Had my oil changed and asked them to check car as it was louder than usual. I have a leak in my exhaust system. Greater than $1100 to repair. The car was only $8000. I ll never understand how a repair can cost an eighth of the entire car cost. Smh. Dan the service provider was very kind.

My experience with the staff and managers exceeded my expectations. They were quick and efficient. Bob Forest was the salesman who was patient and understanding of what I was looking for.... he knew exactly want I wanted and I LOVE my Murano! Joe Ricco in the finance office explained everything thoroughly! And the General Manager, John Finelli, was very personable. He was there greeting everyone and made me feel at home! Thanks Nissan of Turnersville!!

Bought a pre-owned Mercedes at Nissan from Jim. He was very accommodating and in the end got the job done. I drove 225 miles to buy this car, it needed some things taken care of, luckily there was service people on premises to get done what was needed. Only thing that would have made more of an impression is giving me a tank of gas to drive the 225 miles home, rather than getting in the car after being delayed a few hours and seeing less than a 1/4 tank of gas . First stop was gas station. Would have been a nice compliment for me traveling to buy this car. Everything else was fine and Jim put up with my very particular high demands of satisfaction. He will strive to satisfy.

My car was making an awful noise on a busy Saturday and they got me in the same day. They had the repairs done by the end of the day. Prices are average/fair. I never feel that I m being overcharged. They kept in contact and gave me status updates through the whole process.

First came here with my father to look at a truck for him. He had just recently been swindled with his old truck, so was not very trusting and very cautious of looking at a dealership again. All that concern was for not. We were helped by Mason Greenblatt and never once did either my father or feel uncomfortable or like we were being taken advantage of. Everyone involved in my father's trade-in were professional, yet friendly, and extremely helpful.

I am sharing my father's experience here, because my own experience was over in the blink of an eye, it went so smoothly. Until I went here, I had been driving a 1995 beater for years, but the experience I had made me want to do business here, so I ended up leasing a 2019 Altima. I was again helped by Mason and I couldn't have asked for a better experience at a Car Dealership. They earned and deserve every one of the 5 stars I'm giving them.

Just had a great experience with this dealership. I was driving my Altima to the beach on Friday for an extended weekend. A light came on and I wanted to get this addressed so I was not thinking about it all weekend. Used my GPS to find the nearest Nissan dealership. Directed me to Nissan of Turnersville. Pulled into the Service area dealt with Andrew Rittenhouse. He could not have been more accommodating. Told me he thought he knew what the error was and would have me back on the road in an hour or so. Thankfully, he was right. The issue took about an hour and a half to fix, but it was taken care of promptly. Highly recommend this dealership for service. Thank you Andrew and staff!

I have a short in my brand new car. Every time I open the car door the radio comes on and I can't turn it off. It does it when I have the key on me as well as when I don't have the key. I sat in my car not started and the radio automatically turns on. I am going to drain my battery and get stuck if not fixed. They told me all good we rest the radio software. Ok so if that is true why is it still happening. BECAUSE IT's A SHORT in the car. I am not a stupid woman.

Everyone knows that it s intimidating to car shop sometimes. I wasn t looking forward to it. I met a salesman Lou. He took me for a test drive in the car I went there to see. He didn t try to talk me into anything else, or something that was more money etc. which is what they usually do. He listened and worked with me. Went back with the husband 2 days later and bought the vehicle. There was a title issue on my part but they were really great about it. Lou also check in on me the following week. Everyone there was really great !! Made me feel very comfortable!! I m now trying to get my parents to go look at a car there. This is the 3 rd car I bought from the auto mall but the 2nd with Nissan. I will be back when I m looking again!! Very satisfied!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!!

We recently purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan from Nissan of Turnersville. This is the 3rd vehicle we have leased/purchased from Nissan of Turnersville and it is all because of Pierce Herbst. Pierce has always made us feel like family whenever we come in for a new vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and is always available to answer any questions we have. Pierce even called me before we even got home from the dealership to let me know I left something in the car we turned in. Pierce let me know that he put it in his locker where nobody would touch it until I could return to pick it up. This item means a lot to me personally and I was extremely appreciative that he did a final search of my other vehicle and found it. If you are looking to purchase/lease a new vehicle I Highly recommend you go see Pierce Herbst at Nissan of Turnersville.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER..**DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM*..DROVE 2 HOURS DOWN TO THE DEALER TWICE IN ONE WEEK ONLY TO FIND OUT WHEN I GOT DOWN THERE ANOTHER SALESMAN SOLD THE CAR AS A WAS IN ROUTE TO THE DEALER. AND THE GM WAS VERY RUDE AND DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL. THE ONLY THING HE CARED ABOUT WAS THE SALE. I HAD ALL THE PAPAERWORK COMPLETED AND BANK APPROVAL SET AND STONE AND THEY STILL SOLD THE CAR WITHOUT NOTIFYING MY AS I DROVE 2 HOURS WITH WASTED GAS AND TOLLS.....VERY UPSET!!

Had a very unpleasant experience with the service team. I felt they were dishonest and incompetent. Took my work vehicle there for four wheel balance and alignment, took four days to get it back. I was promised two new wheels the following day (rims were indeed damaged by potholes) to be misled for two more days. This could have easily been avoided if they had informed me up front, I could have taken the vehicle elsewhere and gotten on the road sooner. Communication was horrendous, I had to call everyday to update myself on the status of the vehicle until the last day. Also did the early bird drop off on a Thursday night, place was a ghost-town at 530, no pens with the envelopes in the drop box. I ran into a person on the sales floor who directed me to the cashiers, with not a soul to be found, (supposed to be there till 930). Vehicle was left unlocked on site as well. Customer service doesn t seem like a priority here, I will not be back, even if they did offer to make things right, which they did not.

Wasn't bad at first.....I bought a non nissan car from them mistake 1...car drove fine and seemed in great shape, but when I took it back to my state (pa) I looked underneath and noticed the muffler fell off, the springs were cut all the way around front bumper left side fell off rear tail light fell out and rear bumper fell completely off. Not to mention two blown speakers in the front. My fault definitely for buying the hunk of garbage...but I had no idea it was in an accident. Somewhere along the purchasing process they failed to mention that....fml

Ashley was amazing. She checked us in and gave my daughter a stuffed animal she could sit with. She also helped bring my daughter over to the car when we were done. The oils change and system update were down in an hour. It was nice to have the kids corner in the waiting room and the water, coffee and snacks were great to have too!

I was so nervous about going to a dealer that I called a friend who recommended I talked to some he knew. He gave the guy my number and shortly thereafter I received a phone call from Lewis. I told him how I had a bad experience last time I purchased a car and he assured me he would walk me through every single step of the process.

Not only did Lewis guide me through looking online the night before but he had my car ready when I arrived. That was a WOW factor for me. It told me he heard everything I told him. The process was easy and Lewis's service was impeccable!

As if it couldn't get any better, my finance guy, Vinny was not what I expected, he was kind, patient and thorough. (side note-I loved the ability to sign on the desk!).

I thought I'd be there for hours, no way. The time seemed to fly.

This was the best service I have ever experienced at a dealer and you have a loyal customer for life! This is certainly car buying done right!

Customer service was cool, but they could have told me on the phone that the warranty letter I received didn't apply for me being over the mileage stated and not the original owner. But was cool they made my airbags sensors was correct and that's a plus in my book. Thanks guys for the look out.

We just recently purchased a used vehicle from Nissan of Turnersville, a 2013 certified used vehicle.....we are so pleased with it and our salesman Tony B and our finance mgr Mark D were more than fabulous! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this place....they work with you with no pressure to walk away with a car....I think this is my new "GO TO" place...thanks guys!

Awful. I wanted to finance my car but with my bank...

Awful. I wanted to finance my car but with my bank because the dealer was unable to match the rates that my bank had offered. So when I got to the dealership, I was told I had to call their HQ and that they can not handle my end of lease buy out. I called the HQ office and was instructed by them that I had to call my bank and get certain information to release the funds to Nissan and begin the buy out process. So I called my bank and told them of my situation. Luckily enough my bank is pretty awesome and helped me out. They told me everything I needed to do and got me set up. My bank rep called Nissan's HQ and spoke to someone about how Nissan's buy out process so my bank can release the funds and pay them. While speaking to the Nissan rep, my bank rep made mentions of how I went to the dealer and was turned away because Nissan of Turnersville couldn't handle my end of lease buy out because I was using my bank. Come to find out that was a total lie. They can. But they chose not too because I went with my bank. They flat out lied. I will never go to Nissan of Turnersville ever again for anything. It is ridiculous just because my bank offered me a better deal that you can't match, you screw me over and send me away lying to my face saying that you can't process my end of lease buy out. I wouldn't trust anything coming out of those reps mouth. At least grow a pair and tell me to my face saying you won't handle it because you can't beat my bank and don't want to deal with the process. Pathetic.

Making an appointment was easy, when I arrived I was met at the car right away, the customer service guy Jacob was helpful and informative. I waited almost 3 hours to get the car serviced (there were a few things needed). Jacob showed me around the shop. The shop is clean, they have free snacks, coffee and water ( also a vending machine). Once the car was done Jacob explained the work that was done and the ladies at the cashier checked me out. Overall I would recommend this place to ohers, thx.

Some people are bad at their jobs, and the people I ve dealt with here are B-A-D bad at their jobs. From Paul not answering his voicemails for a week to Lorraina not knowing the difference between overnight and two day shipping, these people screwed mE every which way from Sunday. Not to mention they sold mE a vehicle with a loose side view mirror and a check engine light that came on within a week and no offer to resolve either issue. But hey. Used car salesmen. What do you expect?

I took my daughter's Xterra in for a timing chain repair that was under an extended warranty with the Endurance company I purchased. The company denied the claim, and we are still fighting it, but Jonathan Lathers was extremely helpful during the entire process. He was always available, pleasant and professional. The repair was done in a timely manner and the car has been running great. Jonathan made the entire experience easier to handle. He definitely deserves to be recognized in some way! He is a great employee and I would definitely return to Turnersville Nissan because of him.

My partner and I have been driving the same car for years and we wanted to treat ourselves to a VERY special car. We hopped around lots for an hour until we came across the Armada. Lou, our sales rep was very attentive and willing to help out. He made this process comfortable and it didn t feel like were pushed to purchase the car. Him and the sales manager offered us many options until we found the right price for the 2020 Armada.

I am one happy customer right now. I just bought a car for the first time here, and I had an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and worked really hard to help me get the vehicle that I wanted and I appreciate it so much. I want to say a special thanks to Eric Roig too for helping me out with the entire process and making my first car buying experience as comfortable as possible. Thanks so much again to Eric and everyone else at Nissan Turnersville. I m so happy and I m so excited to be on the road again. If I could give them a -10 then I would. I told them I cant afford more than $300/month and they said "If I could do that is it a deal?" I asked whats the interest rate? Oh well we dont know that. I sat there for almost two hours waiting for them to come back for information. Long story short they sold me a used Murano and the check engine light came on all the time. Whenever I returned to have it checked they would turn it off and said they fixed and then a few days it comes back on. When the warranty ran out 6 months later they said oh you need to pay for this and I said what about all the other times I took it here and you said it was fine?? I traded in the car to Hyundai Faulkner and they were so good to me. Upfront costs and options fpr which plan worked best for me with a significantly lower rate. I will never ever buy from Turnersville Nissan again and probably just wont buy Nissan in general. They really took advantage of a young girl. Im disappointed and disgusted.

Simple call to verify they have a 30 min express lube lane at their service dept. as I was just informed from them in an email that claims they have this and that they really want to earn my business. After a 7 min hold to find out if they do, girl comes back on and says it's best to make an appointment, they don't have it, could be an hour wait??? This is my first and last experience with Tville Nissan, emailing offers that don't exist to earn business, thanks, but I'll shop elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

I leased a 2017 Nissan Altima last weekend and had a very pleasant experience. I did not think I would be walking out with a car as I still had a decent amount left on the car I was financing. I was working with Joe Ricco and not only did he get rid what was left of my loan, he put me in a car that was perfect for me for monthly payments I could afford. On top of that he had me in and out of there in no time. I will be a returning customer.

This dealership is simply AWESOME!!! The respect, professionalism, consideration, and attention to detail I have received are second to none! Notions of CUSTOMER SERVICE are not simply "buzz-words" here, but they are a day-in, day-out guiding principal by which this dealership is run. Now, I did not purchase my 2012 Maxima from here, so I cannot comment explicitly on the "sales process", but Salesman Jim Wilson is very knowledgeable, courteous, and informative about a prospective vehicle I was looking at.

SERVICE, on the other hand, is something I can speak in-depth about... I have had my vehicle serviced at this dealership since purchasing it. The service team (Neil Mosbarger and Crew) are Top-Notch across the board. These guys fully understand that CUSTOMER SERVICE starts with the CUSTOMER!!! They are the best crew of individuals I have ever encountered in any service facility, and I always feel like a priority when I take my car to them. They always go the extra mile (and a half) to let me know, in no uncertain terms, that they APPRECIATE MY BUSINESS!! In this day of "making money by the numbers", that means so much more that the actual service performed on my vehicle... (realistically, any team can do that.). The extra "intangibles" I get from this dealership, Service Team, Sales Team, Parts Team, and Management Staff are the things that, in my opinion, set them apart. This place is All Aces!! You can't lose with them!

I walked in with fear due to being rejected so many times in the last few years. I was stuck with a car that was made in 2008, and was creeping up on 150,000 miles. My credit was finally at a point we re I had a little confidence to be exact it went from 0% to 30% confident. I made an appointment with Justin Mitchell and my mind was set on financing again and the years didn t matter. I knew for sure I couldn t get a new car or anything over 2015, to my surprise Justin changed my whole perspective, wiped away my doubts, and changed my whole life for me and my kids. After a few hours Justin took my kids out of a 2008 Acura RDX, and put me and my kids in a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima S. He ensured me Safety for years to come, he ensured my family safety for years to come, ensured me Job security for years to come, and most importantly He gave me life again. His helped and working with me was above and beyond!

Tony Butler is one of the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with, he listens & truely tries his best to give you a good deal no matter how many times he has to walk back to the manager there,he never ruffles about it, he really wants you to get a great deal. Their service dept is great, in ,out &friendly service. Great place,wouldn't go anywhere else.

We had a fantastic experience with Nissan of Turnersville, especially during this COVID pandemic. We worked with Lou Grisoglio who provided us with exceptional service. He helped us find the perfect Nissan Rogue for us. Although the state currently has strict guidelines for purchasing a vehicle, Lou followed these restrictions and remained very friendly, reliable, and walked us through every step of the procedure. Lou was also so helpful in answering all of our questions. We highly recommend Nissan of Turnersville, and Lou Grisoglio!

Dealership had a very helpful staff and I would highly recommend our Salesmen Eric. The selection of new and certified used cars was the best in the area. I would have given 5 stars except for a few short comings. First, I am not overly pleased with the common, but still annoying, practice of raising the price by installing Lojack and miscellaneous dealer prep fees. Secondly, their coffee was awful. Please buy a Keurig!

My father and I went to the dealer to purchase a new 2020 Nissan Rogue as the previous dealership didn t have any newer vehicles in stock. Turnersville Nissan beat the quote from the other dealership and we left with a new vehicle the same day. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour or so. I would highly recommend Turnersville Nissan for their integrity and efficiency. We will be repeat customers.

My wife and I just purchased a new Altima, and couldn't be more satisfied with our overall experience. Dave Dramis, our salesman whom we have used multiple times (from Chevy) knew exactly what we wanted. He set us up with the Altima which hands down was the best decision. Drives fantastic! Anthony Novak and Rich Mesi truly bent over backwards to make our purchase happen. They are true professionals at the business and we couldn't be more appreciative. We highly recommend using this dealership!

All went well but this is the second time tire pressure not proper or equal. 1. When I bought it new 41 / 38 /39/ 40. I brought it back in next day as I was concerned the new car check had not been done. Last oil change ok. This 15k checkout came in 30 / 30 /30 / 30. Came out 24/28/29/26. What else is not being done as tire pressure is one of the easiest service tasks. I all ready fixed the pressures.
