iv been working at NGP for 4 months now and i can say im glad i left my previous job within the goverment to come and work at NGP which was a very tough decision for me. Here's what i think..
What a great business, environment and a very diverse organisation..the salary is well paid and sales staff are highly rewarded.. business is closed during most of christmas so staff get extra 2 to 3 weeks holidays aswell. The company has grown from 10 to 350 staff and by end of 2018 they will be employing 600 staff, this is amazing news not just for the business but employment in the northeast and giving people the chance to get back into work and earn real money..The business had a massive yacht party in malta for the staff, held a 2nd year annual event, early finishes, staff partys in newcastle and treats here and there, and all that has happened in the 4 months i have been here..well done NGP and Thank you

Been using Northern Gas And Power for a few years now, after problems with our previous broker they were a breath of fresh air. Never have any hesitation to renew through them as they simply present the new price, explain whats what and then i sign the contract with the supplier, couldnt be simpler. Really saves me a headache!

Knowledgeable and Efficient
Worked with Gavin Taylor and Anthony Price at Northern Gas & Power last week to review our utility contracts which are up for renewal later this year. They were knowledgeable of the market and were able to obtain decent savings compared to renewal quotations received by myself. I would recommend for an efficient review process.
We recently changed over our business energy accounts, that were spread over 4 separate companies, to one overall supplier. NP&G took us through the entire process with faultless accuracy. Our consultant, Sonnie Terry, was extremely efficient and always on hand when we needed advice and guidance. Very happy with the service provided.
It's always worth reviewing your gas and electricity prices but it's a tiresome job. Dan Bowditch from NGP however did all the hard work and helped us to lock in competitive rates on our Gas and Electricity for the next five years. Dan is extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Cold calling and being particularly insistent even though told in first part of call that we only deal with Energy suppliers direct for our business. I tried to stop him from reading his script and was told he wasn t going to be stopped and was going to tell me his information. Sorry! Not acceptable. Sooner the better these companies all go the way of Utility Wise and disappear altogether. I have more to do than answer unsolicited calls to my business for a service I don t need and would never use after a bad experience in the past.
What an amazing service from Jon Dent - Senior Corporate Account Manager who has taken all the stress and hassle out of sourcing new contracts for us and hopefully some compensation from our previous supplier too!! We can't highly recommend Jon enough for making this transition so easy and lovley to know that he will be the only point of contact for everything.

I have been working in the admin department for Northern Gas & Power for over 3 years now. This is by far the best employment I have been in. The environment and atmosphere is great, and the people I work with are even better! The business has expanded significantly since I started. Just to give an idea, when I started there were only about 10 staff in our little office in South Shields, however, now NGP employs over 350 staff over 5 different countries! The company continues to grow!, and I am extremely proud that I have been a part of that growth and have enjoyed the numerous benefits that come with it.
I have asked this company to remove me from their cold calling database six times now. After a fake apology, nothing is done - as further calls come in at least once a week, and have done for many months. It is not straightforward to screen the calls, as the cold-callers use a variety of random three letter abbreviations, pretending to be another company.
I simply would never consider using them now, as they clearly have no interest in responding to polite and reasonable requests, and happily flout basic legal obligations such as checking their data with the TPS.
Chris came in and did a lot of work with the regen team. Happy to work with them again.

Great company to deal with, we always deal directly with supplier but after my initial conversation with Senior Business Account Manager Scott Robson, I decided to find out what rates he was able to offer us. he was so friendly and helpful but professional with it, Corporate Sales account Manager Emma Dunn was also very friendly, helpful and professional and quickly came back with some options for us, the whole process has been very stress free and we have been kept informed of everything that is happening, would highly reccomend.
Rude, felt like their call staff were just trying skip perfectly valid questions just now when I asked why they should want to speak my account manager. I just don't understand; you're not trying to sell us anything, we don't owe you anything, we don't have any contracts between us, what could you possibly want other than to waste our time or have charity?
