NH NICE**** - NH Hotel Group Review

Lovely hotel. As always everything here is perfect. The beds are so comfy.
The staff also are very helpful and pleasant.

Very good hotel with an ideal location for visiting the city.
The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious.
However, you should not count for swimming in the swimming pool (small and very popular with children).
For people with a vehicle, plan a small budget for parking near the hotel or you have to find a free space in Nice.

Ideal for the East of Nice. Luxurious services. Remarkable home. Reasonably priced.

Had dinner in the restaurant. The complimentary rolls were nice however my husband and I ordered the chicken and were very disappointed. We both had identical meals however the chicken on my dish was half the size! I raised this issue with the waiter and was told exasperatedly that that was how it was and there was no difference. Very upsetting. Not only was the size of ckn half the size of my husband's and pretty much a ckn strip, it was excessively dry. With all the lovely restaurants in Nice I do not recommend this restaurant.

No water jar heater, no coffee nor tea were provided in the room in NH in. Pisa. Bath tube was slippery. Water color was brown. Breakfast was so so, limited and just little fruit. No Bus parking place.

After a hard day, my husband and I found the rest at this hotel !!! Good welcome !

Very pleasant and the staff was very welcoming and cheerful could not fault the facilities. The only criticism that my wife had was about the gym facility she felt a bit vulnerable because the door locked behind you when you were in there she felt a bit scared knowing that the door was locked.

Hotel NH Nice, the rooms with excellent quality the very friendly staff, the comfortable pool, although the areas are quite simple, the view is very good and in summer the terrace is quite cool

The hotel location is quite great even though it's a little bit from Nice centre, with tram right outside you go really fast to centre anyhow, train station 10 min walk away, restaurants and lots of fast food places etc really close by.
The hotel rooms could you use some maintenance but still more than ok and a good 3 star rating.
Staff and service is top notch, friendly and always welcoming you with a smile. 5 stars for the staff!!!

The price was OK, the room was good. The internet was somewhat slow. Breakfast good. But the staff was absolutely fantastic. I had a business meeting and they made sure we had a good table in the restaurant and checked on us for coffee, water etc throughout the day.

I loved my stay at Hotel NH in Beautiful Nice. The roof top terrace bar and pool are a real Godsend after tramping arpund the hot city.
Staff were plrasant and helpful.

What a desappointment! We used the one from Marseille, modern clean and comfortable ...
In this one: no soap in the shower of the sports room, no towels on the day of our visit. No pool, open only in the summer (which is consistent with the site's instructions for the shot), instead of a large bed, two small, but not twins! And very hard! A bathroom a little old and poorly maintained (dirty joints, shower column half disassembled ...).
Fortunately the sympathy of the teams saves the honor!
In summary, great people, a very disappointing hotel.

I am enjoying my stay at this hotel. The staff have been nice and helpful. The room is comfortable. There is a pretty good breakfast offered each morning. The rooftop pool and bar are relaxing and have great views of the city.

They did renovations and improved their breakfast, definitely a four star hotel now.

Apart from the roof terrace which is very nice with its pool, the rest of the services are quite mediocre.

Very nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room, top breakfast, bar and pool on the roof / terrace really nice and very pleasant service, close to the tram and old Nice in a few minutes ... I will be back in 2 weeks

Junior suite has plenty of room, service is great, room service is wonderful and the price is right. Walk past Novotel to NH.

I did not know this hotel chain and I was not disappointed, nice rooms and amenities.

Best Hotel staff ever! Omg like seriously unbeatable for a small establishment, I'm blown away by the care your front desk have shown! I think her name was Anita.

The food is very good especially the Tuna Nicoise Salad. The Swimming pool on the roof was lovely with not many people.

Stayed two nights here for a conference visit. Great rooms, very clean and spacious, great staff, decent breakfast and facilities and location is brilliant too... Tram stops just opposite the hotel and the terrace views are brilliant from hotel rooftop area.

Stay of 5 nights from 02 to 07 May 2016, half board, for a group of 30 people. Personally, I was in a single room with 2 beds.
Large bedroom, quiet as it opens onto the patio. A little light interior soundproofing (it all depends on your neighbors!).
The only big problem: the bed on wheels moves around as soon as you try to sit up and lean against the wall.
Safe, fridge, kettle and choice of coffee, teas. Bathroom with bathtub (a little high to climb in), toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, moisturizing body milk), kleenex, hair dryer available.
Meals: excellent breakfast buffet: scrambled eggs and bacon, cold roast beef, dry and fresh ham, sausage, various cheeses, yogurts, cottage cheese, various fruits, cereals, wide choice of breads and pastries, several coffee machines, very good teas and infusions.
Evening meal: not always very varied (over 4 evenings), but quite correct and plentiful.
Friendly and helpful staff, a little bit of a mess at times as many are obviously young and interns, but are always eager to help.
In summary, a good address, with the tramway which passes in front of it and allows you to be in the old town in 3 stations.

Good hotel as a base for city breaks on the Cote d'Azur!
Whether the nice front desk, the English speaking staff (!!!), the central location and the proximity to the beach. The rooms, with their facilities and tranquility, also make a pleasant stay possible.
Shops in the immediate vicinity.
Only the parking facilities are a bit difficult.

Highly recommend. Excellent clean hotel. Staff very welcoming. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied. Huge selection of choice of breakfast, you wont go hungry. Rooftop bar and pool outstanding. Definitely visit again.

Good hotel and good room. It would be important to put support for the shower and a screen to not fill all water

Here's my snag list: TV had one inch band right across the middle of the LCD screen, furniture was dated and worn out, internet was slow even after paying 10 euros for enhanced speed (they said we would not be charged but fee still came up in the invoice), breakfast was not worth 20 euros... One of our colleagues stayed at the Novotel and at the same price it seemed a far better choice.

A really nice hotel in a very good location just a short walk from the train station and a tram stop it's really modern inside and the staff are really friendly.
The pool on the roof is brilliant and the bar is very good it only has a small menu but the food on it is very good

I stayed at the NH Nice a few weeks ago and it was an amazing stay. Everybody of the staff is really kind, attentive and helpful. On our departure date we were stranded somewhere in Nizza without clue how to get to the airport because the public transportation was interrupted by an event. The FO Team managed it and finally we got our flight :) thanks for that and thanks a lot for the great time!

For the money and the near-congress center location, it's pretty good.

My experience at this particular hotel took some time getting use to, especially since it was my first hotel stay in Nice, France. The hotel employees were friendly, but the hotel permeated of horrible body odor upon entering and exiting the elevator to various floors. I was told that in France, wearing deodorant and antiperspirant wasn't a big deal. Just know, the smell was atrocious!! The food was good and they used fresh ingredients, fresh brown eggs and unpasteurized milk. Being lactose intolerant, I was afraid to drink the milk or have a bowl of cereal. To my surprise, I drink the milk and ate a bowl of cereal and the milk didn't bother my stomach. During breakfast, if you eat outside, you will definitely have uninvited seagull guests. The seagulls are very friendly and will eat all of your leftovers without hesitation. Being an American, I'm not use to sleeping in a single bed during my hotel visits. I was informed that, if I wanted a larger bed, I would have to put the two single beds together to make a double/full size bed. The rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller. The location was not bad, nor was the view from my room. Except for a few differences, my hotel experience okay.

Staff very helpful, beds comfortable but in need of renovation. Restaurant and bar somewhat basic. Sound-proofing not great (street and corridor noise)

The hotel is centrally located and the shopping center is easily accessible by tram or on foot.

Parking space costs 20 per day. Breakfast costs 19 per person.

The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom was quite new.

The staff was not that professional they are more salespeople than hostess.

The last days of our stay they started drilling in the building without any announcement !!

Friendly staff but far from a 4 star hotel (not even coffee cups with the machine!) And 2 towels for 3. Disappointing breakfast buffet.

I chose to stay in one of these hotels because I found myself very well the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and plentiful you can choose from savory to sweet with an excellent assortment

The welcome is sober but quality. The rooms are ok. I enjoyed the terrace and rooftop restaurant on the 7th floor. The staff is helpful and pleasant.

If you visit nice city, please stay here. Room, service and breakfast menu are very good. Early in the morning you open the window and you will see a hill and a beautiful beach. Depending on which room you stay to get the view.

This is a perfect hotel for people preferring comfort and personal service for a great price above a ludicrously expensive sea view. The view from the NH's rooftopbar and -pool opening shortly will be pretty cool too by the way.

Great luxury hotel located in Nice (France). Well it located for visiting the city.

Very comfortable hotel, friendly service, spacious and clean rooms. Overnight only the next day on the way to Venice.

Fine to stay in Nice. Good location (10 minutes walk from old town).

While there is a bar on the roof, it is not good. Don t plan for any drinks or food in the hotel.

Ok place to stay during business trip, roof top was a really cool and unexpected surprise.
