Simply appalling business, i wouldn't trust with a 10ft barge pole.

Disposable culture, earn money by frightening customers with false news about the energy industry.
Go direct to your supplier and don't give this utter shambles of a company any time/money. (They will put monetary uplift into your unit rates - for example you pay 15.5pkwh they will tell you its 18.5pkwh and pocket the difference per every single unit of energy they use) although they quite often don't tell you, and get you to sign on the phone and your stuck for 5 years!
I know people who have worked there and also been customers (including myself) and it was the worst decision i have ever made.
