Excellent hotel, modern ambience, spacious room (maybe the bathroom was a little less so).

Nice and clean hotel. Location near airport. There are 2 supermart about 8 to 10 minutes walk. Small gym. Dining menu very simple. Breakfast normal. Bread, eggs, fruits, cereal and yogurt, coffee machine, wide range of tea. Room service available. There's also a ironing room for guest.
Food and wheat was delicious at the bar, friendly staff.
Conference rooms could be brought up to date a bit. e.g. new video projector and some chairs would need a cleaning.
A cheap option just stay overnight for traveller who need access to quick train transport. The hotel rooms are not clean , carpet is untidy . Breakfast is average.
Although not in the City Centre, the closeness to the 10 and 12 tram lines makes the hotel still convenient. The restaurant is very good - the whole staff make you feel welcome. The standard Novotel room and good internet connectivity rounded this good experience up.

Good hotel Cleansed. Good breakfast buffet. The three days that we were of the two elevators that there was, one was damaged. Something unacceptable for a hotel in this category and the influx of customers there. And to be the city that it is.
Overall, very good place to stay, we slept soundly and the breakfast was very good butfor all the small little problems, the reception desk did their utmost to solve it.

A pleasant stay in a good clean hotel situated ideally for the Airport. Great food experience in the restaurant (if a little pricey). Very easy to reach via Trams 10 and 12 which stop at Lindbergplatz directly outside hotel.
Check-in took a very long time. Apart from that, rooms were very nice.

The rooms are still in the 90s. The breakfast is average and was out already at 9am and got refilled very slow after request only. On the other hand the service was good

Room wasn't ready for guest: I found the clogged sink and the inside door to the next room was open. I asked the hotel to fix the clogged sink, but no following action was taken. Very disappointing!
Very convenient Airport Hotel. Tram stops in front the Hotel. Just the receptionist was anything but friendly.
Very nice service. The hall on the sixth floor and the rooms are outdated and the cleanliness could be better. I was not on another floor. The bed is a bit harder but the quality is absolutely OK. The entrance area, the restaurant and the gourmet bar are modern. There is also a play area for children with a kicker.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean but it had some issues. My room was a little small, and the rolling table common to novotel did not open all the way. Also, the bathroom light on the mirror took almost 5 seconds to turn on, it should be replaced. Also, when I arrived at about 15:15 it seemed as though housekeeping had only just been through and they hadn't quite finished. There was a handtowel on the floor and the minibar was not restocked. The location of this hotel is very good, between the airport and city center and just on the tram stop. It was very easy to find.
Overall my experience was very pleasant, but there were just some issue with the room.

When you pay so much for a room and you can't even use the air conditioning because they decided to turn it off made it impossible to sleep at night. Reception staff was rude as well.

Ventilation in the room on the 7th floor was too noisy. Even when the air conditioning is completely switched off, the monotonous noise persists. I had to sleep in earplugs. Poor drain in the shower caused that the water poured on the bathroom floor. No shelf to put soap / cosmetics in the shower. No kettle to boil water for tea (I got it after the intervention). The waste housing of the slot on the hotel card. Traditionally a poor breakfast offer. Scrambled eggs and sausages unpalatable.
All requirements in room. Breakfast good. Generally a very good standard.
Try to speed up check-in. In 2017 we should be able to do this on line. In the room please leave bar-fridge prices clearly visible. Also coffee-maker's water reservoir was missing.
The location is very convenient... there is a TRAM tram stop not far from the hotel... there is also a Spar supermarket less than 500 meters away.
Gym here is very limited, my room has graffiti decor which is not appealing

Very good hotel. Very close to Zurich Airport. Very comfortable beds. The rooms are big. The location is very good. Very good location. You can take tramway number 10 to go directly to Zurich Airport in less then 10 minutes. And you can also take tramway 10 to go to Zurich Train Station in less then 30 minutes. Even if we are close to Zurich Airport we don't hear any plane during the night. Don't come by driving because you need to pay to park your car here... And it is over expensive : 20 CHF for one night. It is the first time I see an hotel that you need to pay the parking when you sleep in... The breakfast costs 20 CHF so we didn't go. Too expensive too.

Hotel close to the airport, has the comfort of a 4 star in Europe, but is far from downtown, with no restaurant or retail options nearby.

Stayed here for one night, the staff is very friendly and the rooms extremely clean, so to speak, exemplary.
I would like to clarify something here.
The hotel and the rooms are neither old nor worn or otherwise, everything is clean and modern new condition no sign of wear, the cleanliness you look in other hotels in vain.
I highly recommend it.
