Summer and Moon have done an impressive job pivoting their classes and workshops during the pandemic. I continue to attend weekly classes. Their summer SUP yoga class has kept me sane while being safe. And the retreats are outstanding.

I ve enjoyed the classes I ve taken at Asha Yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable, the environment is clean and relaxing. The only problem I have is sometimes in one of the rooms you can hear the toilet being flushed because the bathroom is right next to the yoga room. The parking can be a problem sometimes but I still find the classes worth it despite these two drawbacks. Update: my last post was done over a year ago when they were located on 24th. I ve been going to the new Franklin location and it s much better! They even have a nice sitting area in the back patio which is very relaxing. No more toilet flushing noises while we are doing shavasana!

Excellent yoga teachers and the owners have adapted well to the COVID situation with creative solutions, including outdoor yoga in the park and stand up paddleboard yoga during the summer months. The responsiveness and communication whenever there have been inevitable hiccups with zoom classes has been outstanding!

I went to my first class at the new studio and as always ASHA did not disappoint. The new studio space is perfect and lovely. The rooms are bigger which means they may have more room in their classes. They do limit but it will be nice that they can hold larger classes. I ve taken different types of classes through ASHA and every single instructor has been amazing, guiding each student through their best personal practice. My restorative class this evening has left me a different person. My body/mind/heart are aligned in a way they were not before this class tonight. Bring your own mat if you can, but they have some you can borrow there. They also have all the props you need and changing rooms. There isn t a parking lot like the old space but there is plenty of street parking!

I'm a lifetime yogi and I also teach yoga. I had an opportunity to take a class at the new location on Franklin today. What a beautiful serene and comfortable spot. The instructor was wonderful and I was welcomed so warmly. I parked right in front.
