Walking distance from Lyon airport, which is one of the biggest advantages. While external sounds seem to be insulated, the ones coming from within the hotel are not - people walking/talking on the corridors can be heard inside the room. Can be a disturbance when arriving late at night after a long journey, only to be woken up by the ones leaving by the early morning flights. Rooms are clean and neat but pricey.
Nothing to say about the comfort and services of the hotel. Staff at the bar and restaurant not very nice but say it was a bad day ...

Great hotel located within an easy walking distance to the airport and train station. Whenever I have an early flight, I always book my last day here because it takes all the transportation guesswork out of making it on time.

Nice hotel, nice room. Yes, the prices are relatively high (although not that much except during periods of high demand) but the proximity to Lyon Saint Exupery airport justifies it.
Comfortable enough. Quite modern. Close to the airport. We could walk with our luggages to the departure section easily. Very convenient. Nice breakfast though.

The evening reception, I was not satisfied the person was very rude especially when we come from a long trip of over 26 hours it is unprofessional! On the other hand, that of the morning nothing to say, pleasant and kind person.
Good location at the airport with gym in the basement. There were at least two treadmills.
After making me wait a long time because the booking was not coming, they managed to give me the room. He says there is public parking around but being at the airport is only for a fee. Make up for it with a large breakfast buffet

Got here late, lots of flights cancelled, place full, we have tricky food allergies, but the dinner was superb and the service charming.

NH chain hotel strategically located at the Lyon airport. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service is correct and friendly. The price a bit high in relation to other hotels in the chain that are more updated. For others it is correct.
The setting is nice, clean and modern. As part of our meeting everything went well. I did not sleep there, and therefore no opinion for the hotel part.
Room service is not up to standard. The dishes are not tasty do not correspond to the menu
They keep a lot of empty rooms reserved for airline companies. A few occasions I was desperate to sleep there, and the refused me.
This hotel does not even have a service vehicle or even see a limousine and no baggage handlers, I remove a star
This place is great. Comfortable, quiet and friendly and just a short walk between the tgv gare St exupery and international airport.
It's actually cheaper to ride the tgv from avignon (10e on ouigo) to tgv Lyon than from the tgv to old Lyon on the shuttle (26e). But worth it. Visit Les Halles Bocuse with room in your luggage.
The food is very good at the nh and the dinnner buffet is an amazing deal.

Very friendly staff. They accepted our stay without credit card. Spacious room and bathroom with modern design, excellent soundproofing and insulation. Good range of products in the minibar, with coffee maker, tea, coffee and milk available. Very original entrance into the hotel, subtly interfering with the lounge, bar, and restaurant.
Overall It is a nice hotel. Temperature control thermostat in the room could be improved (not accurate / intermittent malfunction). Tooth brush and tooth paste should be provide.
It is back in our island we finally take the time to congratulate you for your professionalism both for the comfort of the room and for the restoration!
A very special mention for the Barman (sorry we forgot his first name) who welcomed us at 10:30 pm when we arrived with a plate of cold cuts and cheese. It was lovely especially after a long trip. Thanks again and see you very soon.

Nice hotel on the expensive side, dining is not great and very expensive for what it is.
I stayed one night at the hotel as part of a seminar, when I arrived I found the hotel beautiful and very designer.
But once in the room the joy quickly subsided, the bedding was damaged stained with the broken springs (it was two single beds as a double bed).
The toilet was sloppy cleaning level there (fecal residues in the bowl).
The outlets torn off as well as the torn wallpaper at the headboard and in the living area.
The mini bar is very noisy, I had to unplug it at night to sleep ...
So it was a bad experience ...

I do not understand how a customer service can be so touchy. I have just been hooked on the line because I was told that the room I was booking was no longer available after I had spoken to 4 people.
One of the best airport hotels I've stayed in. Modern and stylish rooms. Absolutely fantastic location, you simply walk across the road into a terminal 1 or 2.
Friendly staff. Breakfast from 430am! Also the restaurant has a fantastic buffet for dinner.
Only problem was the internet Hideously slow! I paid 9.90 for premium and had a 5mb/3mb download/upload speed. I couldn't get my work done.
That's all I could fault. Highly recommended!

I have not tested the hotel, but I have rarely seen a restaurant with such poor service:
- we were 7 to order the dish of the day, one of us had his dish 20 minutes after the others (after 2 remarks to the servers)
- at the next table, a waiter spilled 2 glass bottles on a customer (broken bottles, broken glass not cleaned, and the customer's T Shirt soiled)
- when paying, our table number does not have the correct number recorded in the electronic cash register, the waiters reprimand each other
