The National Institute of Construction Management and Research offers post graduate courses in Advanced Construction Management, Project Engineering and Management, Real Estate And Urban Infrastructure Management, Infrastructure Finance, Development & Management, Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (Hyderabad Campus) , Health, Safety and Environment Management (Hyderabad Campus) and Management of Family Owned Construction Business.

The campus has a pool of committed faculty members, who help students like us develop relevant managerial skills and leadership qualities, along with functional competencies. In terms of placements despite the recent downturn in hiring in the construction industry we have had more than 50 prestigious companies visit our campuses over the last 6 months. As a student of the Hyderabad campus I can verify the fact that 90% of ACM candidates, 100% of HSEM candidates and 65% of the QSCM candidates have already been placed in good companies such as L&T, Turner & Townsend, Tata Projects, SPCL and few overseas companies like GCC, SNT & SP EPC.

No college can guarantee 100% placement for its students but the efforts put in by the placement head at our campus has been remarkable and I am sure by the end of the academic year the college will achieve the magic number! Students are encouraged to develop various skills to improve their employability and I would definitely recommend it to all construction professionals -both campus graduates and experienced civil engineers.

Security guards are more than students !
Except baggage scanner everything is been there ..even airport security wont check passenger bags like Nicmar security guards..
Class rooms are spacious
Seminar rooms are bit small
Gate-2 is mostly used by everyone .
Gate-1 is opened for students only in college hours.
I stayed here in executive hostels .so iam writing below points with regard to it only.
Hospitality is excellent
Food is exceptional
Nearby there are many bars and food stalls are just opposite to gate-1..

Hyderabad Nicmar worst institute dont believe this college. They are projecting fake placement status and simply stealing your fathers money. 10 lakhs for acm is waste of your money and there is no assurance that even you will get 25000 job per month. dont believe this college friends even they are deleting negative reviews and keep only good reviews. ask your senior batches how the placements are and after paying lakhs of rupees they still sitting in home and waiting for jobs. I think again they might delete my review but seriously dont join this fake institute with placement records.

Use to be one of the finest, but slowly and steadily losing its reputation.
Extreme degradation in quality of both students and faculty is easily noticeable! Sad to see such a wonderful Institution now only a profit making 'company'.

Post graduation programs are not accepted by none of the ECA organizations as its not approved by UGC so if any of you are looking to get settled in a country like Canada then it will b waste of money as well as time.

The first four programs require a Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture. The fifth one needs you to own a construction firm.

Advanced Construction Management in PUNE campus has a strength of 467 and is the most sought after course in NICMAR. As a result, most companies come for recruitment of ACM students. This course covers both Technical aspects and Management aspects. The technical sessions are stuffed with civil engineering concepts that are most recent and which are used in the industry.
Project Engineering and Management course is designed for everyone including Mechanical and Electrical engineers. This course doesn't include core Civil Engineering subjects. This majorly focuses on Project Management.
Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management is a course which deals with the Real Estate sector and modern infrastructure concepts. Many companies visit for recruitment of REUIM engineers specifically. You can say this is a booming sector.
Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management specifically is for people who are interested in Financing and Infrastructure Finance sector. Majorly deals with Mathematical subjects. Even banks come for recruitment.

Previously it used to be a best place for construction related learning and research. But, now it has become more of business with more intake of students and increased fees. Other than that, it is one of the best place for construction management courses in India.

NICMAR is a institution which produces Industry ready professionals! Today NICMAR has a brand value only because of the strong alumni across the world. NICMAR never advertises to provide 100% placements, Rather its the students who achieve the extremum!

The dedicated institution for civil engineers always stand on the top when it comes to creating opportunities for young professionals. Yes, I do agree that academic fee is on a bit higher side but I suggest everyone to look on Return on Investment rather than just Investment. The environment and culture in NICMAR is unmatched with any other institution. It has got a dedicated team for placements and has one of the largest network with the infra companies. Despite of down run in countries infrastructure, NICMAR has managed to stand in the storm with many top notch companies visiting for campus recruitment.

As I am from NICMAR Hyderabad (13th batch PGP QSCM), I can assure you that we are going to complete the PGP ACM placements soon, completed the placements of PGP HSEM and placements of PGP QSCM is going at rapid pace.

at least accreditation is must , waste of time and money. It's not a degree after you spending 15 lakhs here. You will be received one normal certificate

Unfortunately , I have been selected for the training on "Construction Project management in Rural Road" from 29th Oct '18 to 3rd Nov'18 as an representative of W.B.Here all the faculty members are very very sounds in their field and also good behaviour with a smiling face. So everyone can interact without any hesitation .All the teaching and non-teaching staff & also students are very nice. Fooding and lodging are very good quality.
We seen a very clean beautiful Campus where punctuality is remarkable forever.
