and you can't move quickly around Dallas without traveling NTTA. This is a monopoly and we as the people need to revolt against it.

If I could give zero stars, they'd definitely deserve it. This company is the biggest racket in Texas right now. They are set up to rip you off and they're clearly funding our local government to stay in charge of all of these projects, profiting on the people of Texas and robbing them of their hard earned money. I hate them. I really hate them.
