Horrible service. Barely listened to what I had to say and tried to sale me an outdated phone. I literally just wanted my galaxy S9 unlocked. Instead of just saying no, they made up a story about my phone being reported stolen which turned out to be a COMPLETE LIE, after taking my phone to another store.

They'll turn a good day bad. Do Not Shop With Them!!!!

It's not just the deals, it's the people behind those deals that make this place special. I recently bought a curved Samsung TV from the South Braddock Ave location, but it didn't have a remote so Alex hooked me up with a universal remote. Well, I get home and while the universal remote (from Time Warner) works for turning in the tv and for volume, I cannot access the smart features.

I took to Facebook messenger and asked the owner Milton if he could locate an applicable remote. Fast Forward a day and sure enough, he was able to get me the remote that belonged to the tv after all! This level of customer service is outstanding! It's like having a personal ninja team working for me to locate the target.

Will definitely be doing business again. Thanks guys!

YinzBreakiFix. In and out in 45 minutes. I bought the Groupon, happy with my iPhone, replaced screen.

Do NOT trust this store! They ll sell you something broken, then charge you 30% to return it. Run by crooked and fundamentally dishonest people

Reached out to the owner to trade an equal value device and he led me to believe they would do it, so I drove 40 minutes to get there only to be asked to throw $100 on top even though they told me at the shop as well they were equal value.

What a scam and a waste of time.

Brought a lab Top that couldn't hold a charge the gave me the wrong charger so I went back they exchanged it but I still had the same problem ...I shouldn't have to buy a charger if it support to come with one FoH

This place is awesome! I found it because The Exchange on wood street told me over the phone they can't tell me a price for my switch, they have to "check it out and make sure it works & the condition" I said "if I go down there and it works and has no scratches or damage and is in new condition, what estimate can you give me?" She said I can't tell you we don't have a set price - I said so who comes up with the price ? & She said I can't tell you anything you'll have to come down there..
Knowing that these places want you to come down there and then once you are down there low ball you because they know you are in a bad place financially is gross.(Again all of that happened at the exchange not here)

So I looked up more places and found ninja electronics! I talked to Milton who was extremely nice and told him about my switch, what condition it was in & so on and we came to a conclusion of the price over the phone. When I got my bills paid and had money again they even held it for me for a few days and let me buy it back;
I was looking around also and everything there was a good price games, laptops, etc.. I'll definitely be back to buy & sell to them and never go back to the exchange again!

These people are legal criminals. They want to give you lowest dollar for ur item, then resale it for 2-3 times that (but they cry how theyre gonna sit on it for years blah blah blah) then if u buy something u better film you buying off them cause they dont like taki g things back that are broke. They always have an excuse. The FBI should have shut them down when they raided the place a few years ago..

Shattered my phone. Came here for the first time and Levar helped me out. Super kind and helpful! Gave me a great deal for a screen repair, new case, and a new screen protector all for $100. Very happy and I will return!!

These guys were awesome when I accidentally left some of the things I needed for my electronics at home. Reasonably priced and they guarantee their items.

Absolutely the worst experience ever in an electronic trading store. I needed a phone repair for my iPhone 6s and paid 160 to UbreakIfix which they are never worth that and my thumbprint wasn't working no more due to them replacing my screen and my phone had developed internal glitches also due to them . They supposedly backed up my pictures and contacts and didn't . I got attitude after them having me come back down to the store 4 times . Luckily I contacted Apple icare and they sent a replacement in the mail. Only deal I got after all this was a free phone case worth 5 dollars .I'm aggravated I lost my money but one lesson learned never go here .

Straight up scam artists work here. If you need money by selling something you're better off posting it online.

horrible service! came down for an iphone 11 screen repair and they fixed it pretty conveniently.. the very next day i experienced a black shadow on the bottom of my screen, due to the warranty they fixed it for free. the day after that, I experienced lines on my screen and was told that there was a hair line crack on the inside of my phone and that it was my fault.. went to apple and apple informed me that there was NO crack on the inside of my phone and that they do not use good screens for iphones (the pixels are bad). DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They punctured the battery and my phone caught on fire they gave me back the phone burnt

Lied about pricing: always charges $5 more than he quotes at ring up. Was charged $95 for a $90 bill. He said it was tax (6-7% @$96.30) when $95 is 5.5%.

Then asked me for a price on a 1st gen AppleTV that had no cables or remote. I said $20, after looking online, he said $30, then $25, despite me giving him a deal on ssds and helping him with another $700 item and customer. He declined on $20, so I walked outside to ask my friend if he wanted to help invest in the project and we agreed $25 was a deal. I walked back in minutes later and he demands $30 now, saying he called his guy in Pittsburgh during the few minutes and struck a $30 deal with him and that I needed to tell him I d be back in order for him to honor his price.

I called police as this price fixing is illegal. Cop and neighbors criticized me for shopping here as this place was raided by the ATF for stolen merchandise and bad service.

He doesnt know how to replace a hard drive or load an operating system. Place is a disaster while they do nothing but play video games wih headphones on and ignore you.

Great prices for stolen and broken and untested merchandise. Some real oddball stuff here that you shouldn t trust, like the owner, the merchandise, the sale, the customers, and the reviews. Avoid.

Horrible customer service. Took my phone in to get a cracked screen fixed. My entire screen popped out of the frame several times. Owner wanted more and more money to fix a problem they failed to correct. Go to apple or i break you fix, don t waste your time, energy or money!

I came in with two video games for the Xbox One one was used one new trying to sell them. They try telling me they could only give me $15 for both then because the one that was brand-new didn't have a receipt with it they refused to buy it. So I went down the street to Eides entertainment and they gave me 45 for both of them. Don't bother with this place they are crooked as hell

Don't waste your money. Most of the inventory is stolen.

Took my wife's iPhone in for repair just hoping the battery went bad. They said 30 minutes $35. 45 minutes later new battery still not working they showed me an old swollen battery that would never had fit in her phone. I should have left then but they said the swollen battery pressing against the screen broke the screen so now we're at $75 for the screen and battery. They will call me next day. No call go back to store still not ready. They say they need to reinitialize it and leave it on the internet for re-download. Come back next day still no call. Now they say it still doesn't work and they want to give up but they have to go put my original screen now and take out the battery. Saw a lot of people returning their phones for refunds while I was waiting there. More than buying stuff in fact. Prior to doing this review I Googled and saw they had been raided by the FBI last year in June. Something illegal must be going on there because they aren't making money fixing phones. They didn't charge us at least.

If you want nothing for your laptop or games or electronics? This is your place. Two stars because some of the people are friendly.

DONT GO HERE. This place is a absolute ripoff, they sell you broken items and have a no return policy!?! what kind of bs is that? i had a iphone flashed there, waited 3 hours, and now my iphone randomly shuts off and loses battery power like no other phone. These people are scammers...they probably write more than half the good reviews on here. Hopefully it gets shut down like the one in Dormont so people don't have to deal with scammers like mib.

Best one to go to avoid the one on west liberty total rip off but this one downtown is good

I got the screen of my Samsung Galaxy S4 repaired there, and now it works very well. Every time I go there the guys are very available to help. I'll definitely be back in case I need anything else.

Went in with a cracked and bent iPad. They called me later that day to inform me that the iPad itself was not actually cracked rather the screen protector but insisted that they continue to install a new screen. Went to pick my iPad up later to find they hadn't even fixed the bend. When I inquired they stated "it wasn't bad enough to fix." Ended up paying $160 for a new screen protector lol. Would not recommend this place, simply out to make money and not help the customer.

Horrible service. They swapped parts out of my phone and replaced them with non usable parts. They didn't even hide it well. The other shop I went to repaired my phone without any issues after replacing what was stolen here.
