I have been with Ninja Entertainment since they were a small store, with an owner who slept on the floor. They have always been the best deal for anything electronics. The variety of items, in the store, is extraordinary.

Recommend highly.

I will never do business with this company again. Horrible customer service, the guys they have working down there are very unprofessional including the MANAGER. I had cracked my screen and my phone started to black out. When I took it in to get it fixed I was told it would be ready 2 days later. That was great, no problems with that. Until I woke up 2 days after picking my phone up and it was blacking out AGAIN. Not from anything I did but they claimed my battery was damaged (when they said nothing about damage the first time I brought it in). I dropped my phone off for a SECOND TIME and was told it would be 2 days. I called after 2 days and they had no clue what I was talking about. They hadn t even looked at my phone. Called back the next day and was told they had to order the parts. The following week still nothing, I called almost everyday with no answers. They said they missed the delivery people with the new parts and would have to wait until the next day. This went on for about a week and a half. I asked to speak to a manager because at that point I just wanted a refund going back and forth was too much. (Not only was I told on countless occasions I would get a call back and never did but it was very hard to get anybody with answers on the phone. It seemed the one person who could answer any questions was always out for coffee ). When I finally came into the store (tired of calling) I was told I was getting on their nerves for inquiring about MY property that I had been getting the run around about for almost 2 weeks. It s ridiculous down there. They should be shut down.

There is only one man on the crew that messes up. Told him I had been a City of Pgh PO ALL he showed was disrespect; the computer I bought in Sept I had checked by Rebecca of Bellevue Metro PCS and she approved my purchase. Good woman.

A diamond in the rough! I always get hooked up. Employees are very knowledgeable, fun, and helpful. Best prices anywhere, hands down! They even beat online prices. I always walk out with more than i expected. I try to stop in every day because you never know what you'll find. They pay out more than GameStop and the Exchange too. Always a good time.

Took my wife's iPhone in for repair just hoping the battery went bad. They said 30 minutes $35. 45 minutes later new battery still not working they showed me an old swollen battery that would never had fit in her phone. I should have left then but they said the swollen battery pressing against the screen broke the screen so now we're at $75 for the screen and battery. They will call me next day. No call go back to store still not ready. They say they need to reinitialize it and leave it on the internet for re-download. Come back next day still no call. Now they say it still doesn't work and they want to give up but they have to go put my original screen now and take out the battery. Saw a lot of people returning their phones for refunds while I was waiting there. More than buying stuff in fact. Prior to doing this review I Googled and saw they had been raided by the FBI last year in June. Something illegal must be going on there because they aren't making money fixing phones. They didn't charge us at least.

I have purchased dvd players, cell phones and laptops countless times from here and the majority of the time im very satisfied, if im not they make sure to rectify the situation and i always leave happy. Coming down today to buy a ps3 since they have the best deals around.

I took my ipad for a screen replacement. This was a brand new ipad, bought a month earlier, the screen was smashed in an accident. Ninja Tech claimed they also needed to replace the thumbprint button and kept it a week longer than quoted. After i got my ipad back, it was no longer charging properly and kept rebooting itself every 5 minutes. Ninja told me to bring it back for further repairs, and claimed it was fixed a week later. It was not.
My ipad is still not charging correctly and it is still rebooting itself every 5 minutes, rendering it useless.
Idk what they did, but i will not be returning.

Bought some Electronics didn't work and i had to return them they made every effort to accommodate me . Customer service is decent watch what you buy from them, make sure it works you have the receipts in the boxes for everything

I had the store located on Babcock Blvd replace the shattered glass on my Samsung s4. The experience was a nightmare.
1) repairs took longer then originally promised
2) USB port is now broken
3) digitizer is now broken
When I originally stopped in and ordered the new glass, I was told the repair would happen overnight and I would get my phone the next day. Then when the glass was in and I dropped the phone off I was told it would take 1-2 days. I called on the afternoon of day 2 to see what time I could pick my phone up. I was told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for at least another day if not longer. At this point I did loose my cool and insisted they keep their word and get the phone back to me that day. I recieved it at 11:00 PM. I went to charge it that night and realized the USB port was no longer working. Ordered an external battery and my husband took the phone back down with the new battery to show them the problem. Suddenly the digitzer stopped working and we were told it was our fault - we must have put pressure on the glass. So now I have a completely unusable phone and was not given any type of refund. What a rip off. Needless to say, I am FURIOUS!!!
