Very cosy and upmarket place. So many glitches though during my stay especially disruption of water supply, the food choices werent too amazing

You guys are the WORST !!!!Temptations bakery I called to order TWICE and on my day you tell me you ve increased the prices!!! Please please work on your CONSISTENCY. I m so disappointed !

Great customer care, great food, nice swimming pool and all in the heart of the city.

Having read several of the reviews of this hotel I am surprised. I found the hotel staff to be quite attentive but the facility itself was in very poor condition. I was there for 6 days in September of 2012 and in that time I don't think more than 1 elevator worked. There were trash cans set up in the hall way to catch water that was leaking from somewhere and the carpets were stained throughout the hotel. My bed had pubic hairs and I had to call the front desk to get someone to clean my room and change the bedding when I got to my room for the first time. While they were apologetic at the front desk, I struggled with the cleaning staff the whole 6 days. On a positive note, every one on the staff was very nice and would help if asked and this includes the cleaning staff. I don't think they are very well trained. The food was fantastic. Every meal in the hotel was first rate. The buffets were way beyond expectations. As good as the staff was and as good as the food was though, I would not stay at this hotel again, I have stayed at Sheraton's all over the world and this was by far the worst of them.

Too notche customer care, food is delicious, security is as required, rest rooms are clean and the staff are very attentive

I always love the food, the atmosphere of the place is clean, modern and welcoming. It's good for hosting any kind of event and even though they are a bit pricey compared to other hotels, I recommend that you pop-in for their all you can eat breakfast spread. Muy bien

Poor service. I was waiting for my guests in the lobby and this employee kept on checking on me like I wanted to steal something. Terrible service people at Sheraton.
