I have been liaising with Matt Baxter at the Leeds office for quite some time now, he helped with renewing energy for my workplace. Matt is very helpful and always available to answer any queries I have. His customer service is outstanding, he's professional and very good at what he does. He went out of his way to ensure we got an exceptional price and I can't fault him.

We are pleased to be working with Matt, he got us an excellent 3 year deal on our energy contract. No complaints at all.

Callum Huston was very friendly, I was cautious at first (as we all are,) but he carried on explaining what service they were offering and after I'd checked out the company I took him up on his offer. He has been very helpful and attentive and explained everything step by step.

Keep getting calls from this company although they had been told on numerous occasions not interested. They still call couple times a week and keep trying to discuss their offer.

I have only worked at the company for a short while but already I have seen some really exciting things. The team itself has a real family feel to it and everyone is more than happy to help. The incentives for the sales floor and also back office / support are excellent. I have worked in both Corporate and SME for the last 5 years and to date have never incentives like it! Life changing to say the least. From on boarding through to training and support, the company really does demonstrate its core values.

I ve had such a good experience with Northern gas and power. I ve recently bought a business and had the pleasure of Michael O Callaghan dealing with my electric. 110% satisfied with his customer service and would defo recommend to anyone who wants hassle free service.

Scott Robson just renewed my Multi Site electricity contract. It was a complicated renewal and Scott was quick and efficient and made it beautifully simple. Their use of the Docusign App made the usual chore of printing, signing ,scanning & re-emailing back etc unneccessary. Delighted with the service from Scott and the team at NG&P.

After dealing with energy companies directly for quite some time and having little success with brokers, NGP have been able to secure us excellent rates with providers. We are pleased to have had the opportunity to deal with the excellent combination of Gavin Taylor and Anthony Price who were honest, responsive and helpful at all points. We are hoping that ongoing account and bill monitoring by NGP will reduce the hassle involved in billing issues and identify issues early

Ryan and Jake were really helpful and introduced me to a new style contract which was more suitable and more cost effective for our new half hourly meter.

We were contacted by Helen Davies at Northern Gas and Power who investigated the options for our electricity supply at the offices. Helen liaised back and forth with our current and possible new suppliers to find us a great deal. Contact and support so far has been excellent. Many thanks!

When Ben first rang from Northern Gas & Power i was so ready for just saying no as we had been inundated by call offering to save us money but some how the conversation started a little differently than the others he was very knowledgeable and very thorougher he wasn't pushy he made me feel at ease with the decision to go with them . along with changing electrical supplier we have opted to go with alpha lite enabling us to predict our usage for the year ahead 10/10

I have been working with Chris Anderson for the energy renewal at The Leyton Group and can honestly say it is 5 star service. Constantly spams our company with desperate calls wanting our business despite being told twice in one day and several times over the last few weeks that we are not interested and asking them not to call again.

Thought this would be another energy company claiming to give me the cheapest deal - how wrong I was. Chris Milne listened to my concerns and not only came up with a GREAT deal for my future electricity supply but also a VAT rebate from my existing supplier which I had no idea was owed! I can now say that all my electricity needs will be dealt with by Chris at NGP and I no longer have to deal with the suppliers direct as Chris will do this all for me. So not only are we saving money on future energy bills but I will not have to deal with the numerous cold-calls from energy suppliers!.

So far we have had no issues in the transfer of our energy accounts to Northern Power. We work with Jon Dent. Will update once contracts are live
