Mason Greenblatt not only helped me pick out my first car but he helped me pick out everything i wanted in a car. I made a list to myself of what i wanted (Different Features and Specs.) and he made sure i was genuinely happy with the vehicle before i purchased it. I brought my grandfather along with me to help me through the process as well and Mason made sure he was happy and had just as good of an experience as i did. Mason was very down to Earth and didn't lie about the car like most car dealerships do. I was very pleased with my experience at Nissan, all thanks to Mason.

Today, I went in needing service and didnt know my warranty was up. Greg Sapienza in service, Dave Jost in finance, and John the manager took superb care of me. And of course, my go to Amanda Ross! Drove an hour plus to come to this dealership because 2 of my friends have recently purchased form this auto mall. Came to look a New Nissan Maxima, and my friend wanted to look at and potentally purchase the used 370z on the lot. The young lady came out, she was very nice. We went inside to use the rest room, and when we came outside we were approached by a gentleman that said we just don't left people test drive cars. DID NOT EVEN ASK WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. We both left very disappointed, and upset. I ended up purchasing elsewhere the same day. I felt like the staff did not want to help because we were young, and didn't look like we had money. The one sales manager was very very rude. I will never recommend this auto mall to anyone. Especially the Nissan part. No customer service training at all

I had a great experience here at Nissan. They all worked very hard to get me to where I wanted and needed to be at. We all know the salesman has to work hard to gain the business of a customer but they didn't make me feel pressured, my salesman Brian was very honest with me, explained everything to me. He worked hard for me and I really appreciate his services. The entertainment guy was awesome very nice guy. The finance manager Glen is awesome, he is a very nice nice guy. I would recommend this place to anyone everyone is awesome here.

My service advisor met me as I pulled into the garage area. There was no waiting. He quickly checked me in asked if I had any service coupons and advised there was a recall on my 2019 Pathfinder. My service was complete long before the promised time. I was notified via text, e-mail and a personal call from my service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I was also given the opportunity to pay in advance on line by way of the the e-mail I received. I was, as always, very happy with the service received at Nissan of Turnersville.

We enquired via internet and Jim called us straight away - honored the internet pricing and made the vehicle we were interested in available for our test drive on the track. Bryan was the salesman who assisted me and was the only person between two other dealerships I visited that actually wanted to help and get didn t just want a sale. After checking my credit he revealed to me that I was approved for to lease a 2019 Nissan Sentra, something that Honda and Acura could ve also offered had they have cared about my business. Been shopping for a car for 2 weeks and this is the worse experience with customer service I had..well ever. After the sales man introduced his self he went straight ahead and said " I don't want to waste your time do you have good credit" I felt kind of insulted I'm 21 with not much credit I said uhh no I don't have much credit caught off guard that that was the first question he asked me. Then he goes ahead and said well you need AT LEAST 1000 dollar down payment as if I didn't have it. I then said well I have 3k down payment so that wouldn't even be a problem by then I didn't even want a car from there any more, but it wasn't like he was interested anyway. I don't know if he thought because I was young that I didn't have good credit and a down payment or because I was black or both. Not trying to pull the race card but either way I felt really insulted. Little did he know I would have had a cosigner with good credit and I work 2 jobs that pay really decent for my age way more than minimum wage that I had for going on 4 years while I go to college. So...Responsible, educated, black young adult. That's beyond the point though, nobody should be insulted like that reguardless. I'll spend my Little money and take my little credit else where.

My girlfriend and I went into Nissan of Turnersville with no expectations. It was just the first Nissan dealership on our list and I wanted a used car. Single handed, Keith changed my perception of all of that. He was very patient and listened to what I wanted. He smoothly transitioned my thinking from only wanting to save money, to leasing a beautiful, brand new car (which I LOVE). Keith made sure that I understood all of my options and was very good during the negotiation process. We landed on a price that I was comfortable with and I could not be happier with my purchase. We were made to feel comfortable throughout our entire experience. My girlfriend wasn't even the one buying the car and she was amazed at how personable Keith was. The management was also very supportive. I had forgotten to bring my College Degree and they allowed me to text message a picture to Keith to prove that I qualified for my discount AFTER THE FACT. This is a great dealership, with great salespeople. If you want a Nissan, you would be crazy to go anywhere else. A big thanks to Keith and the rest of Nissan of Turnersville!

With the covid 19 going around, things have changed. I purchased 13 Nissans over the years and the last 4 have been bought or leased at Turnersville. They took all the precautions to make me feel relaxed. I worked with Tony who I worked with before. Very professional and friendly. He showed me what I wanted to see and answered all the questions I asked. As I said, with the covid 19 going around things are different but Tony took care of all the details and paper work in record time. No doubt in my mind I'll have all my service done there and will recommend anyone who asks. Thanks.

The only reason that I did not give this dealership five stars is because there were a couple of discrepancy's that I encountered after purchasing my vehicle. Besides the discrepancy's with my vehicle, the service team as well as certain member's of management, were extremely understanding and willing to work with me to resolve these issues. John(GM) handled my situation with care and understanding while working with me to find the best options. While I was waiting, I had a conversation with a salesman named Tony who was extremely knowledgeable and sincere as we discussed possible options for a different vehicle. He comes highly recommended and I will be asking for him in the future. Thank you Turnersville Nissan for your hard work and dedication to treat your costumers with respect!

I went to Nissan of Turnersville to look at possibly purchasing a used vehicle for my wife who just recently gotten her drivers license. I wanted something for her to learn in but safe for our 10 month old daughter. When I arrived i was shown a few vehicles, but nothing that I felt comfortable with putting them into. As I was walking back to my truck, my salesman showed me one last car. It was nice enough, so we started trying to negotiate the price. I had rejected offers that he gave me "out the door", I reached into my truck pulled out a cash amount and told him that this is what I had to spend, that plus the $200 i had in my pocket, No more. he told me to wait while he tried to get the deal done, so I did. After half an hour of waiting he came back to me excited as if the deal was done, but the numbers he brought back were way over what I told him I was spending. In fact it was only $124.75 less then what i had already flat out rejected. When I told him that i felt disrespected because he made me wait that long for something that I had already said no to, he began arguing with me that he did not disrespect me. One of their rules is not to "waste the customers time." and clearly he did that by bringing me back an offer that I had already rejected and then arguing with me. After getting the sales manager involved and explaining the situation to him. The salesman kept trying to put his "two cents in".

I am extremely aggravated with this whole situation and caution anyone that walks into this dealership that they do not honor their own rules. So be weary of anything they say they will honor with you. And if the dealership truly reads these and posts reply's, please do not post the same Generic reply that is on everyone else's. Update: thank you to the general manager named Anthony for assisting me and my father in sorting out the tag situation. Turns out my middle name/last name change made it difficult to track the license plates.

I purchased a 2017 Nissan Rouge this past November 24th. The buying experience was great and the Rouge is an awesome car. I live in East Falls so I feel very safe on all the hills, tight turns, and snowy/rainy weather. However, it's been over a month and no one has contacted me back about my tags. I went to get my car inspected November 25th weekend. That was a busy weekend and I didn't have my tags anyway. I waited till the work week to contact the sales associate about my tags. He stayed on the phone with me while he had me fill out a survey. I'm way too polite and a lot nicer than my father so I stayed on the phone completed the survey and was reassured I would be contacted as soon as the tags came in. The sales associate even told me I had to fill the survey out to receive the tags. Of course I played dumb and stayed polite. I haven't told my father who accompanied me on this car buying experience yet that no one has gotten back to me. I just called today.

We thought we had found a great buy at another dealership but Turnersville beat it by far. Newer year with less mileage. I have no problem giving this dealership a thumbs up.

It was tough on me with having my two little ones with me who were wayyyy past nap time, but Tony really showed his patience and made me feel comfortable. Carmen Pizzo has sold me my last four Nissans and he is seriously the reason why I drove from my Haddon Township home to Turnersville on Labor Day to purchase my Nissan Rogue Sport. I feel like he is family, and have always felt that way. There s never any sneaky used car salesman shenanigans with Carmen and I don t think I am wrong to say that he is always looking out for my best interests. I received a follow up phone call from him earlier today regarding a question I asked him about my tire rims. I honestly didn t even remember that I had asked him, but meanwhile he got the answer for me and called me personally today. He is good stuff. I also had the pleasure of meeting a couple of Carmen s coworkers including Vincenzo who was also a knowledgeable and warm person. I love the way everybody there seem to really enjoy each other s company. It was Labor Day for goodness sake, and no one that I encountered seemed to be upset at all, to have to work on a holiday. Anyway, I can go on and on as I m sure Carmen can tell you, but the point is he is the reason why I came to Turnersville, and once I was there, I was pleasantly surprised and know for sure, you guys are lucky to have him

This 1-star review solely reflects the service I received from Kevin while shopping for a car this past week. My family has purchased two cars from Nissan of Turnersville in the past (2012 and 2015) and the service for them has been amazing until this day. That is why I was so appalled and taken aback with the rude and lackluster service from this particular salesperson.

My dad and I went in with the intention of purchasing a new car for me. We were excited and were serious about buying a car that same day. We were greeted by Kevin at the door and this is where the pleasantries ended. Everything went downhill from there.

We took the car on a test drive and Kevin had no interest in telling us about the car. When it was my turn to drive, he was on his phone the whole time. When my dad tried making small talk, it was met with attitude and an arrogant tone. Up until this point, even though Kevin was a deficient salesperson, we were very serious about buying the car. Of course we wanted to get a good deal when we talked about price. We negotiated and tried to be reasonable but he was just treating us with so much disrespect.

The whole situation is funny because we were set on buying a car from Nissan of Turnersville when we woke up that day. Contrary to what Kevin may believe, we did not leave because of price. We left because his service and treatment of us was extremely horrendous. The bottom line is we did not want him to get commission from our business. I was debating even writing a review because like I said, the service we received from everyone else at this dealership has been respectful and amazing. However, when we went to Cherry Hill Nissan that same day, the great treatment we received from Jim made us realize how awful our experience earlier that day really was. I'm happy to say we were able to purchase a car that night and were able to give business to someone who deserved it. Perhaps Kevin needs more training.

I brought my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder with 20,000 miles in for check engine light. This vehicle is a lease. Service looked at my car and said there was sludge in the engine and had to do a tear down which could cost me over $400. If they do the tear down and decide it was neglect I am responsible. I had 3 oil changes in the 20,000 miles. I had to call Nissan Corp. to have them tell me all the same things turnersville did. Local dealership had no clue what was going I have all documented oil changes. They didn t like that because they want the work to be done there. This is my 4th pathfinder. I could write a novel of how this situation was treated. It truly was a terrible experience and I will never buy another car from Turnersville Nissan and I will never buy a car on the Penske property.
I truly love the Nissan product but I will never purchase another veichle at this location. I had SAD

Do not take your car to this dealer. I ve been taking my car getting the recommended oil changes. They ewere suppose to be doing a multi point inspection with each oil change...so I thought. I went the other day to get an oil change and they hit me with brakes and rotters. At this point , I m scratching my head. If they would have told me I needed brakes at my previous oil change, I wouldn t need rotters. Did they do that on purpose? Or did someone not do their job? Either way, it s pretty jacked up, and I am not happy at all!

(I will say the sales manager is really nice and willing to try to help.) He only got a short non helpful anwser from the service worker after he talked to the assistant manager.

The only compliant I have is the kid s corner. An updated TV and toys would be a plus. The toys are really old and dirty. It would be great for kids that are waiting with their parents.

This being my first service after purchasing a new 2018 Nissan Rogue Sport, I wanted them to be careful with my wife's new wheels. Thankful that this dealership provides the first service on new vehicle for free. Greg was also able to answer my questions regarding some of the technology features on the new vehicle. I have been to this dealership service many times with my previous vehicle, a 2008 Nissan Rogue. They have always been most helpful and professional. That is one of the reasons I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership.

I went to nissan to test drive a 370z I did not plan on buying that day and I understand that the employees work on commission, but there were 6 employees standing around. However when I asked to test drive, a car sales women said I could and then went to grab the keys. When she came back a man was walking with her. I assume he was a manager, he said we do not let people just test drive cars and asked me to leave. I did not even argue I just left. It was not worth my time but I am venting here. My brother bought a car from honda of turnersville less then a month ago, and one of my best friends bought two cars from acura. They refereed me to the dealership but nissan was not up to par. I drove an hour to see this car and felt like I was treated horribly.

I m so grateful I was connected with Matt! Everyone at the Turnersville auto mall was extremely friendly, but Matt was the first person to really pay attention to what I was looking for in a car. He helped me find the perfect vehicle that checked all my boxes and it fits my lifestyle perfectly. The very few concerns I had, he addressed immediately and I left very impressed with the customer service and a pretty new Nissan Altima. I recently had a very disappointing car buying experience with Turnersville Nissan. I was looking to purchase an Altima. I found one at Turnersville Nissan. I inquired about the car via email. I was provided with the complete price including taxes and other fees. Also, I completed a pre-approval application and was told that I had qualified for the 0% percent APR for 60 months promotion due to my tier one credit score. I decided to go in. When I arrived, a test drove the car. I then met with one of the sales man. We began discussing numbers. I was told by the financial specialist that I could not purchase the car the agreed upon rate price because I was not a returning Nissan owner. The price was then raised by $1000. I was also given a nearly 7% APR rate!!!! I was told that if I wanted the 0% percent APR rate, I could not get the rebates. The total of the car went from around 20,500 to 26,500!!! I am now in the process of buying the car from another Nissan dealer who is upfront and is not attempting to waste my time.

Fantastic experience with Pierce Herbst. Very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Pierce really educated us on the Pathfinder, as we were deciding between that, and the Subaru Ascent. He sold us on the Pathfinder. Excellent test driving experience with Pierce as well. Paperwork was also smooth and uncomplicated. Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend Piece Herbst & Nissan of Turnersville to others.

It was my first time coming in and scheduling an appointment with the service department - Just a basic assessment of the breaks and an oil change. Everyone was lovely, the customer service was amazing. NOT TO MENTION THEY JUST CASUALLY WASHED MY CAR. This place was great, definitely coming back.

Your car is given a Multi point inspection and there is never any pressure to get anything fixed. If it s just an oil change and your tires rotated that s what you get for reasonable price by a trained Technician.
