Clientele can be rough and ready on their party nights

Staff very helpful. Starting to look a bit dated inside and out

Super friendly staff however hotel is needing revamped but it's clean. Food is good, parking is limited. WiFi is awful.

Hotel was well presented and clean. Bar service was quick and efficient. Prices were reasonable.

What a brilliant night in here have been a few times and wud go bk .

Close to the airport (as well as to Inchinnan business park (bus 23A)) with free shuttle service. Rooms are very different; first night I had a very small room on 2nd floor, noisy as well (woke up very early thanks to trollies and elevator). Switched to another room on the 3rd for the remaining nights: bigger and near the end of the hall way. Rooms are simpel but clean and beds and shower (unfortunately in bath) are good. Breakfast was simpel, but also not good. I'm not very demanding, just need bed, shower and breakfast. Quality-price balance reasonable I guess, but I doubt I would stay here again. For one night should be fine.

To us its the start of our holiday. Here today and the attentative amd friendly staff and good facilities gets us ready to fly out tomorrow totally stress free.

Shuggy Wuggy is fabulous at getting everyone up and ready for the main act but he is the star of the show and although ABBA are what most folk came for I think it went a bit flat when Shuggy finished. Lovely food and excellent service. Brilliant girls hen doo atmostphere

We skipped taking shower just because bathroom wasn t pleasant and mirror light was flickering, feels spooky
Room was too dark , no fridge in room , if you want breakfast you have to pay extra.

Room too small, very noisy with people coming and going all night. Food not great. My wife is gluten free, they offered her a Cesar Salad without the croutons, but also removed the tomatoes and cucumber and left her with three pieces of chicken, with the rest of the meal just masses of lettuce which was covered in mayo. They still charged the full price for it.

Very well run friendly great service. But hotel very tired.

Convenient location close to the airport. Good service. Friendly staff.

Location is okay. Was there for a Grease night and was highly disappointed in many aspects of it. With 500 guests they had 2 bars in the main venue with 2 bar staff on each. Far too little! Staff weren't the friendliest either. Room was basic which I guess if you're there overnight just for going to the airport would be fine but wouldn't recommend it to people.

Prices are excessive for food & drinks. Couldn't get parked. Food was good when it finally arrived after 45 minutes waiting.
Room is horrendous!! There isn't enough space for 2 people and 2 suitcases.
Bed is uncomfortably.
Tiles in bathroom are cracked and have black mould.
I will Never stay here again.

Cold bfast. But thay were having a referb. Came back it was done but had 2 wait 20min for food.

Ok for proximity to the airport. .. have stayed a couple of times but wont return. Fire alarms going off during 2 of our stays, rooms very tired... staff good but doesnt make up for the quality of rooms.

Stayed here a few times when using the airport. Only a few minutes from airport with free courtesy bus. Great value as car parking included. Car stays in hotel grounds at rear of hotel. Rooms very small and in need of refurbishment but they do the trick for one night. Good Scottish breakfast too. Have booked again for next early morning g flight from Glasgow

It doesn't matter what your there for it caters for every occasion birthday engagement wedding and the resident DJ Shuggie Wuggie is just tremendous.

Shoddy. Only book this if there is no room at the other inns and even then you'd be better in a stable. Myself and my friends paid extra for 'superior' rooms. By no stretch of the imagination could the rooms be called superior. Not only was the decor from the 80's (probably the last time the rooms had been refurbished) but there was evidence of neglect throughout, eg wooden countertop badly scratched and swollen, a hole in bathroom tile that could cause some damage to bare feet, no heating, and a badly patched hole in the wall.
Nothing done to control rowdy hen parties all around. Only saving grace were the waitressing and bar staff.
Staff claimed there were no more rooms available when we asked to change.. In February? Really? Not helpful at all.

First ever visit to this hotel what a experience,booked in to the tribute night I haven't enjoyed myself so much for a while good was great,act was fabulous and the resident act where fantastic most enjoyable will certainly be back.

Was there for my 50th last nite was amazing rooms were nice food was. Lovely abba tribute was just OK. But shuggy wuggy he's fab had crowd all. Mixed age up all nite so shuggy <br/>wuggy u made our t nite I fact were trying to get him to dj for us at a party he certainly knows how to work the crown amazing nite oh and breakfast was lovely to xx

Managerials helpful

Just stayed over before an early morning flight, but petiole running up and down the corridor until the small hours meant didn't get much sleep. Hotel knew which flight we were on - should be possible to separate the early morning flights from the party guests.

Myself and a friend have to be up at 3am for an early flight,it is now 01.43 and the music from downstairs is still playing,loudly,so if you want any sleep before an early flight please check there are no bands playing.I feel the hotel should tell you that you won t get any sleep on these nights.

Now i can't rate this place highly enough comfortable rooms fantastic for food and a free shuttle bus to Glasgow airport impressive

Another overnight stay with early start to catch a plane

The breakfast is not free, or especially cheap, but is a very good "Scottish style" buffet breakfast.

The room was clean, but frayed--e.g., suffering from things like a very loose faucet in the bath.

They don't have WiFi...well they sort-of do, but it's the old style no-password, but with a sign-in page which doesn't work on many devices (didn't work on any of ours).

Good night out at the tribute nights can be great crowds and great laughs.

Attended an Muslim wedding dinner here. Good service, good free parking for guests

Lovely hotel staff were very helpful food was first class no complaints.

The overnight stay ok
But the bar was shocking different prices and cracked glass was given to me queue was shocking also the tribute night was totally disorganised and band on only 1.5 hours the DJ was rude to customer not my sense of humour would not recommend it going down hill

If you're looking for a hotel in Glasgow, with secure parking whilst you're on holiday, it's an excellent place to stay. You can choose to stay either before setting off on holiday or when you come back. There's a free transfer service taking only 10 minutes, but you need to book your transfer slot, on arrival at the hotel. Pre- booking Breakfast brings the cost down. It's a Buffet with plenty of choice, both hot & cold. We can highly recommend this Hotel.
