I was impressed that I was able to walk in and get my warranty repair on my 2018 Leaf done. Car wash was a bonus.

I bought a car from this place about 6 months ago. I spent good money there. around $12,000. They gave me the keys and said nothing is wrong with the car. driving home i noticed problems instantly. I bought a 2 year warranty. I brought it in to get looked at and they give me a list of problems.. problems they couldn't see before selling me the car?? I got quoted how much it would be to fix it but that shouldn't matter (because of my warranty) they said they will check if my warranty covers it and call me back. its been two weeks. so i called and they said the guy who can help me was busy with a customer and he would call me back no call. i am going to have to drive all the way back out there. Hopefully my warranty covers everything because this was a bad experience thus far. I didn't put many miles on the car and told them about the issue a few times.

I just took another family member to lease a Nissan at Turnersville. This makes two cars in as many months. And three different family members since last February. The cars are great and they could have went to any Nissan dealer, but I told them in my opinion, if they wanted the best deal they could get and VIP treatment, they had to see see Anthony Novak at Turnersville.

Service was excellent 1000% ....would recommend to others to receive their experience. Excellent thank again...Jim

Raphael was our salesperson a very nice friendly and knowledge person. I own too much on my truck but still was able to make a deal on a lease with $500 down thanks to John one of the finance managers. This was one first time to turnersville nissan and not our last. Now I have 3 nissan vehicles which I'm happy to have. Thanks turnersville nissan

Scheduled my vehicle for service today. Thought I use the shuttle service to get to my work. Was told the shuttle driver was out sick. They should have another shuttle driver available for such a large dealership.

I went in on the 9/23/20 and I have my new 2020 Nissan Rogue! This is my 3 Nissan Rogue and I have a Nissan Altima. I love Nissan cars.

I was having issues with erratic shifting on a2016 Nissan Sentra, Dave Viveiros my service rep was very helpful. He listened to me and explained that they had seen this , and would do an analysis, change my trans fluid and also check all systems. I had them change motor oil also. They explained everything they found, how it should help and what to do if it continued. He was very good at giving me all the details and a future path if needed. I as very satisfied

What a great experience. I was met at the automated doors by a very polite young man. (Wish I got his name) I did not have an appointment due to personal life excitements. I just had to take a chance that I could be seen; I was so overdue for the routine basics and I was putting air in my right front tire every other day . I couldn t have issues while transporting my 96 year old Mom here and there. Long story short the nice young man took the car in while assuring me everything would be fine. Jacob the Service Manager took over from there. He
Assured me things would be checked out and fine. One hour later and less than $50.00 from my pocketbook I was driving out with a freshly washed well working car- my beautiful red 2016 Nisson Rogue. I love it and the Turnersville Service facility. Thanks so much!

My experience with nissan of turnersville was very good due to the man that helped me. From the moment i got outta the car to look at new cars I was greeted by Raphael. He was not pushy. Raphael was extremely helpful. He listened to everything I said and within 2-2 n 1/2 hrs the deal was done. I drove my car off the lot. Raphael was very knowledgeable and explained a few things that I did not think of but turned out to be very important for down the road . I believe god a hand in putting myself and Raphael in the right place at the right time. I bought a 2020 blue nissan sentra. I just knew that was my car. I did a test drive and and did the paperwork immediately thereafter. Thank you Raphael for making my experience not only pleasant but fun. I would recommend nissan of turnersville to everybody. May be significantly drop some service prices on order to stay competitive with local shops?

The General Manager, John LaSala, at the Nissan dealership will go out of his way to make sure you are happy BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. He is very helpful and will bend over backwards to steer you into the right car for you.

Turnersville nissan was wonderful. This was our third Nissan dealership in one day and they took such good care of us. Our salesman, Lou, was so professional and answered all of our questions. When you go there, ask for him. He will take good care of you

Everybody hates car dealers including myself but this time I was pleasantly surprised. Joshua Jordan in Service was 100% attentive and took all my issues and resolved them with ease. Being skeptical of dealers, I was waiting for some phone call telling me somehow I needed something that I didn t bring it in for or need. Josh called me throughout the day and kept me in the loop AND the bill although high due to cost of parts, was BELOW what I was expecting it to be. He simply brought other items they found to my attention as strictly informational and was not pushy in any way. Josh took me from being on edge at a car dealer, to feeling comfortable and confident that I took my wife s vehicle to the experts. Both our vehicles are Nissans and I will most definitely be bringing them to Turnersville Nissan in the future.

All of my concerns were not taken care of,but my oil wsa changed and tires rotated.

They were so good to me by calling me keeping me informed as to what they were doing! It was great!

I go to the dealer for all my oil changes. I always spend less than $35 and I m in and out. They also check my car for anything else that needs done like, air filter, wipers, ect. I ve never had an issue here and is only a few dollars more than going to a jiffy lube. Would highly recommend.

I was assisted by Johnathan, Mia and Larissa since Larissa picked the up for me to the time I met with John and to the time I went to the cashier with Mia I was treated with great customer service. They were so nice and polite even with my cranky husband !! John was very honest about the repairs and I valued the way I was explained the repairs. John was super helpful and I will come back here. I would highly recommend this service shop to all Nisan customers. I had tried all sorts of shops to avoid high labor prices and I was surprised with the service I received and the price I paid, it was fair at Nissan Turnersville.

Such Typical low life stunts. Looking back I should have taken my business elsewhere but they rope you in by playing nice up front. In the background they are manipulating the numbers to add "protection" that adds up to $2000.00. I brought my own financing which they said they were going to use but didn't. We were about to sign the papers when we realized what they added. That's when it became uncomfortable with a battle that ensued. In the end we got the price back to what we agreed on and a lower payment but I don't think anyone needs to go though this kind of crap anymore.

Hi. Had appt for an oil change. Michael greeted me and started the service paperwork. I was out of there within 40 minutes. Great service and Michael was very pleasant and kind to work with.

I came for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there less then an hr and Mr. Sullivan was very pleasant and professional.

The staff here are courteous and professional and the premises are clean and comfortable. I just visited here with a relative to have his car serviced so I can't give a 5 star rating but based on how pleased he was with the job done I have to give 4 stars. I'd definitely do business with them.

Went in for service. Jacob Greenwood was my service advisor. He was so polite and went above and beyond in every way! I dropped my car off at 9am and he called me at 10am and told me it was finished!

I went to specifically look at a car that I saw on their website. As I was walking around looking for the car I approached a sales person. Mason was very polite and willing to help me look for the car. Once we found the car he did everything he could to help me stay within the price range I was comfortable with and even with all the extra features this car had. I will be coming back to see Mason once I am ready for another car.

I already did this, but.......I had a 10 am appt for an oil change and did not leave until 12pm. That is unacceptable. They did comp my oil change because of the inconvenience, but I still will not return. My time is more valuable than the free oil change. If you cannot accomodate your customers and have them in and out in a timely manner, you shouldn't schedule so many people at once.

The service professional was terrible did not explain anything unless asked. Also he made the decision the damaged grille was not there at delivery even though the car showed no other damage that would have to be if it was hit. I will NEVER buy another Nissan Infinity product ever again and I owned 9 including this one. The front grille is junk plastic that was damaged from normal driving or prior to delivery and was missed. Don t worry about utilizing my response you just bought yourself a walking advertisement to never shop at your dealership. This was a 2020 maximum sr with 3800 miles

I recently purchased a new car from Nissan of Turnersville and would highly recommend not only the dealership, but also my car salesman, Jim Wilson.

I have nothing but great things to say about Jim. I've purchased many new cars over the years and can honestly say that working with Jim was by far my best experience.

Jim Wilson will take the time to listen to you. Because of this, he was able to find me a car that I loved, while still working within where I had to be on the financial end.

Jim showed me every option that he thought I might like. I felt like because of this, I was able to make an informed decision in the end. Furthermore, Jim was able to do this without trying to up sell me. This speaks directly to his character.

In my experience, it is very hard to find sales people like this.

Michael my advisor was great. My car had a very difficult repair to be done. They provided a loaner car cause it was going to be undriveable for several days. They fixed all my concerns, did the front brakes and oil change. Very happy and will continue to use them for service and when it comes time to buy or lease my next Nissan.

Quick and inexpensive repairs done to my 2002 Frontier. Didn't push me to repair items that could wait.

I went along with a friend who was looking to trade in her sedan for a small SUV. Robert F. was very friendly and professional to both of us even during the test drive and during the paperwork trying to figure out what was best for her.

Was very surprised usually they wash my car after every service. They didnt do this it was very dirty.
And my services are supposed to be included they made my wife pay 49.00$ for this. Very disappointing.

Every process performed exceed my expectations. If you're looking to get the best price and the best availability this is the place to buy. No request will be denied and no offer is ever too extreme to inconvenience them. I had taken my son with me on this day and as a young impressionable man he noticed how personal The service was not just for us but for everyone. Bigger is always better especially when it comes to buying a car, when I originally started looking for my automobile I was given the best price upon my first call. I visited other dealers and no one came close to their price. I'm writing this review to advise potential buyers there is no need to shop a deal when it comes to purchasing or leasing a new or used car from Nissan of Turnersville. Price selection and service is definitely the motto here, I've had my car now for about a week I've received emails, customer surveys, coupons and everything else in the first few days all to ensure my satisfaction. My own personal observation was everyone that works there was proud and happy to be working there, that says a lot for the management team. We came in to look for a Nissan ( we will be upgrading in the near future). We were so impressed with how relaxed and friendly the staff was! It felt like the most pressure free car dealership I'd ever been too. We had Mason Greenblatt walk us through and give us the specs on different vehicles and he really explained the process and went above and beyond answering all of my questions! Nissan of Turnersville is a great dealership to shop at! Had a great experience and have absolutely no complaints. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima coupe with a spoiler and everything and got a good deal on it. The people who work here are friendly and willing to work with their customers. Anthony and Joe are both very friendly and are willing to help out their customers to the best of their ability. Anthony Fulton is a great salesman and is very knowledgeable and patient. He works with his customers and seriously wants to make sure they are happy. The financing department is great too, Rich Mesi definitely makes sure his customers are well taken care of. This is a great dealership and Nissans are awesome cars, I would definitely recommend buying a car from here!

I was very impressed because I was expecting my car at a later time with a higher than quoted bill to pay but I got my car back before the quoted timeframe with a lower than quoted bill. I was very happy.

They ve done as I had expected this and each other time I ve come in for service.

I was treated with excellent customer service and the knowledge and understanding was awesome. Will go no where else.

I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Nissan of Turnersville even if you don't own a Nissan. I have always owned Hyundai vehicles and was NEVER happy with the oil changes and maintenance that I received from Hyundai of Turnersville. I would wait 5+ hours for an oil change at Hyunfai and find that things were never looked at or changed.
I recently purchased a Nissan for my daughter and after witnessing the amazing customer service and care she received, I now take my Hyundai to Nissan of Turnersville. My service advisor Shawn Newlin was very helpful and courteous. I waited an hour and even was told sorry for the wait (WHAT WAIT LOL).
And I have to say I think my next car I buy will be a Nissan!

Had service on my pathfinder, dropped it off on Wednesday night for Thursday appointment after initial call to go over what they found they never called back until I called on Friday, they said rep would call back and he never did! Called back Friday afternoon and was on hold 15 minutes before they said car was ready but too late to pick up Friday, picked up Saturday and turns out two things I requested were not fixed and I paid for them and then they charged $70 for something I didn t even request or was told about??? I will call Tuesday morning to find out why! I have never had an issue at this Nissan service before but this was first time with this rep.

7:45am appointment for a simple oil change and some incidentals to be looked at. Nothing extravagant! Took 8 hours to change my oil. Unacceptable! I specifically made the appointment early so that I could have the car back at least by 12. I was given some BS line about walk ins are mixed in with the appointments. Seems to me you should do away with the appointment process since it seems to not matter anyway.

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very welcoming and friendly
