Kevin, although new was very personable and answered each question I had. The customer service was excellent and I was out within an hour for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. The waiting area has couches and chairs for about 10-15 people, snacks coffee and drinks. Only thing I wish is that the service reps tell you about the current promotions without you having to ask. For example, I was told I needed a tire rotation and balance. Kevin came to me asking if I would like the service done for $124; luckily I research coupons before going in for any service and I remembered there was a coupon for a tire rotation and balance for $59.99. I know it's a business at the end of the day but great customer service keeps the customer coming back, the referrals coming and the money flowing! Just a thought.

Easily the best service department at any Nissan dealership in the area. At every step of the process, from scheduling my service appointment, to paying the cashier on my way out, I received top-notch customer service. Turnersville Nissan is the only place I will bring my car for service. Thanks for providing such great service!

I went in for service on my car and no expectations of getting into a new vehicle anytime soon. With the great work and effort of Carmen Pizzo, I left with a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra SR. I couldn't be happier with this new car. These guys are the best!

So helpful and quick. Fixed an issue another dealership (the one I bought the car from) couldn t figure out and kept telling me everything was fine. I absolutely will come back for service here if needed and will recommend. Next time I need a car, I ll be going here

My salesman Bryan Buttocovia was very patient with me and took his time helping me. It was my first time in many years that I decided to lease a new car and wasn't sure what I wanted, especially since I never owned a Nissan before. Everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Bryan showed me the different vehicles and never tried to push me into anything I wasn't sure about. My final decision was perfect and I love my new Rogue

Service department policy's seem to be going downh...

Service department policy's seem to be going downhill....fast.

Long time buyer of cars from here as well as getting all cars serviced. Today, with an appointment made, I was advised that "express" service for an oil change would still require a wait of 75+ minutes. Apparently the "appointment" only guarantees when you will see a service advisor. Essentially the value statement for making an appointment has essentially just been erased as you are still subject to regular roll up business (think Jiffy Lube) and the working queue sees the same advisors if they arrive ahead of you. The service department needs to do better and value a customers time that took the additional step in making an appointment,

Eric Murphy was my sales guy. Very professional and explained many things along the way. I hit a little snafu with monthly payment amount and he and his manager were able to get me the car I wanted. The first painless, fastest car leasing ever. Thank you Eric for a fantastic job and thank you Nissan of Turnersville for getting me into a new and safe car. Service advisor was professional and nice. However the ehicle was in to have battery replaced (warranty) and an oil change. I told them there was a recall for rear seatbelts that was overdue. They said they knew and would take care of it. They did not do the recall.

Arrived at Nissan of Turnersville today in order to inquire about cancelling my extended warranty. A salesperson said we'd need to talk to someone in finance, and walked us over to the appropriate offices. He popped his head into the first office and told the man why we were there, and we were told we'd need to come back during the week, he was 'too busy.' Except, he made the salesperson tell us that, instead of actually acknowledging our presence. What kind of customer service is that? It's not. Customer service would have been for the finance guy to acknowledge our presence, indicate that he was slammed, and let us know it might be an x minute wait and let us make the decision on whether or not we wanted to wait.

Customer service is necessary ALL of the time, not just during car sales. We're a customer at the auto mall - bought a new car there just last year, and get our service done there. Now, I'm second guessing if we'll do business there again. Nothing like getting treated like we're third rate citizen just because we didn't happen to be making a purchase today. Not a pleasant experience.

It was a bit tough connecting with someone in the Service Department to get a quote, but once I brought the car in, everything went very smoothly. I appreciated the Lyft/Uber service so I didn't have to hang out while waiting for the work to be done. Kevin Sullivan was particularly helpful, as always

I was most certainly was pleased with the service and repair that was performed, but without any question, Ashley was the stunningly outstanding in her professionalism as she made every effort to ensure my complete satisfaction. Ashley has a personality that is soothing and removes any pending discomfort a customer might "think" could occur. Nissan of Turnersville is a true benefactor in having someone as qualified, professional, driven to ensure not only customer satisfaction, but customer enthusiasm to be, and to continue to be, an extremely committed customer. No question, as Tom Cruise once stated - "Ashley Completes Nissan of Turnersville".

My experience was excellent. My salespersons Raphael and Mason made my experience enjoyable and made sure when I pulled off the lot, I was in the car I wanted and had the features I wanted. The sales manager and the finance manager was knowledgeable and made the process extremely affable. I walked away from my third experience on purchasing a car from Nissan Turnersville feeling like a valued customer and not just a end of month number. Thanks for a great experience.

I always have a great experience at Nissan of Turnersville. First off I love Tony Forte!!! He's the best salesman at Nissan, he helps me out anytime I call and what I like the most about Tony is that he bends over backwards to help you out! I can t thank him enough for always helping me out!!!
Recently I got an oil change at Nissan and Jacob Greenwood was extremely helpful! He even went as far as teaching me how to operate certain things in my car that I wasn't aware of, he went over and beyond to help me out! From now on, I will ALWAYS get my car from Nissan of Turnersville! Thanks Guys!!!

Praise God. I only spent $13.00 on the battery for the key-starter.
The car was on re-call for the air bags and in fixing this it corrected what was wrong this morning. I walked out of the dealership without paying any other additional charges.
Amen God is great.
Customer service was awesome.

Walked into Toyota to get a lease for my wife. The sales rep did not want to work with me and so I ended up next door at Nissan. Met Bryan in the parking lot and one hour later drove my wife s car off the lot. Amazing service and would recommend to anybody looking for a good experience for a new car.

As an insurance agent, I deal with a lot of dealerships and I feel like this is probably the most professional dealership I've ever dealt with personally and through my occupation. Buying a car can be stressful but Kevin's skill as a Salesperson put me more at ease. He focuses on what YOU as the buyer want and whether choosing the car or talking about price he is VERY HELPFUL and extremely knowledgeable. Tony listened to what I wanted and took care of me all within an hour. John the finance manager worked with me for a warranty that I can afford and can feel confidant in my purchase for many years to come. Traded in a 2009 Rav4 for a 2014 Jeep Compass this week. Overall the experience was an A+. Sales Rep Joe Lampassi did the unthinkable when it comes to car salesmen and he LISTENED to all I had to say about my specific needs and he scoured the lots and whittled down the choices. Made a couple trips in to look, see and test drive. After all was said and done we found the perfect match for my budget, and needs. Joe made the process a breeze and I was in and out of there in no time. Will highly recommend Joe Lampassi and Nissan of Turnersville to all my friends and family. I love my new car!

I felt compelled to write this review several week...

I felt compelled to write this review several weeks after my purchase to ensure it would be as accurate as possible. For years, I purchased/leased my vehicles from Woodbury Nissan. After negotiating a deal for my mothers new vehicle and her trade in, I decided to look into my options as well. As a smart shopper, I ventured over to Turnersville to see if they had the color/interior combo I was looking for rather then settling for what was on the Woodbury lot. I had every intention of having Woodbury find one for me so I could lease from there and remain a loyal customer. While in the T-Ville dealership, after finding the EXACT combo I was looking for, Pearce, Anthony and Mike did their homework and found that I was eligible for a rebate on my current vehicle. This made my payments significantly less on a new Murano lease. Got me thinking. Did Woodbury know this all along? Regardless, I proceeded with the purchase at Turnersville Nissan because due diligence won me over and of course PRICE. I was in and out of finance in less then an hour and drove my new car home. The next morning, I was hit with some disturbing news from Woodbury. They did NOT include my mothers lease turn in with her new purchase and were now trying to make us responsible for the 4 remaining payments. THIS WAS NOT PART OF THE DEAL! The turn in vehicle was left in their lot to be "grounded out". We were blindsided! Needless to say, T-Ville came thru again! Mike went out of his way to rewrite my deal to include the turn in vehicle (Woodbury's responsibility) so we would not be liable for the remaining payments (Nissan Loyalty Program).

Many members of my family and friends circle drive Nissans. Without question, wherever the GM Mike from T-Ville is, we will follow. I have never experienced customer service and overall care by a car dealership in years. The honesty, integrity and will to gain a new customer was admirable. So much so that they fixed another dealerships intentional screw up. They didn't have to do that. They really "earned" my business and for that, i'm very appreciative.

Also, we will be servicing BOTH of our new vehicles at T-Ville Nissan.

Thank you Pearce, Mike and Anthony for earning my business and trust. Be sure to look out for referrals :-)

Purchased 2015Nissan 4x4,pushy sales tactics,half to close this deal tonite. Buyer beware that advertised lojak is on you, 799.00,nothing mentioned about lojak cost in advertisement of vehicle. Cost of lojak forced on you at closing otherwise deal is off the table, nice to tell me then after driving 70miles.Also 500.00 coupon was refused by sales manager on certified pre owned vehicle. I don't know how certified the truck is ,get truck home and find out sun roof doesn't retract and backup sonar not working. Purchased vehicle 5/22/18 and still waiting on plates and registration. I am self employed and know something about customer satisfaction ,it goes a long way.Brian O.

I went in for an oil change, but needed rear brakes. I was informed of the extra cost and the extra time needed for repairs. While I was waiting, I was browsing the showroom floor contemplating a trade. I saw Rafael (who sold me my current Altima 3yrs prior) and asked him about trading in my car. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me answering any and all questions I had. I enjoyed the fresh coffee and snacks on hand. As always, my experience here is top notch!

First of all I had my car towed at 11:30PM LAST NI...

First of all I had my car towed at 11:30PM LAST NIGHT for a flat tire. I had to call them 5 TIMES today just for an update that nobody could give. So they send a driver at 3:30PM upon my request after calling and calling. Get there and my car has ADDITIONAL damage that was not there when my car got picked up. They tried to say they didn't have any loner cars after inconveniencing me and that I just had to wait and submit a claim to my insurance company and let them investigate. So all of a sudden they have a loner car but aren't going to repair damage that happened while in their care and I still don't have my car or an update as to when it may be ready. BAD BUSINESS!
