Been shopping for a car for 2 weeks and this is the worse experience with customer service I had..well ever. After the sales man introduced his self he went straight ahead and said " I don't want to waste your time do you have good credit" I felt kind of insulted I'm 21 with not much credit I said uhh no I don't have much credit caught off guard that that was the first question he asked me. Then he goes ahead and said well you need AT LEAST 1000 dollar down payment as if I didn't have it. I then said well I have 3k down payment so that wouldn't even be a problem by then I didn't even want a car from there any more, but it wasn't like he was interested anyway. I don't know if he thought because I was young that I didn't have good credit and a down payment or because I was black or both. Not trying to pull the race card but either way I felt really insulted. Little did he know I would have had a cosigner with good credit and I work 2 jobs that pay really decent for my age way more than minimum wage that I had for going on 4 years while I go to college. So...Responsible, educated, black young adult. That's beyond the point though, nobody should be insulted like that reguardless. I'll spend my Little money and take my little credit else where.
