I took my car for oil change in December 2018 and it was recommended that I get new windshield wipers. I paid $60 to get wipers replaced and my husband discovered 3 days later, that my wipers WERE NOT replaced.
On 4/19/19, I had my car serviced for routine oil change and I was informed by Ashley that I needed back breaks, 4 tires, engine filter replaced, totalling $1,080.00.
Naturally, I wanted to speak with my husband before I have this work completed, considering my last issue. After speaking with my husband, we decided to wait and get a second opinion.
After my oil change was completed I had to go look for my car, which was parked outside the drive up service and I also had to ask for my keys, no courtesy car wash. I strongly feel like I was treated in this manner because I asked questions and declined their services. I and my husband called several times to speak with a Manager to express our concerns and to date, no return call. I purchase my car from Nissan Turnersville in 2016. I live 10 mins from Nissan Cherry Hill but I visit Turnersville for car service because I was treated very nicely in the past. Needless to say I will be servicing my car at another location.
They provided great service in a timely manner and also notified me that Ill soon need brake fluid for my back brakes.
I had a nail in my tire. Called them an they told me to come right in. Repaired within a couple hours. Great customer service

When my car was not working properly I got an appointment right away and then the day of my appointment I went to go to them my car wouldn't start so I called them and told them what was going on and that I mite have to reschedule he said no just come in as soon as I get it started I was very happy

I bought a pre owned 2016 certified Maxima from Nissan of Turnersville. My sales associate was Mason Greenblatt. Mason was great. He was able to get me the most value for my trade in and was able to get me into the Maxima with a great monthly payment. He was a straight shooter right from the door. I will definitely be back for the newest Maxima in a few years.
If you think, after the stunt the morons at your service department pulled on me today, that I would ever set foot in your dealership ever again, ever let them touch my car, or buy another car from you, think again.
My car sat in your parking lot all day because your guys were too stupid to completely empty the overnight key drop-off box. I even called that afternoon to tell you I was dropping the car and key off.
An entire day wasted, lost time at work (would you like to reimburse me for that?) waiting for one of your brain-dead service guys to call me. Finally I ran out of patience and called in the afternoon only to find out they didn't even know my car was there. They claimed the envelope was "stuck in the slot".
REALLY? Don't they have enough sense to know how to look through the whole box? If they're too stupid to find an envelope in a drop box how can I trust them to repair my car?

Customer service was bad. I had to wait almost 3 hours to get back in touch with my service adviser. Was put on hold many times for over 20 minutes several times. Was consistently put into voice mail after explaining that I did not want the voice mail option, but they did not listen. The job tool an extra day because of the bad customer service. When the car was ready 2 days later, the problem was not correctly diagnosed and fixed. Had to bring car back the next day (take time off from work) and wait almost 3 hours for the car to be properly fixed.

Great people, great service! If you want to deal with a salesperson that cares about you and a continued relationship talk to Kevin Moore. I can't stand car shopping because some sales people tend to be too in your face to make that sale. Kevin listened to what was needed, and what we wanted and he delivered!
I came in to look at a Nissan Pathfinder as I was looking for something for my three children, not sure what I was getting myself into since my husband was not with me, but the salesman, I believe his name was John Dillonbeck, was very helpful and informative, We have not made a decision yet as to what we are gong to buy, but if it is a Nissan, we would definately go back to see John!
I had an issue with my brakes and the guys replaced all four of them as quickly as possible. I forget the mans name that helped me, but he checked on me in the waiting area frequently. Every single person working that day was extremely friendly. It was a great experience overall.

I had never leased a car before but Rafael at Turnersville Nissan in Washington Township, NJ really explained how everything worked. Also, my credit wasn't "perfect" due to my husband being out of work for almost a year last year, but finance worked with me to get me the best deal. I was extremely grateful how respectful everyone was. Oh, and I LOVE my car!

Since the time I called this morning at 7:30am, exactly when the department opens, I had excellent customer service. The receptionist I spoke with (I believe it was Alicia or Alyssa?) was able to help me get in for an emergency appointment for my flat tire even though services were booked up. She was very helpful and informative, and most importantly kind.
The great service continued. As I had to have a loved one drop off the car, Alex, who was my service specialist, was COMPLETELY AMAZING! throughout the entire day. He called me multiple times to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and the tires I wanted. He was understanding that I was at work and couldn't answer his calls so he patiently waited in between voicemails for my response before doing anything without my permission. He was willing to call around to check what other places had in stock and gave me quotes before starting the service, even though I wasn't able to get back to him until after 1 PM yet still got everything done on time. Unlike other companies, I was NEVER pressured to getting any other services. On the contrary, I added more work by requesting another matching tire and an oil change. Alex was so patient playing phone tag with me throughout the day and leaving me messages with updates. He also took the time to explain each option to me which is no easy task as I know nothing about cars. I let him know that I understood that if it couldn't be today, that I could pick it up tomorrow. Alex promised to try his best to get it done today. Between him and the magic of Turnersville wonderful techs (unfortunately I never got the tech's name), they worked hard to make sure it was done today for me. They stuck to the agreed and quoted price, gave my car a complimentary wash, and even applied a coupon for me! This is why I continue to go to the dealership for oil changes and for today's flat tire emergency instead of going elsewhere. I am never sold services I don't need and am given the best prices available. I am given options and information instead. I always assumed dealerships overcharged but I compared to many other "cheaper" places, and their prices match or beat other local businesses.
The great service continued when I came to pick my car up after service hours, and the young gentleman helped me by making sure I had everything I needed before leaving and answered all questions I had.

One of the worst experiences ever. I hesitate to leave reviews because it usually falls under the extremes (hated it or loved it). However, I feel it's necessary to warn any future car shoppers to think twice before heading over here. I scheduled to see a car here via their online service/online manager on Saturday around 4PM to stop by Monday around noon. Hoping for a seamless experience, I hoped that with the scheduled appointment, I would be ensured a easy transaction since I already knew what I wanted.
My significant other and I arrived sometime before noon, getting out of our vehicle, we started walking the parking lot looking for the vehicle (a trade-in) that I was more than interested in purchasing. It wasn't long before we were descended upon by a salesman. We told him what we were looking for the Infiniti trade-in and had scheduled to see it Saturday. After much walking back and forth after being asked to take a seat, we were told the car wasn't on the lot and that he would have to go retrieve it from a different lot. After about 30 minutes waiting, the car arrived. When we looked in the car there was a cupcake wrapper, worn and missing floor mats, and coffee stains in the car, not to mention the sad status of "care" put in to getting the car ready for sale. To boot, the windshield had a crack stretching the entire length of the windshield, the weather seal along the driver's side was falling off, and there were leaves under the hood. There was absolutely no preparation and blatantly obvious that this car had been marked to go to auction. When we went back with a number and proposal, the salesman was not interested in working with us. We asked to either price down so that we could make the proper and necessary repairs and car detailing, or to make good, and present a presentable car. He snickered. Insulting, much? He proceeded to bring out the used car sales manager as we were making our exit seeing as how this was NOT a place we wanted to give our business to. Bad move as this guy did nothing to persuade us that it would be worth working with you; just as insulting as if WE were the ones in the wrong.
Shame on you. Not only were you not ready to serve customer, but your people mock your potential customers. Bad business practice, Nissan of Turnersville. Your lack of professionalism is inexcusable and just plain sad.

I purchased my Nissan Maxima from Nissan of Turnersville on May 9, 2019. My experience at the dealership was beyond my expectations. My sales person Mason, listened to exactly what I was looking for in a car as well as what I wanted my payments to be. Everything I asked for, they delivered. Mason was outstanding in his service and waked me through every step of the transaction. Even after the purchase, Mason made it a point to check in with me and see how I was liking the car. Additionally the manager Anthony Mazzone was just as outstanding in his customer service as Mason was. This is the first Nissan that I have purchased and I could not be happier. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership in the future.

4/28/18 Made an apt for a Saturday morning 7:00 am. Dropped off the night before for an oil change. So what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment ahead of time to only have your car there for 6 hours and not even get a call back until I called them. I purposely did not call to see how long it would take for me to come a pick up my car. 2 days later, check engine light when on with a diagnostic readying that I then failed inspection for, mind you it was the very first inspection ever on this car.
6/8/2018-I have once again, made 7:00 am appointment for tomorrow for them to check the issue that I failed. I was told we will try our best to get it in and out. It's Saturday and we tend to be a little busy. Okay I get it, the service reps cannot control how things are scheduled or how fast the mechanics work but what the F am I making an appointment for if you are not going to see the cars that schedule them first?? Poor customer service. Initial appointment was for Saturday called twice the day before to see if I could drop my car off and see if they had a loaner car cause I figured they would keep my car. Person I spoke to told me they could give me a loaner car if they had to keep my car longer than 2 hrs. Got there they told me they couldn t service my car because the warranty company was closed. Completely inconvenienced me. Had to come back Monday morning and miss work. Lazy service representatives. I had to look up my own warranty information and then when I came back with the info, the service rep told me that the previous guy I had worked with 2 days before found my info and he just didn t have time to get to that point yet. Slow service. Brought my car in for what was supposed to be a wheel and tire replacement. They only replaced the tire and kept my car for 3 days. It does NOT take 3 days to replace a tire. Missed work 3 days in a row due to being without a car. When I picked up my car they Tried to charge me for the service and tire even though my car was clearly covered by a warranty I purchased when I bought my car. While waiting to get my car, another customer mentioned that his car had been there for a week and that he had been calling and no one could tell him what the status was on his car. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Worst service from Nissan I ve ever had!
Had an amazing experience with them. Went to Woodbury where I had originally bought my car and they told me it would be 5k to fix my transfer case, 2k of which was labor. A friend told me to take it for a second opinion at turnersville and I am so thankful I did ! They told me if I bought a used part they would install it for me after which my labor there came out to 300 dollars !!! Josh in service was super helpful and the mechanic Timmy did a wonderful job on my car, she drives like shes brand new ! They saved me the headache of having to trade in my car and dealing me with Woodburys games. Will definatly be taking my car to Turnersville for everything from here on out ! Thank you so much Josh and Timmy ! You guys are amazing and I will be referring all my friends with Nissans to you from now on!

First time I was disappointed with service. The oil change was completed but no " return for next oil change" sticker was placed on my interior windshield. I depend on that reminder to keep my vehicle in good condition. Being a warm,sunny day, I expected the complimentary car wash would be done. After paying, I found my dark blue car in the lot, still covered with yellow pollen. I certainly did not feel like a valued customer when I left the dealership. I usually give this dealership five stars, but not this time.
My experience at this dealership was extremely pleasant. Lewis made the process of purchasing a car very easy. In and out in a short period of time.

My first impression of this dealership was not very good. First, I felt like they used a bait and switch tactic to get me into the dealership which is something you just have to expect. But the bigger reason for my disappointment was that when I got to the dealership, I stood around on the sales floor for nearly 15 minutes without a single employee even acknowledging me. Plenty of them walked by me, or gave me a look from a distance like "What is this guy doing?" but not a single one asked me if I needed help or anything. I had tried calling the salesperson I had spoken with on the phone to let them know I was there but got no answer so I was completely dissatisfied with this dealership. As I was about to turn around and walk out the door, someone finally approached me and asked me if I was being helped and got set up with Ahsan. Due to my credit though, he wasn't able to help me so I was even more disappointed. To my surprise, I received a call from him a few days later to come back in. The next time I came back, I left the owner of a nice 2009 Scion. Ahsan really went that extra mile for me and was able to get me approved through a lender. He even gave me a free lunch as well while I waited. Because of his level of customer service, this review went from 1 star to 4.
Awesome experience! I have been a Nissan customer since 1998 and have dealt with many of their dealers in the area. However, I recently went back to Nissan of Turnersville after 10 years and leased a new vehicle. The sales manager Anthony Novak immediately greeted me and we went from there. He then connected me with a sales person(s) (Mike/John) who both did an excellent job. They helped me test drive a few vehicles until I decided what I really wanted. We then discussed the trade in and new numbers (which really did not take all that long) and we made a deal. Everyone that works there at the dealership is so friendly and welcoming. I felt like family. I am recommending Nissan of Turnersville to all my friends and family. The building itself is up to date (modern) and spotless (even the service bay areas). I am looking forward to being a longtime customer there.

We bought our first car at Nissan of Turnersville back in February, a 2012 Nissan Altima. This past Saturday we went back in originally to get the battery changed in our remote but also decided to check out a couple cars while we were there. But we were not expecting to leave with anything that day. We were immediately approached by a salesman named Jim Wilson and from the start, he was nothing but kind and helpful. We initially wanted to upgrade to a Nissan Maxima, but after test driving one and not much selection we started looking at the Nissan Rogue. After running the numbers on a new Rogue, we realized it was way out of our price range. At that point we were expecting to leave without a new car, which we anticipated in the first place. Jim then came back to us and said he had one more car to show us that might work for us financially and for our growing family. He took us out to a 2015 Jeep Cherokee that we also test drove and fell in love with. When it was time to run numbers, most of the banks were closed, including the one we got our previous loan through. This meant we had to leave without the car we fell in love with and come back Monday. As we were walking out, Jim stopped us and suggested we try applying for a loan through them. Unfortunately, their banks weren't responding either but Nissan did us a HUGE favor and took our car off of the market until we heard back. They also gave us one of the dealership's lender cars to drive until we could settle everything with the loan and pick our new car up. During the 3 days we had to wait, Jim stayed in touch with us through out each day. Everything was finally processed and ready on Tuesday so we went that night to pick up our new Jeep. We did end up trading our old car in for the new one and despite owing more than it was worth, Nissan made a pretty good deal with us. Even though we did not leave with a Nissan, we could not be any happier with the way things went. Thank you so much Nissan of Turnersville and most of all, Jim!

Michael Hess told me that they would need to replace my abs sensor in order for my traction and abs dash lights to turn off. I paid them $365 to replace a 2017 Nissan Versa abs sensor and the lights were still on. The service guy Michael Hess laughed in my face and said whoever did your breaks messed up your tone ring that s why the lights are still on. He told me if I wanted the tone ring fixed it would be an additional $600! He also told me that he could get me into another car and I told him no thanks. What a coincidence that my car all of a sudden my car needs expensive repairs when originally he told me it was just the abs sensor. I was very upset and he laughed and sarcastically told me to take care. I will never go back there or recommend those lying thieves! They are typical lying, crooked, and rude car salesman . Should have figured!!
Danny Trader was my guy and he was absolutely amazing. He was very friendly. Very calming. I came in freaking out and left happier than ever. His customer service was great. Very helpful! Very knowledgeable. Never said i don t know he always had an answer for me.

The service was a joke. My transmission went at 15,489. Long story short, THEY LOST MY CAR. They gave me a courtesy car and said itll be a few days to do the trans, no problem. However they had my car attached to someone else's name and phone number. I only had a profile with no car attached to my Information. It went a total of about 7 days when I called them to ask if it's done yet. They had (I think) no record of me being given a courtesy car. The service tech, who I won't mention by name, was less than professional. Horrible treatment. The only thing saving this from a 1 star, was the manager I spoke with. Now that was EXCELLENT customer service. Big ups to the supervisor.
Overall, I'm going to Woodbury next time.

Just had my 2006 Altima in for service and was really impressed with how professional and courteous everyone was - not only the service department but the sales staff as well. Even though I wasn't there to buy this time they were very friendly and offered to give me a quick tutorial on the loaner car when they saw I was a little confused (do not have keyless ignition on my car and had never used one). Greg and Kim in the service department were very efficient and helpful and I really appreciate how Greg worked with me to get the repairs I needed at a good price by ordering after-market parts and having my car ready the next day. I have purchased several cars from Nissan of Turnersville and have never had a bad experience. I would not take my car anywhere else for service.
