We love this place & visit every year on our annual vacation.

LuLu's is our new favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic, service is good, and the renovations turned out great. And you can't beat the view!

Good food at fair prices and a very nice waterfront ambiance.

Blackened Mahi sandwiches had less blackening spice then if one sprinkled pepper!
So no flavor at all. All three of us got the Blackened Mahi sandwiches. They were all greatly lacking.

Sad to rate this two stars. I wanted to have a great experience with LuLu s but it just didn t happen. The prices are high, the ambience was really just that of a bar, service was acceptable but not great. The food was good. I would not go back.

From Atlanta. Come down here to see our son, and Lulu's is always the first stop. Yesterday didn't disappoint -- great food, great service, always a great experience. And what a view! Will see you next time we're in Florida

Accessible via Intracoastal Waterway. The outdoor seating was pet-friendly. There is a small putting green to keep the little ones busy. The fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese were phenomenal. The kids meals were great. Our meals were very tasty however slightly spicier than expected.

Lulu's is a very family friendly restaurant. It has great food, service, and great views of the intercoastal and water. This an overall great restaurant.

The location is pretty, but my experience was awful. Getting drinks were a hassle. Waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and it tasted very bland. Then we were told that they were out of hush puppies and that it would take 30 minutes to make them so we had to change our side orders. After about a n hour passed the waitress finally came back to check on us and we asked if we cold get hush puppies since it's been well over 30 minutes and she agreed. about 10 minutes after that we got our food and it was cold and missing hush puppies! All in all we waited 2 hours for food! When a person from our party talked to the manager, he was so busy laughing and taking at the bar to some of the servers that he did not even care. Would not recommend this place to any one.

We had our fist experience at LuLus today and it wont be our last! The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was so inviting! We will definitely return!

Shrimp sliders with chef's own sauce was delicious. The house made pork belly BLT- flavor was amazing!

I am allergic to seafood but my wife loves it. I had the chicken parmesean and it was okay at best even after adding salt and pepper to my entree. Major lack in seasoning. My wife has the costal shrimp and she enjoyed her meal. The waitress wasn't very attentive. She ignored eye contact to come to the table. We had to verbally call her since it seemed she wasn't coming to our table voluntarily. Great atmosphere... Decent portion size.

Delightful afternoon on one of the patios at the riverfront. We enjoyed outstanding Baja grilled salmon tacos and an amazing blackened chicken salad. This is one of our favorite places!

A cozy spot for lunch, brunch, dinner, drinks or a combination of the same. Sitting right on the intracoastal it's clean, well run and a pleasure to go to. It is our favorite for a leisurely Sunday afternoon brunch in their screened outside dining area. Excellent food and variety while watching the watercraft moving up & down the intracoastal.

Food a bit too salty, but great staff friendly and professional.

The initial wait for a Friday night was normal and we had a table of seven. At first I was unsure of the waitstaff and then Trevor came to the rescue. He understood our predicament and immediately made it better. We had some ups and downs, I was being pissy but when the food got to the table my frown turned upside down. Takes a lot for that to happen. The food... Because I do not express myself through the written word, was absolutely incredible. I haven't lived in Jacksonville in years and I don't know when I'll get a chance to get back but I will make a special trip just for this place. Just great. Oh, and the location was beautiful on a small river.

I gave Lulu's one star because there was no option for a lower rating. We tried Lulu's once previously and found the service substandard. We decided to give them another chance so we went on a Saturday night around 5 pm. They were not busy at all and we were seated quickly. After waiting at least 15 minutes and seeing a waitress go to a table of four that had just arrived, we left. As we walked out the door we told the hostess and bartender that we were leaving because we couldn't get a waitress. The hostess replied "ok". The bartender just looked at us as if we were from outer space and said nothing. Needless to say we will NEVER step foot in Lulu's again.

We left Lulu's and went right next door to Palm Valley Fish Camp. They were 10 times as busy as Lulu's (I wonder why) but we were greeted with a smile, seated at the bar because we did not have reservations, and taken care of with excellent service, not to mention great seafood.

Great venue offering both inside and outside seating. Located on the intracoastal waterway in Ponte Vedra with a dock for boats. Serving both lunch & dinner, with daily specials. They have signature cocktails and a friendly staff.

I've been to this restaurant many times over the years. Since Chef Pinkard and his crew have taken over the kitchen, the old menu items taste amazing. He and his crew have also introduced some incredible items to the menu. If you don't believe me, try their burger. (Most restaurants carry a burger, so it's an easy item to compare.) You won't be disappointed!

The view was amazing and the food was phenomenal! First time having fried green tomatoes and they were amazing!

We had the shrimp basket with garlic whipped potatoes. It was delicious and well seasoned. Great service Nice atmosphere.

Quality of the food we had was good but for $16.00 we received 7 shrimp and (maybe 15 French fries)

Excellent local place. Food is outstanding. The fried shrimp are very lightly fried with scratch made breading. The atmosphere is casual. They also have a very good happy hour. Even though it's a small canal it still has a nice on the water feel.

Awesome time for Mother's Day brunch! Even had live muscician playing great music. Thanks LuLu's...our sweet waitress even gave us some Mother's Day chocolate :)

Service is slow, under staffed! Go next door to Palm Valley. Got here at 6 pm serve at 7:43 pm. Just mixed up our wine order. Horrible experience!

Even on a quiet Monday we enjoyed great food - prompt and pleasant service. Always a pleasure here.

Beautiful atmosphere! My husband and I got a booth by the window and absolutely loved the service. I highly recommend the blackened gator tail! We had only tried fried gator before and we took our waitress word and ordered different and we were glad we did.

I had wings and beer at the bar on Easter Sunday. The bartenders clearly enjoy it here. Great wings, the medium were very tasty and not at all spicy. I will get them hot next time. These were excellent wings, and this is a seafood joint. I can't wait to come back!

This place was a disappointment. We got seated near the restrooms and that s exactly what we smelt the entire time as well as the smell of cigarettes. When we were seated the seats and tables were disgusting with leftover food on them. Although they did claim they were already wiped down... never will go there again.

The view was nice outside! Service was slow but the drinks were tasty.

Absolutely spectacular... everything was wonderful...the scallops were the best I've ever had...I ordered the crab cakes which were top notch...my girlfriend had some chicken thing with a funny name (it ended in train lol) which was great...it's a cute place.. they had a band tonight ...it's a very nice establishment

Great food and drinks, a little pricey but casual atmosphere. Daniel our server was amazing. My only complaint is the inside echos a lot so it's pretty loud but it was a friday night so outside seating was full.

I loved the look of the restaurant! Really nice little hole in the wall. They have the best drink I ve ever had called the Lava Flow! Yum! I highly recommend it.

I got their fried basket with oysters and shrimp. Loved the shrimp, but the oysters were disgusting. Normally, I love fried oysters, but definitely not these. The hush puppies weren t great either...

Interior needs work BAD. seafood was good. Shrimp and grits were not very warm. Would I eat there again, mmm no

A great place for a family get together. The food and drinks were great. The setting on the Inter-coastal was fabulous.

Great atmosphere but we spent 75 dollars on 2 OK apps and 4 drinks.
update: Well we just came back to give Lulus another try. The food was great, atmosphere great also our waitress was a little slow on the drink refills so we each got 2 drinks for the 1.5 hours we were there. Everything was great but the service on a sat eve needs help.

Sitting outside was really peaceful and pleasant, but the food was...so-so. I wish I could say otherwise, but I just can't. Crab legs came out cold and without any butter. The salmon and grouper dishes were cooked well but lacked any real flavor. Everything tasted kind of bland, and that's not what I expect from a $25 plate of fish. I wouldn't care if it were $40 if the flavors jumped off the plate like they should, but it was all very underwhelming.

Ever since my sister move down to Florida we go there at least twice a visit never had a bad meal here probably the people that are saying they had a bad time probably workers and Friends of the place next door we've always had a great time good service the food and soups and Seafood Bar good for the atmosphere of the place sometimes people pay a little bit of money but expect to have an outrageous meal stop being so cheap for what you're paying on these meals the food is outrageous it is awesome

Average and On the Intercoastal. That is what LuLu's tagline should be. The food was just average, and the service was very slow. I would consider other options before I would go here.

Great location on the intracoastal! Food is good but the atmosphere sells this place.

For two years my husband n I ate at LuLu's at least once a week and took out of town guests there for dinners, food was good, servers very pleasant, atmosphere great, however, last 5 times/meals were awful! Small portions, poorly prepared (over cooked), our family birthday dinner was last straw...!
We are not narcissist but as often as one patronizes an eatery would be nice to remember last name, bigger tip! Just saying!

Such a friendly place with good to great food and great service. All prep and servers are masked by the way. Great ambience indoors , partially (screened in) outdoors overlooking the long dock and water or completely outdoors on the patio with the great music from the house band on Friday nights.
The menu includes great varietal drinks, freshest seafood and shockingly great burgers ! Simply a fun place to eat , listen to music from four decades of selection and perhaps get your dancing/shaking on !

Best scallops I've had!!!! Wonderful. As usual good service and drink s.dont tell anyone or I won't be able to get mine .. keep it a secret chef deserve s a raise.
