They don't even give you a screen that stay on for a week 50 dollars for a screen that never stays on

They lost my phone that they were supose to fix. Unprofessional, you only get good service if you a pretty woman, cause dudes got no chance.

They have good deals on phones an other electronics an they will also buy your old phones no matter the brand or service

Great service! Fixed my iPhone screen when another repair shop couldn't. Friendly and fast too. Great to get things done on your lunch break. Definitely recommend. Reasonable prices and fair.

I am impressed with the customer service I always receive from Ninja Electronics on Wood Street. I've purchased multiple items from them over the last few years. The reasons I keep going back is because everyone who works there are extremely cool, the prices are quite reasonable, and if they are able to make a deal with you, they'll always jump at the chance to do it... If you find yourself in the area and are looking for quality preowned electronics, you owe it to yourself to stop in!

This place is horrible. They treat all their customers like drug addicts. Today the chaiser walked off with my money and tried to keep it. When i complained the employees laffed. If you are Caucasian don't come here. They profile you as a drug addict trying get a fix, and if you do buy something here is more then likely stolen. So just be careful!

DONT GO HERE. This place is a absolute ripoff, they sell you broken items and have a no return policy!?! what kind of bs is that? i had a iphone flashed there, waited 3 hours, and now my iphone randomly shuts off and loses battery power like no other phone. These people are scammers...they probably write more than half the good reviews on here. Hopefully it gets shut down like the one in Dormont so people don't have to deal with scammers like mib.

Just got my cell fixed today Levar was really helpful and kind.

This place is a joke. Was standing there for 30 min and no help. Then didn't even look at what I brought in to sell. Probably after getting shook down from the FBI they got scared to death

Someone broke my screen badly and I didn t think it could b repaired but ninja proved me wrong levar helped me and gave me great service. Only thing I noticed on my receipt today is they charged me for a case I didn t ask for nor did I receive it I was also told if I give a good review I would receive a free screen protector but my receipt says I paid for it . I paid them 127 dollars.

This is the worst place to get your phone fixed. I had a crack screen and ask do this be replace. They replaced my screen but in the process broke my speaker to the phone and I have no sound. The very same say I called down to have this issue addressed but the individual who fixed my phone had left for the day. The next day I showed up at the business and complained about how my speaker no longer work and I can't hear my phone ring or use the speak button at all. I was told that they would take care of it and it would be taken care of immediately, all they had to do was order the part and it would be here in 2 to 3 days. Well here it is 2 weeks later and after numerous phone calls and me stopping down I have not gotta this resolve. Please check your phone before you pay the full balance of the service so that you don't get ripped off.

Not good service, cheap items. Best part is the repairs and you can buy a wide variety of things.

Made me pay 70$ for a screen repair, broke that day. Made me pay 20$ for another repair, screen blacked out the same day again. Then gave me a hard time, acted narcissistic and left me phone less w/o a full refund. Make sure to always save your reciepts and NEVER get ur phone fixed here.

The owner Milton and the employees were very friendly when they let me examine the internal components of a computer I considered purchasing. That goes above and beyond ordinary customer service in my opinion.

Taylor got me right with an awesome new iPhone screen. I had a broken cracked phone did know what to do with out it. Will that said run Downtown to Ninja and get right.

Lied about pricing: always charges $5 more than he quotes at ring up. Was charged $95 for a $90 bill. He said it was tax (6-7% @$96.30) when $95 is 5.5%.

Then asked me for a price on a 1st gen AppleTV that had no cables or remote. I said $20, after looking online, he said $30, then $25, despite me giving him a deal on ssds and helping him with another $700 item and customer. He declined on $20, so I walked outside to ask my friend if he wanted to help invest in the project and we agreed $25 was a deal. I walked back in minutes later and he demands $30 now, saying he called his guy in Pittsburgh during the few minutes and struck a $30 deal with him and that I needed to tell him I d be back in order for him to honor his price.

I called police as this price fixing is illegal. Cop and neighbors criticized me for shopping here as this place was raided by the ATF for stolen merchandise and bad service.

He doesnt know how to replace a hard drive or load an operating system. Place is a disaster while they do nothing but play video games wih headphones on and ignore you.

Great prices for stolen and broken and untested merchandise. Some real oddball stuff here that you shouldn t trust, like the owner, the merchandise, the sale, the customers, and the reviews. Avoid.

Their electronics need improvement and some of the staff also but for the most part it s deals can t be beat!

It took a week for my screen to come and another week for them to fix it. Then my mic wasn't working after they "fixed" it, and my screen broke 2 days later for no reason. & I didn't drop it. The inside started messing up.

I will never buy anything else from the wood street store I went there to buy a t-mobile phone and they sold me a Verizon Samsung galaxy s4.and it's defected. They need to test their phones before they sell them to pple.

I had a charging port problem with my iPhoneX My phone was not charging. So Charging port needed to be replaced. I went to ninja electronic in Downtown Pittsburgh and asked for manager name is Mr.Milton I know him from my previous experience he replaced my iPhone battery up there. he checked my phone and told me that give us an hour we can fix it.

Was told my iPhone would be repaired same day came back was told he needed more time literally came back was given the run around again honestly all I need was a basic screen repair if they can't complete that repair why even be open as a store then after I refused to wait longer they gave me some one else's device and when I came back they claimed they lost mine and I was told they could sell me a new one

Can t even repair an older iPad properly, caused multiple issues on one device, then brought said device to another business to get them to fix what was broken by Ninja Electronics, and because the owner of the other business would not take the blame the owner and workers at Ninja Electronics are leaving fake 1 star reviews on their Google page.

first time I came here they sold me a stolen Amazon tablet then they gave me another one that stopped working in 5 months I would never buy my electronics here I would never sell my electronics here. they do have pretty good deals on phones though and they have a boost Mobile store here if you're interested in boost Mobile and they have pretty good deals

Ninja Electronics is a-mazing!!! Made an appt with Milton for 6:30, got there early and was seen right away. He even reserved me a parking space right in front of the store. Pulled up and his employee Alonzo was waiting for me so he could remove the sign from the parking space. Thanks Alonzo!!!! You rock! The service was great, friendly & knowledgeable staff. My son needed a new screen, took the guy (sorry bud didn't get your name) no time to replace it like it was brand new phone. He left with some goodies at a very reasonable price and so did I!! Make your appointment with them Now!!! Anyone that knows me knows how particular I am. Ninja Electronics highly recommended!!!!!

NEVER GO HERE! It is not worth the pain and suffering you will go through multiple times before you finally get stuck with a broken cellphone that you bought and $100 stolen from your bank account. If you desperately want to go here, please PLEASE keep your receipt because in the event that your electronic device does not work (which will most likely happen) you will never get your money back.

Straight up scam shop. For iPhone screens they will buy the lowest quality possible screen, install a home button with no Touch ID even if yours isn't broken, they make outlandish claims such as "the front camera is outdated that's why it suddenly stopped working when we replaced the screen", and even forget to screw in the bottom two screws that are on every iPhone. So for busting up a screen and somehow managing to break the SIM card slot, they charge around $80 for that. Don't waste your time, go to UBreakIFix or do it yourself. It also seems like the vast majority of the good reviews for this place are totally fake, as if you check the profiles, they're obvious burners (they only review this place and its apparent other location, as well as "Yinz Break I Fix", which is just ninja electronics again) so these guys are 100% scammers. STAY. AWAY.

Although they have resonable prices, their product sucks. My boyfriend and I both got our phones fixed at this location and not even a month later we start having problems. My boyfriend screen is coming out, his phone dies sooner then it s suppose, and sometimes his touch doesn t work. My back camera skips and makes a buzzing noise whenever you try to use it, my screen is also lifting, and I have problems with my touch as well. We should have never went to them to get our phones fixed. If you have a iPhone DO NOT go to anyone but the Apple store, you will regret it.

Horrible business. Milt is a thief. Did work for this company who agreed on a set fee. Waited until the work w a's s completed and had one of their accountants call to inform me they refused to pay. All of which happened long after the completed work was accepted.

Are these dudes stoned? Horrible service when I just tried to call and ask them for a quote. They didn t listen, kept talking to each other while I was speaking, had music blasting in the background and literally said to me Go ahead, Ninja can hear you.
I m all for people being unpretentious, but unprofessional and inattentive isn t cool.

Great services, I called about a broken iPhone and the next day I brought it in and they replaced the screen. 10 out of 10 times I would bring to replace the screen again when broken. It only took a half hour before the had my phone back to me repaired.

Everyone needs to go here. I love these guys, excellent customer service!!!!! They sold me a nice dell laptop for $170 4GB ram in very good condition. Exactly what I needed. SO HAPPY when I left! Brought my iPhone in for a simple screen fix was quoted a 20 min turn around 3 hours later my phones not turning on and smells like it was burned i argued with the techs saying i never brought it in like this he claims it not his fault i took it to apple and they said these guys didn't even give my phone back and swap the parts inside

Tody really helped out with my pc did it within 1 1/2 hrs (installed nvme ssd + installed windows) they did not price fix or anything charged exactly what they said on the phone. Also gave me a t-5 screwdriver, I really think these guys are changing their ways! Yes I did have second thoughts but these guys texted me when it was done and when I came they had it ready no questions asked. If I were to reccomend a place to go it would be here. Thanks Tody.
