Lounge and restaurant redone: great.
Quality meeting room - very attentive staff

The most convenient option if you have an early morning departure. 2 minutes walk to the terminal, don't worry about transportation!

Home very nice, perfect room and very nice surprise in the morning for those who eat in the morning: a fabulous buffet, rich, varied, gourmet and very well presented - a treat!

A good airport hotel just how you would expect it to be. Affordable prices and spacious, well designed rooms. Good also for meetings and conferences and unbeatably close to the terminals.

Coming very regularly to the NH in Lyon I had the pleasant surprise to note that the evening team had changed. Indeed, the waitress and waiters are very helpful, smiling and pleasant! Thanks to them!

Great location, comfortable rooms of good size. Great place to sleep off a flight or get ready for one. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Nothing special, but acceptable.

I had food here. It's definitely THE place to eat around the airport. A la carte starts at 20 Eur for a salad and is around 25 Eur for regular dishes. But the two daily dishes - every day you can choose between fish and meet - are only 15,90 Eur. Their price is thus below the less lovely airport restaurants prices.







Unfortunately, the terrace is not supposed to reopen this summer. This is a pity as it was literally the only possibility to sit outside and drink or eat at the whole airport (the train station included). This should be reconsidered by management.

Everything fits, staff very nice, beds very comfortable and the breakfast is excellent

Checked in later in the evening. After settling into our room, we opened the wardrobe to see if there s an iron. A men s (looked like it was dirty) underwear was found on the floor of the lower shelf. Didn t feel the cleaning standard were met so I phoned to inform. No apologies at all and when I told reception I just wanted to notify this they just reply flatly okay and hung up. Disappointed with their customer service.
Room itself was spacious, water pressure is good with a shower over bath. short 3mins walk to airport.

Expensive in relation to the condition of the rooms, laminate needs replacing, toilet only flushes on small button. Have to go back to reception twice to have the access card activated. Breakfast and staff are fine but the property leaves something to be desired for 200 euros per night.

We found this hotel very late at night after British Airways had cancelled a flight to Rome in the morning from Gatwick. We had flown from Heathrow and got in very late. We came in exhausted. A lovely girl on check in found us two rooms. Both rooms where very clean, as well as the bathrooms. Although my shower head was a bit wonky. I also left my toothbrush in one of the rooms and they flew it back to my house. Would recommend this hotel. They also had a nice breakfast buffet.

Rooms expected for 15h available at 19h45 ... for the rest, service in the standards of the profession.

I already have a job otherwise I would have applied for the kitchen it would not be worse. Same breakfast charcuterie not fresh shabby viennoiserie. Too bad for the friendly staff who brings the noted above 1 star

First times at a super gorgeous 4 star hotel there reception and service people welcoming and smiling

Really nothing more, the room is basic, the high price of the night is justified more by proximity than by quality, indeed the terminal is accessible in 1 minute on foot.
Mini bar, 50 cl of still water are 3.50, snickers and toblerone 5 !!!! We have to stop taking customers for pigeons.
Not even a bottle of water available to customers, this is even done in 1 star hotels.
Hotel restaurant, at first I opt for a buffet; I tell myself that at almost thirty euros I will have a choice; it's extremely poor, at 9 p.m. there are no more kebabs, many dishes are already well underway and not much remains, finally 25 for a dish of risoto + prawns, not even good, without taste.
Hamam + FREE sauna phew. Only positive point with proximity to the airport.

Business class hotel, the rooms are spacious and the service impeccable. 100 meters from the airport, and yet the noise is minimal ... It will take around 79 euros for the cheapest and up to 199 euros for the night. Our room is in the upper range of this price range.

good, clean, not quite soundproof enough for my taste and expensive. Otherwise, service, concierge and bedding impeccable.

I stay here a lot recently. Great modern rooms, spacious, however the bathroom seems designed to try and kill you ;) Especially the 'non slip' mat they give you that's seems to be extra slippery when wet hahaha.

Counter staff friendly, restaurant/lounge staff ok.... but a bit slow and distant.

I prefer eating at the Ol Lyon braserrie across the 'street' in the airport. Better bang for the buck.

Gym facilities are small but they have something and modern equipment.

There is a 30min train now to downtown Lyon to Part Dieu area, but I have not tried it yet.

I like staying here for being close to the airport and not priced like an inside the airport hotel. While it's not inside the airport it's just steps away from the terminal and check in counters.

Fiddle has the sign. Dear all the same as now more directly in front of the terminals.

I can honestly say that the room was not the best that I have stayed in, for the price it cost. The toilet was dirty with stains in it and the beds were like a rock to sleep on.

I never ate here as I thought I would go for a well needed pint before I had some food. The price of a pint of Kronenburg put me off the food completely. 11 Euros for a pint of beer. I have never in my life seen anythiing so outrageous.

Excellent, exceptional location (facing the terminal). Good value for money.

Practice, do not expect anything else. Dish ordered in room service very mediocre. How sad that is.

Hotel presenting well and ideally located for an early flight.
On the other hand, mattresses have uncomfortable springs and above all, avoid the rooms on the top floor on a windy day! There must be metal sheets or whatever, on the roof, which make a hellish noise ... difficult to sleep in these conditions!

Everything is ok except wifi connection. To make this comment i had to wait about 15 minutes. No connection is better than little connection.. is it a problem of france?

Hotel in front of the airport. No need for a taxi or shuttle to Terminal 1. Large comfortable room. Gym nice and well equipped. Sauna.

Very nice hotel with a great location and very bright room ... On the other hand I was very surprised by the consumable products that were in the fridge of my room most pars had an outdated expiry date. From this fact I pointed that to the host and they told me that they were sorry but no commercial gesture from them! especially for a very large and beautiful 4 star hotel ... finally disappointed!

Perfect location On the other hand, the cleanliness of the rooms is not up to the price in my opinion, as well as the facilities (toilet flush did not work, nor the shower). After this COVID period, they are doing their best!
The staff are very pleasant and available, no complaints there!

For work, congresses, meetings it's ok .... even breakfast and lunch. Rooms and organization, precise. It's convenient if you arrive at the airport and you need to stop for a night.

Awful experience, they gave me a room where there was another person sleepping, and the person in charge in recption was very rude and I hadn't any apologize from the hotel. I will never come back to NH Lyon airport.

Just checked in - lovely staff and was given a clean, spacious and quiet room. Enjoying my stay and looking at the room service menu. The hotel is a 3-minute walk to Terminal 1. Perfect location for an early flight the next day or a late arrival flight. The only gripe is the poor ventilation - the windows can t be opened to let in fresh air. Other than that, I highly recommend it.

Clean and functional room. Too bad, however, for the "airside view" which was not really one, although I insisted on this point when booking.

Fell asleep in the spa, got the flu. Pretty nice otherwise.
