Chris Anderson has helped me get to the bottom of a lot of problems that wouldn t have been cleared up without his expertise. Nothing has been too much trouble and TBH it seems like there are not too many honest people left in this industry. Chris is obviously one of the minority and I will keep working with just him for as long as is possible. Couldn t recommend him and his company enough.

What absolute nightmare this company is, they ring every single day to my business. Are rude, lie, claim they don't have a database with your details on that you can be removed from under the GDPR rules. AWFUL PEOPLE

They were one of the companies who I discussed our energy change with but even after they were beaten by another outfit they still kept calling wanting us to get a price for when the contract we signed was up. It just never ends unfortunately. The callers were always very helpful but at a certain point you've just had enough. They'll always find an angle to call you back and it becomes a constant distraction from your job.

Scam callers!!! literally had 4 calls in 15 minutes and the last one was from Dan was clearly taking the p. Not professional at all

Bradley O'Keeffe is our business account manager and regularly rings to make sure all is running smoothly as we have had a few issues with our current supplier. Bradley is always polite, helpful and provides a good service.

Much better than my last company. Switched over because I was sick of bad customer service. Northern Gas and Power are easier to communicate with.

Richard Crichton and Kerrie Stephenson have been exceptional in sorting out best deal for our electricity. They are very helpful, professional, have full knowledge of the market. Craig Boyes has recently been sorting out my contracts for me,done very professional job changing tenancy and setting up new account with very good rates.

Bradley has been my account manager for over 4years now and has looked after me in regards to 3extensions throughout this period. all rates have been fantastic when comparing against others and when having a odd query this has been dealt with within 24hours, would highly recommend him and his team at NGP.

Andrew Dawson has been speaking to our company for over a year, not only was he polite and accommodating he didn t pressure us until the time was right, he beat our renewal prices by a huge margin and I would certainly recommend him and Northern gas and power

Scott Robson was my contact with regards to changing our Electricity supply and found him very professional and explained the process that allowed me to make an informative decision.

Since using Northern Gas and Power I cannot fault the service. Jamie, Rachel and Tracy have all proved to be friendly, professional and prompt in dealing with our energy needs. We have multiple sites and for the first time have contracts lined up that will all end at the same time with the same supplier at much cheaper rates than we had previously. Can't recommend them enough.

Simply appalling business, i wouldn't trust with a 10ft barge pole.

Disposable culture, earn money by frightening customers with false news about the energy industry.
Go direct to your supplier and don't give this utter shambles of a company any time/money. (They will put monetary uplift into your unit rates - for example you pay 15.5pkwh they will tell you its 18.5pkwh and pocket the difference per every single unit of energy they use) although they quite often don't tell you, and get you to sign on the phone and your stuck for 5 years!
I know people who have worked there and also been customers (including myself) and it was the worst decision i have ever made.

Having put the phone down to many other brokers regarding my Energy Contracts I was contacted by a member of my staff and asked to call Jane back, why, because she originally contacted me in July was advised of my renewal date for March, she advised she would call in February. She did, she won my business through being honest, no hard sell, completely and utterly easy to deal with, and an exceptional personality. Andrew Dawson contacted us before Christmas regarding our gas and electricity, he put us in a 5 year deal that was actually cheaper than what we have currently which was amazing, also he sent a lovely gift hamper of choccies which myself and everyone here at FMH Conveyors were really grateful for, would certainly recommend his services (sorry it took so long to post)

The owner is an egotisticat maniac. He would make fun of one of his managers because he had a stutter. He cursed and yelled at the employees constantly. He was abusive. I could go into more detail but I won't. I would overhear this none sense while my girlfriend worked there during the morning conference calls. He fired everyone or they quit. This was when the tried to do business in the states. I'm not surd they're still around here.

Great company, I would highly recommend. The staff are very helpful and friendly especially Andrew Dawson who helped make the process of changing our electricity supplier run smoothly.

Rude and persistent callers to business -
Its quite incredible all these posts from employees saying what a wonderful company this is! Are they paid/forced to write reviews i wonder? You will note a comment from one saying what great incentives/rewards the sales team can earn.
This comes as no surprise after having been on the receiving end of persistent, and insistent phone calls from this company more or less telling us how bad we are at managing our own business, and that we should be entrusting our utility purchases to them! The last conversation ended with a comment saying that we were not the type of company that they wanted to do business with anyway!
Shame on you all, the managers, directors and shareholders.
Your practices will no doubt be investigated in due course by the regulator.

David rang our company one day and had such a good manner and positive way of talking to me, that I ended up signing all of our contracts over to them. That's 8 energy contracts which I hadn't even thought to look at due to time constraints. David very quickly pointed out where we were over paying, he also noticed an error in previous billing, leading to a large refund. He was always enthusiastic, patient and whilst it took a while to get all the contracts moved over - he continued to take all the pressure of me by dealing with all our suppliers to get the information required himself. I would not have changed suppliers had David not called us that day - but already we are seeing the benefits in switching! Thank you David for your patience and enthusiasm not to mention all the money you will be saving us with the energy switch!

Donna at Northern Gas & Power made it so easy to switch our energy provision ready for the conclusion of our existing contracts, and with great rates fixed for a few years ahead. NGP took the sting out of researching all available rates and found us a great option with green energy for both gas and electricity, which is an important ethical consideration both to the business I work for as part of its social responsibility policy and to me personally as a global citizen. Impressed by professionalism and willingness to spend time explaining what is a fairly complex business to the layman, Dan Bowditch was excellent and very knowledgeable about the market. Had plenty of updates and instructions, all very good. Will definitely go back to them at next renewal for a quote.
