Perfect for a few days getaway, handy for Glasgow and Paisley

Friendly staff handy for the airport good transfer good food drinks a wee bit expensive

Great night out and reasonable prices (for soft drinks anyway) and an especially great location if you're coming from or going to the airport. However, bed was awfully loud even when just slightly shifting myself and walls are rather thin too as you can hear the guests and their conversations in the corridors and guests in adjacent room. Overall a decent stay.

Hit a warm spell in Scotland with no air conditioning unit in the hotel...in fact some heating units were on. The rooms were too hot for a good sleep. That being said, the older hotel was comfortable and clean. A really good value for the money.

It was ok, very clean bathroom, but walls are thin and the room we stayed in was tiny.

Hotel with an excellent location, 10min from the airport. Simple room but very clean.
I would highlight the reception staff who have been charming and very helpful ..
Wifi and transfer to the airport for free. Excellent value for money, to repeat!

Well run hotel. Efficient, pleasant staff. Booked on line at a very reasonable price. A couple of minutes by car from Renfrew. Well worth it.

Had a lovely stay food good the soup was amazing room small but comfortable would recommend.

Need thicker walls in rooms heard everything and I mean every thing maybe 3 star cause of service , was knackered time I got my flight

Stayed for 2 nights at the Normandy and attended my Aunties wedding, had the worst nights sleep the night before the wedding as there was boxing on and a lot of the people at the function were staying at the hotel. I have 2 kids and were in a family room but were bang in the middle of all the young party goers who kept us up all night. Phoned reception but no answer. There was a few things on the wedding day too that could have been avoided but was due to lack of communication within the hotel. Definitely not recommended if you want a good night sleep.

Tribute night was fabulous - all of the entertainment provided was fun and professionally done. The food was of a reasonable quality given the price of the night.

Dirty small room never seen a lick of paint in years

Dining at the restaurant in the hotel was very good. Rooms were dated, but clean. Service was great and the shuttle to the airport was free the two times we used it.

Nice hotel staff friendly room was basic but had everything we needed. Good was lovely even cateted for my gluten free diet when at a very large fuction.Would visit again.

Cheap and cheerful when your going on holiday plus you get to park your car for up to 2weeks

Parking a complete shambles. Car park is a muddy field.

Warm welcome from the staff but not from standing in the foyer as of the door open and all the cold wind rushes and cannot fault the rooms ideal for airport and very helpful with transport shuttle services

Bog standard hotel. Room was smaller than what I booked but as it was just a quick overnight never asked for swap, slightly dated in decor, but clean. Helpful staff, covid rules in place, nice beer garden, plenty of parking, not too noisy considering its right at glasgow airport, short taxi ride into paisley yown centre.

Breakfastbwas good, but the place is old and could use a good touch up! Lift needs a complete overhaul the staff were friendly and helpful

Great night at the Normandy Hotel, Brother in law was one of the boxers fighting in the charity event for ultra white collar boxing. Good venue for the event. Well staffed and looked after.

Cheap and easy for parking and flights
One thing I look forward to when coming back from my holiday is the breakfast. Pile on the haggis!

Staff helpful and excellent breakfast. Only problem was room was cold in the morning.

Getting very tired, room was so hot and lots of noise from airport, would have been as well sleeping in the car at the end of the runway

Bit run down but what can you expect for the price paid. Breakfast excellent as was lady in breakfast room.

poor I needed a room for my sister's wedding and was told rooms were reserved turns out they have booked all rooms out and I can't get a room even though I'm a bridesmaid and need to be there the day before the wedding to help set up for the next day. I need to now find a hotel close by and drive over to help set up etc which is a total inconvenience!! very unhelpful too. You would think after the amount of money my sister had paid to have her wedding there they would try their hardest to rectify this problem.

Went for Christmas Day dinner. Staff were excellent, and the food was amazing. Well done to all involved at a really tough time! Really helped make a difficult Christmas really good!

Entertainment was good, meal.was mediocre apart for the soup

Staff are fantastic but building needs exterior painting and car park needs to be re surfested lots of potholes. And needs a good cleaning around the area next to public path

Room was decent size considering the low cost price. Reception and bar staff welcoming, friendly and happy to engage conversation. If you are leaving your car for a few days they will move it to a secure car park themselves. You are required to fill out car make model etc and the mileage and if there is any form of damage on your vehicle. This I was not so keen on, I'd have rather moved it myself then taken back to the hotel. Shuttle service to airport was prompt and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Pleasant place to stay before a holiday, can and have stayed in a lot worse.

Nice clean place that is only around 6 minute drive to airport. Very good free shuttle service and massive free car park. Lovely polite helpfull staff.

Went for the Motown tribute night.Food was good and entertainment very good.

Visited for a business trip for a client nearby, what a mistake! No credit allowed when checking in, which was annoying, then again when ordering food, so no tab if you want extras. Clearly issues with people not paying their bills.

Sadly the room was no better, firstly a mix up when I booked a superior double and was given a twin room, where I wouldn't have let a dog stay! The exchanged room was mearly the same but a double bed and a portable size TV!

Overall I would stay here again and has to be one of the worst places I've stayed and I've stayed in a lot of hotels!

I stayed in 2018 and literally became trapped in my room. The front desk and maintenance worker kept implying that i simply did not know that i was using the deadbolt. Had to break the door to get me out because the deadbolt had become broken in the door. Honestly one of my less enjoyable hotel experiences
