Massively overpriced, well located near Metro lines but conditions are laughable. Very poorly maintained. Minimal breakfast selection. Initially I was checked into the wrong room and upon noting there were no sheets and items left in the room they checked me into another room which smelt strongly of smoke and was a great deal smaller. Worryingly my card key remained to work for both rooms. A watch was also stolen from the room during my stay. Could not recommend.

Will split this into multiple categories.

Will split this into multiple categories.
Staff ***** super nice talking fine english and always ready to help.
Location ***** super area. Very close to two metro lines that can take you most places in Paris. Massaging of restaurants within walking distance and here I mean really many.
Standard in the room ** The carpet is worn or rather everything is worn it works but also just straight. It needs resting for a renovation.
Overall ok but by no means a four star hotel.

The hotel is well cleaned and clean. A bit overpriced but come down. But there is a small BUT after the eviction demanded money for the city fee, although we paid for everything on the booking site. I did not like it very much. They can change the price even if you paid in advance. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends (

Dirty and smelly. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. However the room did come with microwave (dirty), fridge (not working) and 2 hot plates (but no kitchenware to use with them). Furthermore there was damp under the window frame. All of this was after I was moved from my original room as the keycard lock on the door broke.

Located close to the metro and buses, 40 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Lots of shopping close by. Only comment is that the hot breakfast of eggs and bacon is first come first serve, it is not replenished. Good restaurants close by. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Where should I start with this hotel, I got this r...

Where should I start with this hotel, I got this room discounted from groupon. I am normally wouldn t book just because the deal sounds to good to be true but I took a risk anyway. I will list all the pros and cons:

Cons:

1. the hotel checking time was 2pm which is understandable we ended up arriving at 11am and was told by the lady we can t check In till 2.30 because there are fully booked. Me and my baby daughter waited in reception till 1.30 before I noticed people getting allowed to check in. I eventually approached them and they said they didn t know I was waiting. Even though my daughter was crying because she was tired. We wasn t offered anything to drink.
2. There was a strong odour of damp and cigarette. Some burn marks on the carpet. 12am in the night we were woken up by a strong smell coming from the vent in the toilet. Which turned out to the toilet waste from above. When we complained we were laughed at and they stuck a tissue in it.
3. The bath and hot water is not working or non existence. I overheard other people complaining about it in the reception.
4. The key card stop working every time we left. This means we made numerous visits to reception for a new card which unacceptable.
5. The staff were rude and inattentive. We were never talked it in a polite way, and the lady at the front desk was patronising about they were fully booked which is rude.
6. There was holes in the wall that were not fixed.
7. Room cleaning came to clean the room but only changed the bins.
8. There is no cutlery or kettle in the room which put me off completely. They have a fridge filled with alcohol but i have a young child who kept opening the fridge.
Pros
1. The bed was comfortable although it didn t seem very big.

Overall, I wasted my money and it ruined my trip. So upsetting they way me and my family were treated. Everything was wrong and the staff attitude was appalling considering I had a young child.

Good service, very good location of the hotel, walking you can reach many places of interest but if you prefer to use the metro or the bus you are also very close to the bus stop, the Vavin metro station and trains. The breakfast is varied and very good. The only recommendation is that the receptionists know more languages and not just French.

-Kind response of the front staff-

-Kind response of the front staff-
I was indebted for a week while staying in Paris with a 1 year and 5 month old child trip. I think whether it depends on the room, but the microwave was attached to the mini kitchen and it was convenient. However, there is no cooking tool. Lol
There were 2 or 3 people at the front desk, but everyone is fluent in English and one of them can speak some Japanese. I bought a ticket for the Louvre museum online, but I had to print it, so I asked my brother at the front desk to print it on a hotel printer. At the same time, I was kindly asked what I need from the online ticket of the train from what I need to print, but he responded nicely.
It is convenient to be close to subway station and bus stop. Montparnasse Station, which is used to go to Versailles, is just a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is a direct transfer to the Louvre Museum. There are a lot of bakers such as Eric Kaiser, supermarket, restaurant in the range on foot. There are small daily goods stores across the road where you can buy drinks, fruits, yogurt, sweets, laundry detergents and other small items. I came to make friends with my father before I went there and to make an offer. Lol I could walk to the Luxembourg Palace, the Sorbonne University, Pantheon, the Invalides, the Rodin Museum, etc. I did not expect it because it was cheap, but it was good!

We booked this room on HotelTonight after calling ...

We booked this room on HotelTonight after calling a lot of hotels in Paris, but none of them had a room. At first we were glad to have found a hotel at all. 139 were debited directly from my PayPal account, the location is excellent and the check-in works without any problems.

The room we got (on the 1st floor), unfortunately, did not correspond at all to the photos on the website and absolutely does not meet the requirements of a 4 * hotel! On and in the cover of the head cushion were short and long black hair from the previous tenant (s) as well as under the sheets (see photos). In the bathroom, mold is spreading in the joints and neither the sink nor the bathtub have a plug. You cannot bathe, despite the bathtub. A cable was torn out of the TV so it didn't work - when we pointed this out, we were told, by the very nice but neither German nor English speaking staff, that this is the case now. The TV was unusable, as was the bathtub. General is not properly cleaned and the prices are rather arbitrary - one day later the hotel was offered for 90 on "HotelTonight". Very annoying. 90 is more like what you should ask for a room like this.

But the location is great and the staff was very nice! Therefore 2 stars.

Whoever finds spelling mistakes can keep them. ;)

Good location 4 or 5 blocks from the montparnase tower. The first day we did not have hot water, but they fixed it the next day. One day that we went out to buy we arrived and did not open the door automatically and there was nobody in reception. We could not enter and those inside could not leave. One person forced the door open and it broke. So it was without doors a whole day but it was solved. For me it was a good stay like that. Although I did not like these issues. The cleaning staff opened the door several times although we were inside. If they did not clean before 12 no longer cleaned the room. I did not like that, besides interrupting all morning, we slept. There was no system like in other hotels regarding the cleanliness as a little sign that in other hotels are put to ask to fix the room. Or in others when you leave and leave the key they know they can clean up. Etc. But in spite of this it was fine. I do not complain just tell concrete facts that happened to me there.

despite it's convenient place due to close metro station the hotel was awful. the room wasn't the suite we booked, it was dirty, smelling really bad and small for a suite. moreover, the days we stayed in paris were extremely hot but there was not an A/C in the room. thankfully in this hotel there was an elevator.
i do not suggest this hotel .

This was a very nice place to stay. There were lots of times when we thought the staff was amazing and the breakfast downstairs was good too. The beds were OK and other than that it was just a general great place. I also think there some kind of soundproofing there because when you close the windows at night you could hear nothing other than you.

Very good geographical location with the metro nearby. Nice neighborhood.
Fortunately because the hotel itself is a bit disappointing. A single room at 380 with kitchenette but in which you have in all and for all 2 cups 2 plates and 1 knife. There are indeed 2 cooking plates but without pots or pans, it is not easy to cook. The room is clean but aging!
Breakfast good but not exceptional. Staff are friendly

Rooms were a bit small but cosy, and our shower on the 7th floor had low to no pressure. Great location to restaurants and amenities. If you're looking for an affordable place to sleep but spend most of your time out and about its worth staying there

After reading reviews of the hotel, I had some doubts but still decided to make the reservation. My stay was very pleasant, the hotel and the service was excellent price as well as the area.

As already mentioned it is close to 2 train and bus stations. The staff is very friendly, the rooms and bathroom very clean and I found them to be a good size.

The hotel has a plus, in the rooms there is a cell phone which you can make use of for free in local calls and some international calls as well as data use (internet), apparently this service is new.

Breakfast is not very varied but it delivers.

In short, excellent for the price paid.

Ranks first in its class. It is in the center of Paris where you can reach most of well known places in few minutes by metro which one of its stations Vavin is far about 50m to the right while you are going out. Its rooms are confined and need refurbishing. The staff are so kindly, the double room rate is moderate around 100 per night excluding tax

The most horrible hotel i have ever stayed. I think the hotel staff know that, the owner needs to reboot this hotel. The rooms had no heater and we had to sleep through a chilly night. When asked the managers response was that it is the condition with all rooms. Was that a solution? I think the staff had of course no option and were trying to give some excuse. Avoid this hotel...

Where to start, the first room we were in was dirty, bins hadn't been emptied, fridge hadn't been emptied which made the whole room stink of camembert, and there were stains on the walls, carpet, and around the window. The second room was cleaner but the electric cut off/card reader was hanging off the walls and the curtains had been left on a chair. The third room was the best so far cleaner and everything in place, but by no means the four star we were promised by last-minute. The hotel very dated but apparently under renovation, and the receptions staff were helpful and understanding, just a shame we spent so long trying to get a room with a basic standard of cleanliness, which should be expected from any hotel. Let alone "four star".

It is close to M4 vavin station, so traffic is convenient! The room is very narrow. The futon is like a nonwoven fabric. Cleaning is done daily. There is a gas stove but no coffee pots and utensils. Why is there a gas stove? Microwave Available. No shower. No bidet. The toilet floor and bathtub are very slippery when water gets wet. Very very. The breakfast buffet is simple but full of food. The vanity mirror is big and the lighting is good. Room is not very good, but there are 3 stars because transportation is good.

Room was exceptionally nice. It had a refrigerator, microwave, and two stovetop burners. The bathroom had a full size tub. The TV in my room did not work. The AC took FOREVER to cool down my room. The location is just minutes from everything. The breakfast was horrendous. There was not much offered. It was in the basement, which was uncomfortably hot, so don't count on eating breakfast at the hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.

Stayed in December. Excellent hotel in a nice area in Paris, close to Metro 4, and not far from RER B. Rooms quite spacious by any standard, especially by Parisien standards. Staff very polite and helpful. Breakfast included in our booking and the buffet was quite good to get the day started.

Definitely to be restored. Rooms larger than average in Paris but really old hotel. I spent 90 euros with a last minute Hotel Tonight and this is its real price. The 380 euros reported in the bedroom door a real madness for this type of hotel.

Value for money very good (100th night), clean room and bedding, bathroom too, some marks on the walls and old carpet but this is only detail. Friendly and accommodating staff. In negative, the curtains do not close completely, light at 5:30 in the morning ... A courtyard restaurant at the back is quite noisy and the windows are very poorly insulated.
