My boyfriend and I bought a 2013 Dodge Dart here almost a year ago and I will never buy another car from them again. When we first bought the car it had a huge dent on the door from the previous owners accident. We weren't gunna buy the car unless it was going to be fixed and the tint I'm the front got taken off. They agreed to fix it. We took the car home and noticed there was a huge hole by the gas pedal and the passenger visor was gone. Finally bring it in to get it fixed, they had the car for almost 1 and a half months. Come in to pick it up, nothing besides the door was done. Then they keep it for another 2 weeks.. Finally everything was done.. yayyy! Finally after 2 months the car was done.. which is insane considering it shouldn't have taken that long but whatever. So fast forward to now, almost a year later.. this car has gotten almost 1,000$ in work done it and still needs another 1000$ of work done to it. We paid 9,000$ just for this car to be breaking every other day. I've put hub bearings on it, control arms. And now it needs another hub bearing, another control arm, the radio wont work, the gas tank door wont open, and the airbag light is on now. I feel like after a year of having this car it shouldn't be needing this many repairs. I've had a 98 Camry that didnt need this much work. We went to Nissan to get a reliable car, and clearly have not gotten that. So upset that we paid $9,000 in cash for this car and it's not even reliable. And its not the sales guys fault , it's the fact they sold me a car way too overpriced that's breaking down all the time.

They're awesome. I told them the issues I was having. They kept my car for about a week. They mentioned that my car was finished but found another issue with the car and made sure my warranty covered it before they started to fix it. Robert F. was very nice and straight forward.
If you're looking to buy a car, and you would like to deal with someone who is very honest and who looks out for the customer, Jim Wilson is the sales man that you will want to ask for. He cares more about the customer getting the best deal they can possibly get, rather than caring about the money going into his pocket. He is great at following up with his customers. He doesn't just sell a customer a car, and then his job is done. Jim will continue to follow up and create a friendly relationship with the customer that will go above and beyond the customers expectations. Jim is one of the most friendliest people I have ever met, with a great sense of humor. Not only did he do a fantastic job selling me the vehicle and getting me the best deal I could possibly get, he even went out of his way to help me call progressive and do everything we could to lower my car insurance payments! Because of Jim Wilson, I will now be saving so much money every month. As long as Jim is selling cars, I will be purchasing my cars from Jim Wilson.
I ve bought a car from here and get service for many years now. The last time, I paid almost $400 for service (it was regular maintenance) but I was disappointed to open my hood and still find my battery terminals severely corroded on my 2018 frontier. You think the mutlipoint inspection would ve brought that up, but it was clearly not the case. Maybe next time? If it happens again, I ll deduct another star and start finding another mechanic since I no longer am under warranty.
Where do I begin? A more appropriate question would be, what necessitated the need to write such a scathing review? Allow me to offer my backstory before I launch into the complete incompetence and lack of professional-behavior which defines Nissan of Turnersville.
After moving to the area, my wife decided to visit in order to renew her lease. Almost immediately we were surrounded my a sales representative and manager that were overbearing. My wife told both parties about the vehicle she was searching for. On countless occasions she was interrupted and told, "We can't do that." Mind you, this was over the acquisition of black rims for her new Nissan Juke. After an hour, they conceded to reuse the Nissan rims from her old Juke to place on the new vehicle. During the conservation, our sales representative Assian began to pressure my wife into sending him additional clients...more on this later.
Now it was my turn in the barrel. Assian approached me asking, "What car do you want?" I informed him that I still had six-months remaining on my lease, and I'm not sure if I will stay with Nissan. To this he countered, "If you leave us, you will have to pay a fee." He went on to offer a Maxima for no money down, and the same payments of my current vehicle. Due to the deal offered, I accepted. Not so bad until...
After the paperwork was completed, Assian was pressuring and demanding of receiving "10's" on the customer-satisfaction survey. I made it clear that I did not wish to participate in an online survey. Regardless, he demanded. My wife completed her survey minus a few "10's." Not twenty-four hours later she received a call at work demanding an explanation for her lack of praise. Funny, I was always led to believe surveys were confidential. Not too mention, I feel it unacceptable my spouse was being subjected to such unprofessional behavior. This was followed-up with repeated harassing phone calls demanding that we send Assian additional clients. This necessitated my intervention by speaking with Assian and demanding he cease and desist his behavior.
Fast forward to today. Approximately seven-weeks ago I noticed a leak in my rear window. This resulted in the headliner becoming saturated with water. Upon calling Nissan of Turnersville to schedule and arranging for a loaner-vehicle, I was met with conflict. Strike-one. During my initial visit, a technician told me I failed to clean the drain-plug on the window. I wasn't aware this was a boat. Strike-two. After three-weeks I was blessed (insert sarcasm) with an update. Apparently the replacement window would not be available for an undetermined period. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I placed a phone call to inquire about a vehicle I'm making payments on without the luxury of driving. At this point I was informed the "mystery-glass" will not arrive until June 22nd, and the repairs will take an additional five-days to be completed. Strike-three. When I asked to speak with a manager I was informed, "They only communicate through email." Sufficed to say, I'm done with Nissan.
When I spoke with cooperate I was told, "We have no interest in retaining you as a customer." Mind you, this is after eight-years as a loyal-client. Bottom-line...Nissan of Turnersville is a blueprint of incompetence, lack of respect and completely unprofessional. Buyer beware!!!
My name is Robert Olczak, I would like to tell anyone who may be interested, my experiences with Turnersville Auto Mall. There are actually many reasons I've found myself returning there time and time again. I guess the first reason would be, a gentleman named James Smith in the Chevrolet dept.. My daughter and myself were looking for her first vehicle, and had been to several dealers in the local area. After days of searching, talking to salesman, and trying to find the right vehicle, my daughter had made mention that "Dad, of all the people and places we've been, I really only trust James from turnersville. Can we go see him again? That really says a lot. And that was the beginning of a great relationship. Since then I have purchased ,or been involved in approximately 7 to 8 purchases in the last 4ish years. The second big reason I would like to mention is that I've had the privilege of meeting many, many other" true gentleman". Every time I've looked at or been interested in a vehicle, I've ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect from everyone involved. Especially from the Chevrolet and Nissan department's. I always feel like These guys are working they're buts off to help me out the door with my vehicle, where I'm happy with the amount down, interest, monthly payments, and just happy with our purchase. I always feel comfortable who ever I bring there, wether we purchase or not, I'm confident, all avenues were covered to make the best results. I have told many, many people about Turnersville, and would suggest if you visit, find James in Chevrolet or Lou in Nissan. Can't say it enough, TRUE GENTLEMAN.
Went to Nissan on a early Saturday afternoon. Met Anthony Fulton. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. But most of all, our comfort is what he was concerned with. The first car we were looking at we weren't comfortable with the payment each month. After being there several hours, he found something we could deal with. What an awesome and patient man. NO PRESSURE from him whatsoever. If you go there looking for a car, you should see him.
I usually get my Rogue serviced here and my advisor is usually Josh. The waiting room has comfortable chairs and I never wait longer than usual. I love being able to schedule appointments online. Josh is always courteous and even once fixed my key fob for me after it got wet.
I purchased a used car in this dealer. It takes 40 days they send me the plate. After I have paid for the car, I found that there isn't a spare tire in my trunk. The salesman "Kevin Moore" told me that it should not have, because it was a used car. Very good...I need to spend another $300 to buy the spare wheel by myself.
We had a 7am scheduled dropoff this morning for a simple rubber replacement on our Sentra. The Service Person who took the intake this morning from my wife was a bit RUDE and unprofessional as he talked to her in a very non professional way. We leave and get the call at home at 8:15am that that car was done. We get back to the dealership at around 8:30am to overlook the work done and the piece that was just installed is not installed correctly and supplies used to put the piece in place was still left in the car - a razor blade! My wife brought this to the attention of the service rep, and they got this taken care of. I know that how the world IS right now, but treating your customers should be first priority.
Came in with an appointment to get my recalled airbag fixed. I wasn't told to bring the recall card I got in the mail. They couldn't find the recall number and told me they would work on getting it and start working on my car. Two hours later I come back and my car is still sitting in the same spot inside. They couldn't find the recall number yet. So I go over to my car to check the glove box for any chance of the recall card being in there. My car was sitting in accessory mode with the air on and electronics on. It was sitting there for TWO HOURS draining battery. Car wouldn't start the first time like it usually does. Then they magically found the recall number when I got upset about my car sitting there draining battery! Very upset with their service center. Associate was unresponsive and didn't seem to actually care. I'm not sure he was even calling to get the number for those two hours honestly.
You are told not to take your car to the dealership for service because it will cost too much. people say that you should go to "Pep Boys" or "Just Tires" to name a few. Well I cannot adhere to that line of thinking after getting our services from Kevin Sullivan at Nissan Turnersville. Kevin kept his word. Kevin contacted me in a timely manner with estimated costs, and shared with me my options. I was going to wait for my car to get done, but Kevin knew that the work would take hours, days even. Kevin seamlessly got us into a "Loaner Car", which I have never gotten from a "Pep Boys" or "Just Tires". I remember once sitting in a "Pep Boys" from 9:00 am until they closed. No one gave me an update on my car befor they were ready to close. I had to call for an Uber car to go home, and then call for an Uber to go back the next day to pick up my car. Kevin was cordial, polite, honest, and just an incredible help and blessing to us. I will always bring our vehicle to the service techs at Nissan Turnersville. In addition, after using the 2019 Nissan Altima as a loaner car we now desire to purchase one! :-)
There simply the best would not even think of going anywhere else been dealing with Nissan of turnerville year's thank you for your great work and caring,
I went to this dealership on Black Friday. I was unsure if I was even going to qualify to get a car. I really wanted an SUV, but I was sure that my credit would prohibit that from happening. I first met Eric, he was the salesman that helped me. I explained what I was looking for , then I was introduced to John Fanelli. Both of these men went above and beyond to help me. I had gone to a Dodge dealership a few weeks before, and all they did was try to pry money out of me that I did not have, and tried to get me into a payment that I couldn't possible afford. Both Eric and John stuck with me the entire process and did not give me the run around. It was very busy, and I certainly was not there to buy the top of the line, most expensive vehicle; and they treated me like I was. I left with a gorgeous Rogue, and my payments are right were I needed them to be. I will never shop elsewhere for a car. Their service was beyond amazing, I felt like family by the time I left!! If you need a car, these guys are the BEST!!
Everything was great it was early in the morning, so I wasn t the first there I was very comfortable in the waiting area it was very clean neat and we all were able to comfortably social distance. Individually wrapped snacks and coffee we re still provided and I was in and out in a timely manner.
This was by far the best experience I ve had at a car dealership! Sales associate, Ashely Evans went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service! She addressed all of my concerns, and made the experience stress free. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous! If your considering visiting the Nissan of Turnersville, I would highly recommend asking for Ashley Evans, she is awesome!!!
Never will buy another Nissan again. Between vehicle performance and dealing with service it was terrible. They do not return messages and when they are confronted in person they are the rudest dealers I've ever dealt with. So if you want to buy aPOS and have ignorant dealers than this is your place.
I have leased every version of Nissan Rogue since 2008, and have had the pleasure of working with Mike Arline in each case. I just recently began my lease on the 2014 Rogue, while buying out the previously leased 2011 model for my wife. Mike is very personable and strives to make the experience a pleasant one. I've been a fan of Nissan for years, and am now a fan of a dealership as well. One more lottery ticket and I'll be in to pick up that GTR.
The best experience I have had hands down. I have been dealing with delayed acceleration from my car for about a year now. I just new it was the transmission. I ve taken it to mount holly Nissan where I ve purchased the car to be turned away bc they couldn t duplicate the problem. Matt made me feel right at home. Very pleasant demeanor. He took care of my car the way mount holly Nissan couldn t. I would definitely recommend Nissan Turnersville for all service needs. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all service needs. Thanks Matt!!
My salesman, Steve Ferrara, could not have been more professional, friendly, or courteous. He took the time to make sure that I was completely confident with my purchase, as well as comfortable with the purchase procedure. I will definitely be returning to Turnersville Auto Mall thanks to my experience with Steve.
You might want to think twice and come with a lawyer to sign any contracts. They are deceiving and un-ethical. I bought a car in 2011 and they date (in service) for 2007. So my 120,000 96 month service warranty expired in 2015 and I paid for it until 2017. When asked I was told they have a signed contract.
Prior to this wife bought a car niave to a Carfax report they showed her the first page only with no accidents. When we went to sell it we were given the true 20+ page report that had 3 accidents on it.
Full me once shame on me fool me twice and now I'm disgusted.
Derek was very nice and attentive and Lou G is a very nice and pleasant a very helpful Boss... .Vinny was helpful and organize ..nice.. and Carmen was very pleasant and attentive..
I went in to browse around. I called prior to going in and was told by the woman on the phone that I would be able to test drive a vehicle that I was interested in. When I arrived they had me wait around for a salesman to come out. When he came over at first he was so very nice and warm. After speaking for awhile he slowly became less welcoming and in my opinion was trying to push me into buying a certain car.
I tried my best to remain polite throughout the conversation because I understand people have off days. Just because I am a woman doesn't mean I cannot purchase a car on my own. I was already nervous to go alone but that set me over the edge and certainly will cause me to reconsider returning to this particular dealership for a car in the future.
I, for one believe in testing before I buy because I have bought cars and got stuck with something I hated afterwards. Buying a vehicle is a process and an investment and I want MY money to go into a car that I love and want, not something that a salesman wants off the lot.
Great dealership, we had an awesome experience. Be sure to look for Mason, very knowledgeable and friendly, got us the car we wanted and worked hard to get us a great deal.
Kevin & Anthony were very very helpful. They worked for hours end to make sure my Wife & I were happy. We couldn't be more happier. We have been telling our friends
Although it was due to the COVID-19, not to mention my service appointment being for the start of the day (7:00 a.m.), the service center was not busy or crowded. The service was friendly and professional. It was an overall very good experience.
Took my vehicle in for a check up as it was making some gnarly sounds. Josh took my vehicle in, was very welcoming, listened to my explanation of the problem. Crew was able to identify the issue and very quickly resolved the rattle. In and out in an hour. Great attitude from the staff there today. Free snacks and complementary bottled water and coffee doesn't hurt either.
I purchased my 2017 Nissan pathfinder sl and my salesperson told me once i purchased the car that i would have 1 yr of maintenance of oil changes and got a call from the service supervisor and stated that it would only 1st oil change and now they went back on thier word im puzzled on how they lied now im not convinced on the whole purchase ????
Had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change. Asked the representative how long it would take and he said about a hour to hour 15. Ended up being there for over 2.5 hours. Ridiculous amount of time for having an appointment and something that takes 15-20 minutes.
We worked with a new sales rep this year (our previous sales rep, who had sold us 4 Nissans, moved to another area). Our new rep is Tony Butler. He was GREAT! Extremely professional and worked hard to make our deal. We also asked that our pick up date not be too long as we are both on a tight work schedule. Tony had all the paperwork ready for us, the car was prepped and we were able to be on our way in a very expeditious time frame. Thank you, Tony! And thank you Nissan of Turnersville - we are still very satisfied customers.
The service manager Corry is great! Very professional, competent, knowledgeable, courteous. All I can say is that he is a definite asset to Nissan of Turnersville.
I just moved in the area and it was really pleasant to see the professionalism and care Nissan offered me on my first visit. Not only will I come back there for every service but will buy my new car on this location.
Went in on a Saturday interested in a Nissan Rogue, Mason helped me so much. He laid out several options as I was torn between leasing/financing (due to bad past experience years ago with a different car dealership). He was very down to earth and transparent, he worked hard to give me a deal that would benefit me. I am very happy with the service I received. Thanks for being great Mason!
I went today to purchase a work van. When I walked through the front door I saw no one at the main desk so I waited, found info pamphlets on my own and flipped through one on the NV200 vans. This went on for 10 minutes in plain view in the wide open main lobby of the dealership, where I saw several employees absolutely look at me. I left. Even if you're busy at least tell me someone will be with me soon, or call another worker, seeing as at least two of the employees who saw me absolutely weren't with a customer.
Wait was very long but service was nice. Good music. Everyone was spaced out according to pandemic precaution. The service guy refused my tip. It is the holidays but so be it.
Knowledgeable, and courteous. Eustice and Mike Arline made a big decision easy for me. I am very happy with my purchase, and even more important, I am confident that they will be assessable to my needs in the future. Glad to see that great at customer service is alive and well. Keep up the good work!
If you are looking for a car, you HAVE GOT to see Jim Wilson at Nissan of Turnersville. Great guy and very knowledgeable. He remembered our situation and gave us a call... hours later I was driving home in a GREAT car! Thanks Jim!
I like the ease of scheduling my service appointment on-line. I appreciate Kevin Sullivan and him taking the time to explain my service. He is knowledgeable and talks so I can understand him.
I have been a customer of Nissan of Turnersville for the past 8 years. Ever since I purchased my Altima I've had no issues. The customer service I received over the years has been Excellent! Great store! Great service!
Excellent service and cooperation. My sales person Justin Mitchell was extremely professional, and service oriented! Justin took more than sufficient time to explain the electronic, and navigation system of my new 370 Z . I highly recommended Justin, and the Turnersville Nissan team. John Bianco Sr
This was my own experience i took my car for a sound in a from tire and service they did alignment oil change tire rotation pickup the car next day drove the car five minutes and the car has a brake problem..what kind of service is it?
I went out to Nissan on a Thursday night to "just look". I was in an upside situation with a car that wasn't going to last much longer. Despite my bad situation, I still had a list "must haves" and a price limit! Paul was AMAZING! He was so patient with me and never once made feel like I was being unrealistic about my wishes. I was frustrated about my own situation and he was calm and supportive. He and Isaac made it happen and I went home that night in a beautiful new Rogue! If you go to Nissan of Turnersville, see Paul - you won't be disappointed!
I was immediately taken care of. Nissan of Turnersville felt like home. I worked with Kevin who treated me like family, and updated me every step of the way. I was offered refreshments in the lobby, and I was frequently checked on throughout the service if I was in need of anything and to go over any additional services. I will be using this as my go to dealership. Highly recommend!
Liars! But we knew that given they're car salemen. When I was doing "okay" I leased a Rogue from them, actually, a friend, to help him out. The payments were $300+ a month. Nearly two years in and now I can't sustain the payments anymore. Called Nissan corporate to find out what my options were. Got mixed input. I return the vehicle to Nissan of T'ville. I'm free & clear! Btw...like 8k only on the thing. I find out I should get the car back. I called NISSAN of T'ville and they told me it was gone already. I call corporate back and they do a search. N of T had it! They bought it. Nissan claims I still owe the remainder on my lease. But that's not what corporate told me. Because I tried to be responsible and volunteered to surrender (instead of keeping it until repo'd) I have this hanging over my head still.
Hi! Recently, I was in the market for a car. Not knowing much, I went to the Turnersville Automall. I had a Nissan before, so I figured I would start with them. Mason Greenblatt walked over and greeted me with a kind smile and a firm handshake. We sat down and discussed my needs for the car. He listened and took great notes. After a little bit, we found the right one for me. Mason did an amazing job for me. He is a natural born salesman and gave me an awesome experience. I will definitely recommend him to others.
Dealership is friendly and clean. I drop off my vehicle in the morning and its ready by afternoon. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.
They have excellent customer service. I love my car. I definitely will ALWAYS recommend them at this dealership. They go above beyond and really work with you. Honest dependable and Hard Working people. Best place to Always do business with.
Thanks Nissan Turnersville and Mike Atoori for a beautiful car. General Sales Manager Mike Atoori and his sales team made our purchase easy and gave us the best deal possible. This is our second car and we highly recommend this dealership .they simply do things right.
We just leased our new Rogue from Turnersville Nissan and had a lovely experience. Our salesman Lewis and his manager Anthony worked very hard to earn our business and make sure the price was right. Lewis ran around in some frigid temps to find the perfect car for us. It was a very pleasant experience ... we highly recommend the dealership and especially Lewis!
Prompt service, friendly staff. When I arrived at my appointment time I was taken right away with no waiting. They estimate it it would be and an hour and a 1/2 to complete the update on the emergency braking system. It took a little bit longer but they threw in a free car wash so it was worth the wait. Highly recommend the service department!
Ashamed of the customer service provided by the team and they're lack of effort to provide good service to it's customers. No problem getting attention when it came to buying the car, but lackluster service beyond that point. We traded our car in was looking for the GAP refund expected. Less to say after 5 months of working with the finance manager, no check was delivered and he eventually stopped answering or returning my calls. I took the time to contact the GAP company myself and lone behold, that Nissan never contacted them regarding this contract and everything he told me was a total lie. Loved our Nissan, but our family will unfortunately never be doing business with them again.
I ve been a customer of Nissan of Turnersville for 12 years. Each visit I am greeted warmly and the Service I went in for is handled professionally, promptly and efficiently. My most recent visit was of the same nature.
