I just called for a reservation, I give the dates, I am asked if the company I represent has an agreement with the hotel (?) I say no but we have already booked at home a few times, the guy makes me "mmmh ... I'll check if there is availability", 2 seconds later he said "sorry the hotel is full that day" ... the joke ... must have an agreement with hotels to sleep now ... if the hotel is full guys who have an agreement they sleep where ... in the laundry?
