All the ladies in there were so jovial, is was nice to see a government place so lively! Usually gov. places are mean, unwelcoming, impatient, and tired. Also I asked one of the ladies if she could help me put the sticker on and so she came from behind the counter walked with me to my car and put it on for me with a smile. Great service! I really don't have many reason to come back, but if I ever need to I'm sure I'll get great service again :-)

I called in and Jessica answered the phone. She was polite and patient and seemed real. I mentioned what car I have and mentioned how popular my car was, which made her seem more like a regular friend I was calling amd made the whole process of adding my new car to my account easy. 5 stars not only to the walk in I did some months ago, but also for the phone representative Jessica.

So I have a second car now. I went again to get the sticker put on. I was greeted by a white guy that asked if he could assist with anything. At first he was confused about my request, but I informed him that I was assisted last time and would like to be assisted again. He asked a lady with short red hair and pink pants (I didn't catch her name, sorry!) to assist me. She kindly agreed and did so with a laugh and a smile. I didn't get her name, but thank you for your help!

I have been waiting for a bill for a toll I ran. Just received a 1st notice of nonpayment. I called immediately spoke with Patricia a very rude "customer service" rep. I was told if I sign up for a toll tag they would waive the fee. If I did not there is nothing they can do to help. What a true scam! When asked "so you are telling me I have to sign up to receive honest customer service" response from the rep was YES!

These people by far are the most unhelpful people in the state of Texas. You have to sit on hold for 10 minutes before you can even speak to someone who barley registers as English speaking. You then spend another 5 minutes validating all your personal info, only to hear they cannot help you once you get your question out.

I spend more than $40 a week in tolls, most of it driving at a snails pace because the roads are not equipped to handle the traffic flow. So when I transferred my tolltag to my new car, and forgot to update my license plate, I get a bill in the mail charging me double in tolls because even though the toll tag was working they could not "validate" the charges since I took a week to update the license plate. This blows, they have people who owe them hundreds of thousands of dollars in tolls and fees, who have no intention of paying, and a person who spends a large amount and maintains an account in GOOD standing is getting screwed by they unwillingness to help.

I sincerely hope the state reevaluates the company they use to manage the tollways of Texas. These people are rude, unhelpful & inconsiderate. It's time for a change!

They are purposely not charging cards for tolls to get service fees from people. I have a toll tag account and my card is attached to charge for tolls that come. I even added another card cause they claim they couldn't charge the last one. I out of no where receive an invoice for 479.64 after I already paid 164 a few months ago. I asked the last lady that called was all of my accounts up to date was told yes. Then, I get an invoice for this amount. They purposely didn't charge my card or put a notification to try and charge fees and take legal action. They are nothing but crooks who need to be stopped and regulated. This is the THIRD TIME they have pulled this and I am fed up with this. They say they charged my card, but I contacted my bank and they told me they have not tried to charge this card. They need to be fined for setting people up to pay more.

I spoke to Laniqua, she was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

Scam artists! Send me the same bills over and over...

Scam artists! Send me the same bills over and over, had to print out bank statements to prove I've paid. Getting screwed over AGAIN! This establishment should feel ashamed taking money from hardworking families and slapping in fees whenever they want.

Received a bill but the car pictured doesn't match the invoice. I've called 3 times & each person says "I see it's the right car. I don't want to go back & forth with you so I'll get a supervisor to call you". I just want to see that it's the right car & I will gladly pay it. It doesn't help me that you can see it. Why can no one just send me a bill with the right car on it?

ZipCash is a scam! I shell out $50+ in tolls weekly for my commute. I got a new Tag a month ago and when my new tag failed they want me to pay the ZipCash + fee for a new one and wouldn't move the balance back to the standard toll fee. They are lucky I-35S is such a pitiful excuse for a road. If it weren't I would suffer the potholes and reckless idiots on 35 to avoid this company.

I returned a car to Enterprise the same day and was charged tolls for that car 6 days passed the return date. I sent copies of the rental agreement to NTTA who refused to refund the charges. By far the worst company for customer service I seen in a very long time!
