Convenient, Clean, and Friendly
Love the NH at the Lyon airport, the staff are always great and the fact that it mere metres from the departure terminal makes it ideal.
In fact the only thing it is missing to make my stay perfect is if they could install a luggage scale in their lobby!
We always check in the night before our flight so we are not rushed when returning the rental car and so we can walk our luggage over to the terminal after departure hours so we can weight the suitcases, ensuring that they are as equal as possible and that neither are overweight.

Super comfy and quiet rooms. Bit pricey but then it is right next door to the airport so convenience is king.

Very high level hotel. Placed just beside the Terminals, only a few minutes walk away. Room is big, there is also a big corridor with huge wardrobe. Safe, minibar and stuff like this. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is well equipped including douche gel and shampoo of a pleasant flavor. The disadvantage was that there is no iron and iron board, usually in this kind of hotels it is in the room. Next one was weak wifi, though it shows strong signal, works really slow with lags. There are some minor details also which need attention from the room maintenance staff. Breakfast was the best I have ever had in France. Very rich for choices, but there were no trays to put a plate and glass, you have to bring everything in your hand to the table (are they afraid you will eat too much?) Overall it is a great place to stay before early or after late flight.

I can only judge about the restaurant, since I didn't sleep there. The quality of the food is very different. In three days I once had magnificent food. One day normal, and one day the food was really bad. I ordered ribeye, it was nicely cooked rare as I asked but the meat was really not tender. Prices are quite high to be honest, especially the buffet.

In general the hotel is very good. Cleansed. Pleasant atmosphere. The only thing that indicates on the web that they have parking and it is not like that, you have to use the one in the terminal.

Very comfortable location 30 seconds from the terminal. The perfect rooms; climate control, very complete bathroom, comfortable bed. The restaurant is good but somewhat expensive for what it offers, it has a buffet option that is of good quality but something fair. To improve that the free wifi has limit of megas and speed. In general, very well, I will repeat. By the way, excellent service at all times.

Perfect. Big room. Very calm. At the foot of the airport.

Excessive price compared to the services offered.
Breakfast is prohibitively expensive (25 ), as is the buffet that deserves fresh produce.
However the room catches up a little bit.

Great location, a short walk from TGV station and Terminal 1 at LYS airport. But the beds are hard, the sofa in our room was badly stained, the drinks in the minibar were warm because the bar was unplugged, some of the room lights randomly turn off...(room 207, June 2019)

Thanks to Emmanuel at reception who was able to locate a Navette driver in person to assist me when I needed one. You couldn't ask for better service as it took her about four different calls to locate the driver....

Excellent place to rest before a trip abroad, comfortable rooms, perfect customer service, then it's clean!

Expensive for what it is
4-star airport hotel: no canal + the sauna works 1 time out 2 there are bugs in the bed the breakfast glasses are cracked and the staff is not always very nice

I just called for a reservation, I give the dates, I am asked if the company I represent has an agreement with the hotel (?) I say no but we have already booked at home a few times, the guy makes me "mmmh ... I'll check if there is availability", 2 seconds later he said "sorry the hotel is full that day" ... the joke ... must have an agreement with hotels to sleep now ... if the hotel is full guys who have an agreement they sleep where ... in the laundry? I'm laughing...

Nearest to lyon airport. Practically inside airport only. Good facilities but comparatively costly.

We enjoyed this hotel just before our trip to Canada, the rooms are basic, but functional, the perfect baby bed, we slept well.

The room service staff is not made for those kind of customers who pay for a disrespectful waitress. Too bad to flee

Super convenient to the airport, Lyon Airport train station (less than 5 minute walk). Good size rooms but a super little cramped gym!

Hotel very well located for an early morning departure (2 minutes from the terminal). Impeccable cleanliness, trendy decoration. Large and functional rooms.
Bar and welcoming restaurants. Everything is nice but a little expensive.

Super home but the servers are very badly raised. The rooms are nice.

Excellent buffet. You can realisticly have a great meal durimg a lomg commute. The hotel with its bar and restaurant are right in front of the airport. It s also opened till 10:30PM which make it very often your last chance to have a decent meal in the airport. Regarding the hotel, it's very neat and well decorated. This is in line with other NH hotels.
