Most disrespectful dealership in the world. I have been lied to since day 1 when I joined the family and I have lived to regret that choice ever since. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy... incredibly disappointing how business is done. I won t remove my honest review for a free oil change either... so sad where your priorities are.

Very good experience! They had lots of trucks to choose from and helped make the deal that was right for me. Great customer service. This was my second truck from North Central Ford, if I buy a third I will certainly return.
Great attention to the issues that I wanted addressed with my vehicle. Prompt service by the courtesy van for drop off and pick up to work location. Good communication with information on the progress and status of my car.
Scheduled an appointment to see used vehicle at 8pm. At 630 somebody from dealership called to confirm my appointment. By 8 pm i was at dealership only to find the cat had been sold. Drove freakin 30 miles for it. Im a sure buyer, all I got was " sorry sir, my apologies for wasting your time and mileage". I guess in midern times courtesy calls dont exist anymore. Dont waste your time on this dealership.
Amazing service!! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The location makes everything easy and convenient. This is a great service department with a nice waiting area and fast turnaround times for service. I highly recommend North Central Ford!
Long story short they sold me a car, I have heard frequently that North Central Ford isn t the place to go... gosh I shouldve listened. They lie lie lie lie and LIE to you about everything, and on top of that I m having to REPLACE everything that makes the car run... shortly after purchasing a car for 10k. SCREW YOU!!!! Scammers!!!
The Customer Service here is Perfect. The service department did a fantastic job with my car and they were extremely helpful with answering all my questions and making sure I knew everything I needed to know. Will definitely be back.
Experience was not bad, but your financial guy charged us $500.00 over the quoted price of an extended warranty! Have contacted our salesman and have heard nothing!!!!! We are wanting our 500.00 refund by check ASAP!!!!!!! also i know as is, but we have to buy a new back right bumper, because your company gorilla glued it together, instead of fixing it and letting us know up front about it. We like our vehicle, but not people that do not tell the truth up front!!!!!!
I was overwhelmed with the patience and expertise that Roy showed both my father and I. My father is a blue oval mechanic in another town and was not able to service my car and this was my first experience having to tow a car in to be worked on and I was very worried, but Roy put us both at ease and made my service experience AMAZING. I cannot thank him enough!!!! I would definitely recommend my friends and family visit him at North Central Ford.
Our service manager Jon Tucker was amazing, while working with a difficult situation. While there were bumps along the way in getting our car repaired, Mr. Tucker was terrific in keeping us up-to-date all along the way.
I recently purchased a new Ford Edge Titanium as a birthday gift for my wife. Jackson Bridges, whom I have known for over 20 years, takes the purchase experience to a new level of comfort, as if you are visiting an old friend. He is truly trying to earn your business as he finds the right vehicle for your needs. Kevin Logan, in the financial services side is down to earth, easy to talk with, and patiently answers any questions you may have. I highly recommend North Central Ford and the above 2 gentlemen for meeting your new Ford vehicle needs. Thanks men!
This was my 3rd Fusion and my 2nd one from N. Central Ford. I love the style of all of my Fusions and they only get better with each new model. I can't really think of anything I would change about what Ford is doing with Fusions -- well except give it to me free.
The staff at NCF is fantastic. Very friendly, know their cars and really treat you with respect! I will continue to do business with them specifically even though there are 2 other Ford dealerships closer to my home.
Made an appointment for service and they took me on time. Service manager was very pleasant and took care of me and my car well. Service as fast and no hassles. They even threw in a car wash. While waiting, I even saw the General Manager cleaning up the the coffee counter. Nice to know he pays attention to the small details and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.
My service manager was on vacation and assistant service manager wrote up the report for the vehicle. Several things were accomplished with the maintenance. The main problem was never solved to this point. The car was tested electronically and nothing showed from electric check. I had a few parts changed . The assistant manager was very friendly. I hope I don t have a breakdown. However, I will always take it back to this place, North Central Ford. They have always been fair and kept my car operational. They just could find the problem. So far so good. Five star place ! Very satisfied at the moment.
Buying a car is not like buying a burger, but the salesperson (Jay or J) was really friendly, and was the managers and the finance manager. And they were being honest with us, especially the finance manager (Obviously there were some issues with the car, not the car itself tho), he especially made sure everything was correct before we signed the paper. Overall a good car shopping experience. Will recommend this dealer to you!
The people who helped us did not give us any pressure to buy the car, instead they were being friendly, honest, and helpful.
Robee, our salesmen, and Chris, the Sales Manager, made our buying experience breeze. Robee was very respectful of our time as customers. It was obvious the management staff treat their sales people as professionals and the sales experience was fantastic because of it. Robbee was professional and knowledgeable and able to completely close the sale start to finish. A few days after our purchase we had an issue getting the Bluetooth to work, Chris not only had it fixed he also got us in a loaner car while it was being worked on. Best car buying experience ever.
No matter what I go in for, a car wash, an oil change, or a mechanical issue. I am always taken care of beyond expectation! North Central Ford takes great care of my car and I every time I visit their dealership. They listen intently and deliver unpresidented customer service. I completely trust my investment under their care.
Went in on fridayy afternoon.had an appointment with brad.he was honest and outstanding the complete way thru..i was a first time buyer he didnt pressure me at all just listened to what i wanted and made it happen...very grateful for brad all the way to mazin in finance...north central ford has my buisness forsuree..
I am a new customer to North Central Ford and I couldn't be happier with the way Jim Ayo and his Service center team treated me.
Jim was professional and responsive to my needs. He did a great job and the icing on the cake was the courtesy shuttle. Well done Jim and North Central Ford. You will be my first call when it comes to my Ford! Tom
Clean, spacious, well organized facility. I was in for routine service, and was promptly taken care of. Afterwards, the service manager Roy took time to call me with more details on a technical question I had about service.
This review is specifically for the parts department. I had a great experience the other day. The plastic backing on my key had broken off. I asked if they sold that piece, but you have to buy a new key and pay to have it cut and programmed, which is pretty expensive. But the guys we're so helpful and found an old key they had in a drawer and just gave me the piece off of it that I needed. It works perfectly! They were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me.
Dropped off my Mustang for warranty work, oil change and inspection. I was greeted instantly with a smile and was walked through what needed to be done. I waited less than five minutes for the courtesy van. They had my car ready on time and even washed it for me. Excellent service!
Not friendly and way to many games... the games are not with the sales people....it is with their puppeteers. I will not do business with this company and they wasted 4 hours of my life and I was paying in cash. See them on youtube and Facebook. I would never deal with this company....nothing about it is easy or stress free.
Drove an hour to look at a truck that I was told was still there by Sean Sasche.. Was not there.. They were polite but still not a good way to do business l. And then a manager comes out and tries to say we have won all these awards for being great... Yall don't even know how to take down a Internet ad from a truck that sold two days ago... Typical scummy dealership
We saw an F350 Super Duty on their website. We had been looking around for months. Decided to check it out and it was a great deal so we bought it! Tom Said was our salesman. He was awesome, checked on us often while the process of paperwork was happening. He was helpful and answered all my husbands questions. We usually allow 5 hours in a dealership but they beat that time! We love our truck! Thank you for the best experience at a dealership we have ever had! Your kindness, interest in our needs, knowledge of your product and overall environment goes a long way.
I had a chance encounter with North Central Ford's service department due to a dead battery at my work location near the dealership. I don't live nearby and so would never have considered having my Explorer serviced there had it not been for the emergency. I am delighted to have found them as I was really unhappy with my Ford dealer's service department (in McKinney). I will now go out of my way to have my car serviced at North Central Ford, thanks to how wonderfully they took care of me during the emergency. Jim Ayo in service is a gem. He got my car into the shop at 5:30pm and it was out 45 min later. I was a complete stranger and he couldn't have been more kind and helpful. I'm a fan for life!
I waited an hour to get my new used truck detailed inside and out as promised by my salesman. The only thing they cleaned was the floor and waxed the tires. Disappointing, least yall could do is clean the front windshield..
I had experienced real frustration at another local Ford dealership for the past several years, but Jim Ayo and his service crew at North Central Ford made my recall/service check experience a pleasure. I will be back! Tom Perryman
First and last time at the store for service. Up front service was never done. Called and made a 7am appointment on a Friday. Informed the person making appt I would need a loaner vehicle per my service plan or would wait for it if only a few hours. She acknowledged and said that would be handled with my advisor. Request was in appt notes. Showed up and advisor appt was made with not there. Person that helped me tried to charge for warranty work then tried to charge for service covered under premium care plan. Then told me that I would get a call later in the day. I then asked for a loaner/rental vehicle as requested. Was told they couldn't help me and I would need to wait until advisor appt was with would be in. Asked if anyone actually looks at the notes before the appointments . Was told no. I left. Will not be back to North Central.
Charles was great to work with . He answered a lot of questions . I picked north central ford partially because it was easier to schedule service than other dealerships .
Great experience! These guys truly care about helping you get the right deal. My sales rep was Noah, great guy, always willing to help! Highly recommend!
Ladies-Emission scam/smog test! I bought a used vehicle here. At time of test drive I noticed radio stations were not programmed nor was the clock set. Got it home and the engine light came on immediately. Took off work 4 different times to take vehicle back to dealership service department to find out what was wrong with it. They never fixed the problem but did give me the run around each time I contacted them for help. Turns out the vehicle could not pass inspection due to emissions/smog test. Again the engine light was NOT on when I test drove and bought the vehicle. It ended up costing me $1,400.00 to get the vehicle's emissions issues fixed so it would pass state inspection. I gave this dealership multiple chances to make things right but they chose not to take care of their customer. Word of mouth is a business's best form of advertisement...or worst! Ladies- dont buy here!
I have had Ronnie Ralph as my service advisor for the past eight years. and as usual he ensured my explorer was completed correctly the first time. The only reason I use North Central Ford for my vehicle is because of the trust I have in Ronnie. A true professional.
We bought a used vehicle through Josh Stamper. Absolutely the best car buying experience I ve ever had at a dealership. I greatly appreciated not having to go through the back-and-forth ringer between the salesman and manager. I will definitely go back to Josh for my next vehicle.
I read this site before going to NCF for the servicing of my 2010 Ford Fusion. I saw that there was more good than bad being said about this location so I took a chance. Roy Coleman, Assistant Service Manager, was very professional and I feel fortunate to have been paired up with him regarding my Fusion getting fixed.
He called for a car rental company, Enterprise, to pick my family and I up from the dealership. We were well taken care of--I never felt out of the loop or stranded. Parts had to be ordered for our vehicle so the service took a couple of days.
I showed up, in the rental car, to check on the status of my vehicle because I was in the area. Roy was on his lunch break and another Service team member (desk is positioned next to Roy's desk) stepped up, researched the status of my vehicle and reported that information to me. He actually went out to where my car was to confirm its status. He did not just spout out information to get me out of his hair.
These guys did right by me and my family and for that I am grateful. No one at that location made us feel that we were not welcomed. Conversations with sales team members were easy to come by--without high pressure sales, I might add. It was refreshing and when I am ready to purchase another Ford, I would be delighted to purchase it from this location.
The service provided was excellent from the start with the service attendant, to getting my truck in and back out in a timely matter, to the end with the cashier. Thank you for your attention to detail!
The service department will drain you dry. I had them check a leak and they quoted me $1500 to repair. I ok'd it and they called me wanting to do more $$, I ok, they kept calling wanting to add more. I have since discovered these guys work on commission so they more they sell you the more they make.
Do yourself a favor and find a good mechanic and stay away from this North Central Ford.
We had a wonderful experience while purchasing our new Ecosport. We were able to pick it out and have it ready for us in a total of 4 hours and we got a very good automobile at a great price.
Purchased 2 Mustangs from North Central Ford! Great service! Researched for weeks before buying and they ended up giving me a better price then any other dealer I contacted without me even having to negotiate for it. Very upfront honest dealership. Will only purchase cars from them in future. Thank you guys!!!
I dropped off my car sunday night with the info about panel lights coming on during a drive and wanted to find out the issue. I did get a call at 7;30 ,but I had to call several times to get an update. I was told they couldn't find the problem, cant fix it and pick it up that night. My husband went at 6:00pm , paid for it, and was told the car wasn't ready.. I came back the next day and no one said anything.. The advisor came out as I was leaving and apologized but I had to call repeatedly since no one answered the phone .. THe communication at the dealership is so bad, I'll be hard pressed to come back.
It was a pleasurable and helpful experience.Starting with our car salesman Eddie, he was not only informative, but extremely knowledgeable and helped us in every way possible. He was so kind and I have never been to a dealership that made me feel so confident about buying a car! Next we went to finance and a lady by the name of Diana I believe went over and beyond to make our purchase a pleasant and easy one. She made it happen for us and not only did she get us through finance because of our long wait that didn't feel long because her and Eddie kept checking in with our progress she paid for our dinner. Our finance guy, Shanai, I'm so sorry I can't remember his name was awesome he gave us the best discounts possible and he took his time to help even though it was really late. Overall I will give FORD a 100% customer service ratings and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks to all of you for your kindness and over help for my family to have transportation.
My vehicle is out of warranty, I took it in to have the A/C and the driver's lumbar repaired. Either the service technician or the advisor does not know how long it takes to fix anything on a car and this why declined my service. After my vehicle was checked out, I'm told it's going to cost almost $1,700 to have them fixed. Here's the kicker, the parts cost no more than $200... so $1,500 in labor!? Here's why... for the lumbar replacement I was being billed for 4 hours at a rate of $150. This took me about 15 minutes to replace it myself. Then for the A/C, it was 2 sensors that needed to be replaced and I was being billed for 6 hours of labor. The passenger A/C sensor that's behind the glove box took me literally 5 minutes to replace. As for the evaporator temperature sensor, it took me about 2 hours and trust me when I say *I'm no technician or mechanic*, I'm an inventory control manager at a distribution center. All I needed was Youtube to find out how to replace/fix the two problems. Now you ask, why did I take it to the dealership in the first place to have it serviced? Well because I wanted to save at least 3 hours of my time in figuring out what the problem was and then fixing it myself. Just the thought of dropping my vehicle off first thing in the morning then picking it up after work was going to be very convenient for me. I would have approved the service if they would have been honest with their labor charges. North Central Ford stop trying to steal from non-warranty customers!
My Uncle Bob loved all of his experiences here and he was here plenty due to his grandson's driving ... these people remembered his name, courteously! Even gave him a discount due to his age. How much better can a dealership get? He sent me when my son's truck needed some help and they were just as nice to me. Our family thinks the world of this location. Their Team knows their stuff...
Drove 30 miles to look at a car that turned out to be at the body shop when we got there. The salesman could have been courteous enough to call us back and mention this.
We've been to this place before to service my wife's 2014 Escape, mainly routine maintenance. On those trips, their service was mediocre at best. We dropped the car off Tuesday night to have them work on it the next day. Didn't hear a peep from them until late afternoon yesterday (Wed.). We got the "we're so sorry, it's gonna be tomorrow before we can get to it" excuse. Thanks for telling us. You could have been upfront with us and told us when we first spoke to you that you were backed up. Today (Thursday) arrives with, again, no communication or updates from them. My wife has to take time out of her day to try to get hold of them, as there is no communication from them at all. She finally gets a call late this afternoon from the service rep who tells her they HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED TO LOOK AT IT YET. We told them we were sending a wrecker to come to pick up the car, since the nature of the car's repair made it unsafe to drive it. This bozo then tells her that, not only has the technician already left for the day (at 4:30, when they claimed they were backed up), but they DON'T KNOW WHERE HE PUT THE KEYS!! REALLY!! Fortunately we have a second set. My wife and I are currently on our way over there... NOT to pick the car up, as it should have been finished yesterday, but to meet the wrecker and ensure that he gets it to another dealership, so they can start on it first thing tomorrow. BTW, the dealership we're taking it to is where we bought it from, and much farther away; but after a conversation with their people, finding out they have 40+ technicians and bays, and are knocking out repairs and recalls WITHIN HOURS of people bringing their cars in. North Central seems to only have a few techs. The towing fee is part of the warranties we have on it, so Ford is picking up the tab on their f-up there. Misplacing a customer's keys, not communicating and not being upfront with them about repair times is simply poor management, respect, bad business, and obviously very poor customer service. Keep this in mind as you read this and are looking for a service place.
I took my Mustang in for recall warranty work and was very happy with the outcome. While the initial scheduling wasn't as smooth as it could be, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at North Central Ford and their shuttle service made up for it. They were quick and made things as convenient as possible.
Great service all around Brendon in Sales did a great job. He was fast and efficient but covers every detail. Highly recommend you speak to him if you are in the market for a car.
My appointment need was for a new left tail light bulb. Upon arrival, Asst. Service Manager, Jay Lander introduced himself. We discussed the replacement and I then asked him for additional help: evaluate how to repair/replace the left headlight cover. Jay escorted me to the parts department after examining the part and the parts staff gave me specifics on item number, price and recommendations (call at least a day in advance before scheduling repair). Thus, within five minutes, Jay and the parts staff gave me all the information I needed to correct a problem I should have reported years ago. I assured them both I would call as soon as my work schedule would allow. My opinion of Jay, the parts person and the taillight repair? I could not have asked for a more professional, intelligent and personal response. In fact, the job was done much quicker than I expected. The Staff excelled again.
I HAVE PURCHASED TWO VEHICLES FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AN AUDI A8 LONG WHEEL BASE AND A FORD F150 TRUCK. I DEALT WITH RED REDMOND FOR EACH TRANSACTION AND IT WAS SEAMLESS. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT CAR PURCHASE WITH MR. REDMOND
I took my F-150 Lariat into the shop to fix the hail damage, install Lojack, and get the PermaPlate protection. Everything was done in less than a week and the work was phenomenal.
Slow service. Expensive. Tried to overcharge me for a recall repair. Won't fix a faulty door sensor even though it appears to be a widespread defect on this model, unless of course, I pay them an additional $400+ for a simple part. Hourly service fees are excessive. Good news for this dealership though -they're no different than three other Ford dealerships I've visited in the DFW area. Seriously, what they fixed in the day and a half they had it could have been done in one morning. (I asked a former Ford repair tech) And another bonus is that they sent in a leech car salesman to try to sell me a new car while I was waiting. (I just bought this one back in April) Yep, never owned a Ford before. This will be my last.
Was provided excellent service. I am not a customer at this location, I had a recall issue with my vehicle and they were the closest location to my workplace. They took me in no problem, got the recall issues fixed in one day, washed my car and got me on my way. The maintenance crew was very professional.
Thanks Tom Said it was great buying experience. And I love my new 2019 F-150 and will recommend my friends to ask for you. Also Nice name (Tom Said) lol it s brilliant
As with all of my purchases here, this time was no different....highly satisfied. From sales to management then finally, finance, every aspect of the process was great. That's why I do all my Ford purchases at North Central. Todd will definitely take care of you!
Had my car in for first oil change -- everything went well. The work was done in the time promised and all personnel I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Overall, extremely pleased.
I greatly enjoyed my experience at North Central Ford. T.D. Goodloe was very accommodating of my busy schedule and he went above and beyond to ensure my truck purchase was quick and easy. T.D. provided excellent customer service, he's a great person.
North Central Ford offers an exceptional Guest experience. They kept us well informed of where our F150 was in the service process. The truck s service was completed as expected and we couldn t be happier. Thank you Brian Weiss and all of the North Central Ford team
Billy and Osama are the best! I purchased a used vehicle from here and they worked with me and took great care of me through the whole experience. The first time I went there years ago I had the polar opposite of my last experience. Thank you again for a wonderful customer experience!
John Whitmire was the most upfront and honest service agent I have EVER dealt with. He talked to me, not down to me and explained the 2 scenarios he thought would occur. One of the scenarios played out and his price quote was EXACTLY spot on in cost and time it would take. He made sure I didn't waste money or time and not only took care of that issue but also fit in the recall notice work my Explorer needed. John obviously gets that he is the face of North Central Ford when he talks with customers and it's a compliment to the company as much as it is to him. I will recommend him and your service department to all Ford owners!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES ESPECIALLY USED VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE! It would be 0 stars if it allowed me to do so.
This is a poorly run car dealership, with terrible customer service. Once they get you to sign on the dotted line, it s over. They don't care to help you anymore. I bought a used truck early last year, we test drove it and all seemed well. I am not a mechanic but I walked around and open the hood and all looked good. By law they have to show you the carfax(which I found out later)which my wife and I have no knowledge of, and in all my contract paperwork I don t have a copy either. Little did I know the truck had been wrecked, never would of bought it if I knew that. We were kind of hassled to put a deposit down to get the truck because someone else wanted it. Hindsight 20/20, should of let that someone buy it instead. After going back and forth saying I didn t want the aftermarket warranty, I caved in. Within two months I had to take it in the shop because the front end was making weird noises. I was told I had to pay $135(somewhere around there) just for them to diagnose the problem and this was with the warranty. FIRST RED FLAG. Then they told me it would be a while because if it was a Nissan problem( I bought a used Titan) they would have to send it next door to the Nissan dealership for them to fix it. So I cut the middle man out and went to Nissan. After a day there, they told me the upper control arm on the passenger side was bent (I drive the truck maybe 20 miles a day MAX, and do you know how hard it is to bend an upper control arm, it was sold to me in that condition hands down) and it was causing metal on metal contact and that was the noise I was hearing. The Warranty wouldn t cover it because there was an aftermarket part in the suspension that voided any suspension warranty. Did North Central Ford tell me about the aftermarket part that was on the truck when they sold it to me? NOPE! Did they sell me on a warranty that they knew was money in their pocket and that it wouldn t cover anything because of that part? YES! Someone in their finance department told me I m sorry we don t know everything about the vehicles we sell ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You are a car dealership, it was a used vehicle, you appraise used vehicles before you buy them. So I had to replace the upper control arm out of my own pocket. $1500 and Maybe a month later, another noise comes from the front end. Now my struts are bad and need replaced, both front and back. My brakes need replacing, also both front and back as well as back rotors. Then warranty company denies me again because of aftermarket part. So I go to cancel the warranty and they try to talk me out of it. Why would I continue paying for something, and not getting any service in return. Warranty canceled finally. Fast forward to now, the heater went out, I m having computer problems, my truck won t start intermittently. Transmission acting up. I ve done all upkeep and the truck has less than 70k miles. They sold me a LEMON. Refuse to take any responsibility for the truck they sold to me. Wouldn t even help me fix the upper control arm knowing damn well it was sold to me in that shape. They are a shady car dealership, can never give you a straight answer, and the person you dealt with buying the car may not even be there the next time you contact them. (High turnover). DO NOT waste your money on this dealership, there are plenty of more reputable dealerships in this metroplex to buy a new/used car from. I will continue to let it be known that North Central Ford does not care about their customers and will do anything to lock you into something and forget you were ever a customer. These negative reviews you see on here are absolutely real and honest. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I worked with Jim to get a new engine for my Fusion. He got me in a rental with ease and communicated well every step of the way. Would recommend working with them.
