I was help by Corey from service department, As always he greet me immediately at the door and he ask all the necessary questions about the vehicle, from there he make sure all my visit to Nissan was very pleasant, and like always he went above and beyond to make sure I received a great service, I always appreciate his great customer service every time I visit Nissan from Turnersville.

We were treated with respect. We also weren t there all day long so that was great! Paul, our sales guy, didn t pressure us and I feel like he got me the best deal. Thank you Nissan of Turnersville!

Back in March, 2020 I had my front brakes installe...

Back in March, 2020 I had my front brakes installed. In July I was feeling the front brakes seemed to be rubbing into the rotors. Brought it in for service and the brake pads on passenger side front were faulty. Nissan replaced the brakes pads on both wheels and resurfaced the rotors. The pads were under warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles so there was NO CHARGE, which of course I was very happy about.

very pleasant experience. Was there for a recall. Great setup during the covid 19 pandemic. When I told cashier I was paying for my battery with credit card she handed me a fresh glove so I didn't have to touch keypad directly. If I need to use a dealership again they will be the ones I use

Just came from the Nissan Turnersville dealer. Never had a horrible and insulting experience as this one. The sales associate was okay , but the Sales Manager was talking so disrespectfully to us when we shown the online price and MSRP difference ($7000) for the model. He raised his voice, so have to tell him - calm down. Never ever had such a bad experience. I would give negative or zero rating if possible.

As I left a doctors appt at Rothman, my car engine...

As I left a doctors appt at Rothman, my car engine light turned out and thank goodness nissan was right at the light that this happened at. I drove right into the service area and was immediately helped. Despite not having an appt, they completed 3 recalls that were on the car, an oil change and identified and fixed the problem with my vehicle. I was there 1 hour and 45 minutes; which I think was exceptionally quick (especially considering I was at rothman for 3 hours - and they were expecting me). Everyone at the dealer was wonderful from people in sales and service. I am always skeptical of dealers and getting work completed there, but despite this location being 35 minutes drive from me, I think I will bring it here from now on!

Excellent experience! They took the stress out of shopping for a car. I told them the car that I wanted, my budget, and my terms. They got me into the vehicle that I wanted at the price I needed. Everyone at the dealership delivered above and beyond my expectations, especially Pierce. Ask for him when you stop.

I was in the market for an inexpensive used car and salesman Anthony Fulton and the used car manager at Nissan of Turnersville were extremely friendly and helpful to me. There was never any pressure to move me into a new car or a higher priced used car. Anthony also gathered cars that fit my criteria from other dealerships in the Turnersville Auto Mall. Because of the patience and hard work of Anthony Fulton and the staff at the Turnersville Auto Mall, I was able to make an informed decision. I will be in the market for a new car next winter and I will be returning to Nissan of Turnersville and Anthony Fulton. I would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a used jeep grand cherokee from this deal...

I bought a used jeep grand cherokee from this dealership around 2 months ago and i have had nothing but trouble with the car from day one. I know the vehicle was "as is" but i thought a new car dealer would only sell used cars that met a certain criteria. The day I purchased the car i realized before leaving the lot that the the power door locks for the drivers door was not working. My sales man Keith said that he would speak to the manager. The next day he told me that the manager said I bought the car "as is" and it would cost them too much to fix it but it would only cost me a couple of hundred from a repair shop. I said no problem. A few days later the car battery died which was surprising since the dealership had just put a new battery in the car 2 weeks before I purchased it. The reason the car battery died is because the jeep has a short some where that is draining the battery. I told the sales man and he had his manager call me who told me i bought the vehicle "as is" , so there is nothing they can do for me. I would of never thought that a multi million dollar business would sell a vehicle like this and i am still trying to figure out what is draining the battery. I will never buy another car from this dealership and if I had been smart I would of taken the jeep to my own mechanic before purchasing.

I went to Turnersville Nissan on recommendations from several people who said they are the best, and was not disappointed! My salesman, Raphael, was friendly and not pushy, and allowed me to take my time making sure I got the car I wanted. I absolutely despise car shopping, however, Raphael quickly turned it into an amazing experience!

I came into the dealership today with low expectat...

I came into the dealership today with low expectations of what I would leave with. Paul approached me as soon as I walked in and greeted me. He asked what I was looking for and I m very simple. We looked at the Altima and took me out to test drive it. I knew I wanted to leave with the vehicle and it was a very friendly transaction. Paul got me into a new 2020 Altima with a reasonable payment and kept the girlfriend and I entertained as we waited! I d recommend anyone to stop by and see Paul!

Absolutely the best car buying experience of my life! We live in Maryland and had been looking for a car for a month or so. The internet team was amazing! Zach, Amanda and Kevin rock!
Kevin did an outstanding job! He was prepared, professional and fun to work with during this experience.
It's a great dealership that is lucky to have these fine folks representing them.

It was fair..I only came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They guy who did the initial paperwork was sweet and he informed me of a recall that I knew nothing about which was nice. Overall a great experience with him.
