I have purchased multiple times from Robert and his team. Always friendly and very knowledgeable. Their new store on Bridge Street is clean and very inviting. They also have a great assortment of watches. My father has also bought jewelry there and has always been very satisfied.

Henry Wilson is an institution in Syracuse going back generations. They still boast an incredible staff and exquisite products. Customer services second to none. I could not recommend them any higher.

Best place to search for engagement rings in central NY! I stopped in to check out engagement rings after looking at numerous large, corporate jeweler stores throughout the northeast. This would be the last time I checked out another jeweler. A Henry Wilson employee (Bob F.) worked with me from the start, showing me numerous styles and price ranges (often showing me rings that were below my budget but matched my criteria). Although I live 5 hours away in Pittsburgh, I came back 3 times, spending an average of 1-2 hours per visit with him (and he never rushed me). When I was given the quote for the diamond I thought was perfect, I looked online for days for similar diamonds, even those with much less quality bands, no websites could match or beat the price for the quality and size of rock form Henry Wilson's. In the end, he created an excellent quality custom ring for me which my fiance won't stop looking at and people who know us won't stop giving us compliments about.
I still continue to go to Henry Wilson and see Bob when I come back to Syracuse to see my family. The ring is guaranteed for life and they clean it for free and inspect it every time I stop in. I will definitely be back to work with Bob for the wedding bands and all future fine jewelry that I purchase ( I won't even look anywhere else).

Where do we start?? After MULTIPLE disappointments, from both buying new and repairs, from another local jewelry store chain, my husband and I hesitantly decided to stop by Henry Wilson s for a brief browse . Upon arrival, we were instantly and cheerfully welcomed by Mary Main. When asked what brings us in , still hesitant, we responded with we were just looking . Mary, with no pressure, which was a first for us, allowed us to browse at our own pace and liking, periodically checking in to see if we had any questions. We were off to a great start!! After browsing, we decided to discuss with Mary of our vision ! She PATIENTLY, for hours, showed us every combination possible, even if it meant coloring stones with a sharpie to give us a visual, to try and meet our needs . Well, with a lot of conversation and laughs, we found the winning combination and wanted to have the rings fused together! We explained to Mary exactly how we wanted them to look and boy did she, and Henry Wilson s deliver!!!!! We are BEYOND ecstatic with the end product and the EXCEPTIONAL customer service we received from Mary! She not only met, but exceeded, all of our expectations!!! THANK YOU MARY!!!!! Kim and Jim

We are getting married this month and I shopped all around for a gold wedding band with no success. HW did not only have a unique band that I liked but was also able to engrave it with my Fiance's personal signature to add a special touch!

A great team that is attentive and genuine, we also explained that because of covid our wedding has had several detours....with the money we will be able to save because of a smaller wedding, we would like to put that towards a wedding gift that would stay with the family forever.

With only hope and a request, we were pleasantly surprised that the HW team would consider us for a new watch that over exceeded our expectations!

I'm terrible with names, but everyone I worked with was polite, helpful, professional... Each person who helped me always smiled. Each person who worked with me to figure out precisely that which I needed was great. I can't even begin to describe my experience with HWJ. I've bought a good bit of jewelry from many stores across many states and countries in my life time. HWJ has only one agenda and that is to make certain you that you are 100% satisfied when you walk out the door. It doesn't matter if its a $50 pair of cuff links or $15,000 engagement ring. Robert, Melisa, or the watch guy in the corner, they will all take care of you.

My partner Anne and I cannot say enough positive about the experience we had with Alisha Stiles and Henry Wilson Jewelers. We went in to meet Alisha to help us find a pair of diamond rings that represent our commitment to each other. She was helpful, gave her opinion in a professional way and she was so easy to ask a million questions of. We had hoped to have the rings before Christmas; however the rings we picked out would take about three weeks longer! The Friday before Christmas she contacted us to say the rings would be arriving on Christmas Eve - just in time for us to wear them on our holiday vacation. She followed up with us every day to give us the status of their arrival. The rings are beautiful and the service at Henry Jewelers is above and beyond.
