Rachel Bruce contacted me after searching for a supplier online to replace our current contract for the National Charity I am Office Manager for. Rachel was efficient, proficient and gave me answers honestly and openly. I researched other suppliers, but none gave the customer service that NGP gave me. I am confident that they will continue to supply me with a high class service, and get the best we need for our expenditure. Rachel was also able to pick out errors in our bills from our previous suppliers, and has advised to how we correct this. Something no one had told us. I am looking forward to working with Rachel, and ensure the Charity receives the best tariffs and rates, to ensure we don't waste any money. Thank you

James was most helpful particularly as the previous company we had used had gone into liquidation. He checked that everything was still OK before we discussed any future contracts for both gas and electricity that he could set up for me. At all stages he kept me informed of how things were going.

We use Ryan Pendleton as our account manager and cannot recommend him and NG&P enough. Always quick to reply and go above and beyond for their customers.

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Continual nuisance phone calls where I work. Boss had given instruction for no sales calls to be put through to her but 'Kieran' seemed to think he had a god given right to be put through. Became increasingly aggressive repeating his sales lines when I refused to put him through. Calls multiple times a week and have requested to be removed from calls list which he ignored. If he is representative of this company then I'm amazed they are still in business

Found them to be the cheapest rates. Got the best deal and would definitely use again. Great service too.

Stop calling please. Within the space of 5 minutes multiple calls. When we tell you were are in a contract and happy with it and do not wish to switch providers. Please understand we are not a customer you are going to win today. It is really unpolite to be harrassed like this.

After dealing with energy companies directly for quite some time and having little success with brokers, NGP have been able to secure us excellent rates with providers. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with the excellent combination of Gavin Taylor and Anthony Price who were honest, responsive and helpful at all points. We are hoping that ongoing account and bill monitoring by NGP will reduce the hassle involved in billing issues and identify issues early

Both Emma Dunn and Anthony Husband provided an exceptional service in reducing the KVA usage on our contract and also negotiating good rates on renewal.

Northern Gas and Power have been helping our Company for about 4years, and we have witnessed a massive financial saving on the deals they have arranged for us. The team, particularly Faraz Jamal, are always on hand to assist with any queries we have, and are always very attentive and professional when dealing on our behalf.

Dreadful cold callers will not leave us alone. Having blocked 2 of there numbers they still get through using other phone lines 3 or 4 times a day, everyday for as long as i can remember, regardless of what we say or how many times we ask them to stop. Would you trust a company that harasses people? I know I wouldn't. would have 0 stars if possible

I dealt with Chris Atkinson whilst he was at another utility company, unfortunately a company call Utility Alliance ruined this deal, since then Chris has got in touch and we are now in the process of rectifying contracts. Chris has been 100% committed to me and the business and I am therefore reviewing all energy contracts to be concluded by Northern gas & Power. I would highly recommend Chris Atkinson to any colleagues and or friends in the industry. It has been a pleasure to work with throughout the years and we are now in the process of sorting out the situation.

I have the privilege of having Dean Young as my account manager at Northern Gas and Power. Although we still have over a year to run on our existing contracts Dean has sourced and secured us the cheapest available energy contract already saving us a large lump of money. Having Dean's direct line is an added bonus because it means I get to speak to him every time without having to wait in call centre queues. Delighted with the service.

From the initial conversation to the completion of the transfer I have been impressed with the service I have received. Debbie and Danielle, the team involved have taken away the mystery and confusion surrounding energy rates and have supported me in making the change-over smoothly to what will be a more efficient rate for the future.

Must ve been called over 50 times when I ve told them previously that I m in a fixed contract and don t want them to call again. They obviously don t make a note on the system as they keep calling which could be classed as harassment.

Lots of fake reviews by employees as well, stay away.

Service good on the whole, although documents returned for signature were incorrect more than once. Felt slightly harrassed and pressured, particularly as our contracts were a long way from renewal and this was not a priority for me, but probably par for the course for energy brokers...

Rude; Ignorant; Persistent; Disrespectful. Only a small selection of terms that I've used repeatedly in recent times to describe Northern Gas and Power. I find it amusing that the majority of positive reviews come from employees. I'm fairly sure that the vast majority of prospective commercial clients who have had the misfortune to have been contacted by NGP, would agree that their methods are at best inappropriate and at worst downright ignorant. Verbally aggressive and persistent cold calling is surely illegal in this day and age? And no matter how many times those callers are politely told that we're not interested in the services being offered, as sure as the sun will rise every morning, they'll become increasingly abusive before hanging up and then trying again next week with a different angle. The end result? Poor reputation, poor reviews and an increasing number of potential clients who wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. When will people like this ever learn that the way to earn customers is to provide honest, reliable and cost effective service? Not by persistent badgering, abusive attitude and ignorance. If it were possible to award negative stars, NGP would surely be right down there with the very worst
